Quill sat in the waters, not bothering to even glance at Scroll – his helmet resting on his thighs, while he mumbled about what could only be his discomforts. Water would trickle down his bare back, letting out a pained grunt as it seeped into the cuts which lay there. His eyes shoot Scroll a harsh glare, implying that he was doing a terrible job tending to his wounds.

The blonde awkwardly scratched the back of his neck, mumbling a small, unintelligible sorry in response – before continuing to somewhat try and tend to his wounds. Scroll wasn't a medical expert by any means, and had very limited knowledge, which was all from a few books he'd read not too long ago.

"Quill," He began, "I, uh, kind of need to scrub the dirt off your back, so it might hurt.."

Quill's shoulders would tense at that sentence. Although Scroll couldn't see his face, he had a feeling that Quill's expression was filled with some form of irritation towards him.

The brunette would sigh, giving the other a shaky thumbs-up to say that he'd be fine – Scroll would pick up the cloth next to him, and would begin to scrub at the others back.

"Scroll," He said through gritted teeth, glancing at him briefly before looking back. "Do you want to kill me here?"

"No, but–" Scroll would cut his sentence off, and would continue to scrub away at the dirt - making sure Quill's entire back was sparkling clean.

This level of domesticity would take a while to adjust to.
