[CAREFUL.]  & quiet stride was taken as he pushed past the threshold.  He knew all too well that the other liked to study in SILENCE though his gift may cause an uproar.  A golden gaze lingering over the malak’s PEACEFUL features as he continued to read.  Pit formed in the other’s stomach as he chewed upon what words to come.  Eizen’s reaction would be one of two outcomes; throwing Zaveid out of the room for even daring to replace the Van Eltia or utter disbelief.  Still, he had to try.  Ever since the ship’s watery end Eizen hasn’t been whole.        “Eiz, I think yer gonna strangle me.  But uh,       I got ya a gift for your nameday.  I may or may not      have shaken down Rose & pulled some strings & well.      You seem so cooped up on dry land.”  With words the zephyr placed a wrapped parcel on the table & nudged it to the blond.        “I also got ya’ this.  Let’s just say they’d go well together.      So I’m sure you can guess the other half of the gift,      but I don’t need you dyin’ of shock on me.”
