All my life, I dealt with a lot of rude and obnoxious people, people who treated me badly, kareeb ke, bahar ke, Ghar ke ... I also speak Urdu (kind of), one word from there is "zaleel" (transcribed), also love that, would equate it to "bitch".

as for like, non swear insults? "sad wet lettuce leaf", "purple spaghetti", "imbecile", "crude excuse for a [whatever]"-- those are all fun!

also, when I write fantasy, I usually come up with my own swears for that universe. the big project I have going rn has "knyph" (pronounced nif), and that one is, you guessed it, stand in for "bitch"
