[ NEW HAIR ] Check out my gorgeous hair colour, created by @s.sim.simone compliments of @zazousalonandacademy using product by @labiosthetiquecanada (#crueltyfreebeauty #sustainablebeauty) . ❣ Do you seek out moments to pamper yourself? Spa, salon, massage, bubble baths, yaddy yadda...? I have never been one of those people to practice pampering rituals in a traditional sense. #TRUESTORY I once asked an aesthetician to skip the massage portion of my pedicure because sitting in a salon for longer than necessary wasn't my idea of bliss. You should have seen her face lol 😅 . ❣ To me pampering is about hitting a less-travelled nature trail, or sitting in a quiet room and staring at the ceiling for hours in stillness, alone with my thoughts (#INTP 🤘) Pretty much anything involving listening to birdsong is at the top of my list too. . BUT, for real, I have a new ritual to add to my self care tool belt - the salon experience at ZA ZOU in @lvvillage #NorthVancouver ! . ❣ I am beyond grateful for this @ishopandshout opportunity and for the team at #ZaZou. I am now reminded of the beautiful shift that takes place when you take time to SLOW DOWN and allow the experts to take care of you. Plus, my hair nolonger looks like a black and brown Rubix Cube and the shine is impeccable because stylist Simone is MASTERFUL. My hair feels like silk! (you have my permission to touch it if you see me in person lol). .
