Ooooh interesting question, I love this.
As is my typical answer for Magix but their food definitely is a melting pot of different cuisines because like I said, they're a mix of different cultures.
Sparx is just BREAD. The planet faces both extremes in terms of weather so in their really cold winter months they're very carb heavy, breads, pastas, thick soups with lots of vegetables, potatoes, risottos. Less carbs in summer, when it's warmer but I can see foods like bruschetta being popular.
Solarian food is definitely shaped but just how fucking hot it is. Their heaviest meal is definitely breakfast and it's eaten very early in the morning, before it can get too hot (some will get up before sunrise to eat). They might eat a very light meal of a salad or fish or chicken in the evening. And then during the day they just graze because it's too hot for a proper, heavy meal. So I'm picture lots of like fresh fruit and cheese platters that they might pick at.
Might surprise you but Linpheans eat fairly heavy, protein-rich foods, full of fresh produce from their surrounding areas. They work on and with the land so they need their energy, and they believe in a give and take relationship with flora and fauna. They use lots of flavours, lots of spices to create sauces and seasonings. If they're going to have a carb it's probably rice.
As a collection of smaller planets, different parts of the Harmonic Nebula have slightly different cuisines or specialties. But overall they eat a lot of poultry and red meat. They use rice and noodles as a staple base of their meals then adding proteins and vegetables. It's something that they need to do to function rather than something they necessary enjoy or see as like a social or entertainment activity. So their food isn't bland necessary but they don't go out of their way to be creative with it. So lots of vegetables, red meat, and potatoes or bread for carbs.
It feels a bit obvious but on Andros they mostly eat fish and sea food. There isn't a lot of "land" per se so anything that requires a lot of space to graze or grow (like cattle) they probably just don't eat it a lot. Villages will have small community gardens for them to grow some fruits and vegetables, and then just heaps of fish and sea food. Those living in main cities might have a bit more variety based on what can be imported in, but definitely the remote villages have a fairly simple diet. Things they can grow, gather and cook for themselves.

Fossil Pokemon!
Starting to work on the Fossil Pokemon for Pokemon Zenith and Nadir, my Pokemon region based on Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands, and I finished the first line! I had to look up what fossils were found in Ecuador and I chose two animals I thought would make good fossils.
This is the first line of fossils, restored from the Sphere Fossil! Pamparmor is a Rock/Steel Type based on the holmesina, which is an extinct group of armadillo-like creatures.

Pamparmor are one of the earliest mammalian Pokemon, being ancient ancestors to Sandshrew and similar Pokemon. They developed a thick, steel armor and rocky scales that protected them against predators, though if it got knocked onto its back it would be unable to get up. Though they eventually lost the battle against nutrition, their descendants survived and lived on until its fossils were discovered and restored.
Pamparmor evolves into Holmespike, which keeps the Rock/Steel Type but develops a spiky side to it, quite literally too!

Upon evolving, Holmespike developed thick, sharp spikes on its steel armor to help protect it against predators. When it curls into a ball and rolls, it becomes a spiky wrecking ball of destruction, crushing anything that stands in its path. Despite this, however, other Pokemon during the ancient times found ways to best Holmespike’s defences, which contributed to its extinction.
