unpopular opinion: i don't think you NEED your character to look exactly like their fc? like if i have a danielle campbell fc i don't think i need to have her be the same actual height as danielle TBH I KNOW THIS IS A VERY NICHE UNPOPULAR OPINION but i think about it a lot

i feel the same way! like height doesn’t matter to me? i also wouldn’t even be able to tell you the heights of my muses to begin with!! there are some things i 100% think you should keep about an fc (heritage,race,etc.) but something so menial as height doesn’t matter much to me either!!!

While obviously i’ve identified with characters, I honestly can’t think of one that I was like ‘yes!!!!!  yes yes yes!!!! #me!!!!!!’ Or at least none that have stuck with me enough that I remember.

fireside - if you had your dream wardrobe, what would it look like?

Well, it would be an entire fall wardrobe tbh, lot of dark and neutral colors, knitted sweaters (i’m assuming in this dream world and dream wardrobe i can wear things that normally look bad on me), leather jackets, a metric fck ton of boots (flats and heeled), jeans and leggings, some nice dorky t-shirts (again, assuming i look good in them), oh!! and beanies.  lots of beanies.

so i had this oc once, noelle, who was super soft but kind of had this melancholy cloud always around her. she played the piano beautifully, and spoke only in writing or in ASL and also she's a meta human with the ability to create things by miming them

you know this is really weird bc I had an oc similar in that she didn’t speak, but instead communicated through telepathy and projected images into people’s head. She was also a little girl I dubbed AJ and broke out of her facility with a government agent named Drew. Their story was cute it was basically buddy cops on the run except with an 10 year old and an underpaid millennial.I can see Noelle being apart of their mix, either bonding with AJ about feeling outcasted for their gifts or Drew for their shared gloomy outlook on life

ANNOUNCEMENT

hi y’all, it’s mod lacey (founder) i’m assuming you guys have noted that activity here has been kinda small, and i just wanted to apologize to you guys about that. there are a couple of things i wanted to tell everyone to explain why things have been kinda low around here. 

first note, ( TRIGGER WARNING: DEPORTATION ) mod dani has left THEMUSLIMRPC. this was her decision completely, and all the mods respect and love her no matter what. her writing blog i believe is @zenikwrites and it would be amazing if you guys could send her some positive messages, as just a few weeks ago, she was almost deported. that is a terrifying experience no one should ever face and i’m sure she would appreciate it! that is one of the reasons our activity has been lower, we’re one man less.

second note, ( TRIGGER WARNING: CANCER ) for those of you who don’t know, i recently got engaged in august and was planning to get married next year. however, after a visit to the doctor’s, my fiance has been diagnosed with cancer. the financial burden itself is causing many problems and everything is just so stressful that i can’t find it in my time to come on tumblr and help. i really appreciate all the kind messages that have been sent to this blog, and we all deeply apologize for the lowered activity <3
