Bc this is a new blog and i can't shut up about my bbys

This is Naadja Duskryn. First Priestess of her noble house. She fled the underdark because of various political reasons (framed for the death of her consort orchestrated by her mother, Prae'anelle Duskryn)

After she left, she joined the Aevendrow and used her magic to help hide them from invaders, but she left to find and recruit more drow against Lolth's forces (a sort of desperate attempt to regain power) which is when she was tadpoled

This is Zafyna, war priestess of Lolth, originally planned to become a mistress of Arach Tinilith until she met Naadja who promised her status, power, and riches. When Naadja took on a consort she got pissed. When Naady left Menzoberranzan, she swore to Lolth she would deliver her corpse as a tribute

She was hunting Naadja when she got tadpoled

They have a very normal not at all toxic relationship :)

My sweetie, Malyz. They're a half drow. Mother is a drow, father is a high elf. Their mother worships Zinzerena, and trained them to be an assassin (don't look at the robe, tempest sorc is too op)

They're very empowered by their heritage and they just want this stupid tadpole outta their head

Zafyna background info

Zafyna was born of lower standing in her house. In order to rise in status she trained as a soldier for her house in Lolth's name. Once she came of age, she was sent to Arach Tinilith to become a war priestess. 

She doesn't really have “parents” nor does she have biological siblings. She was raised in a communal home (more like barracks) with many different children and had several adults rearing them. She does, however, have two “sisters” who she clung to as she grew. Eventually the eldest, Faedra, willingly became a drider as a test of her loyalty to Lolth. Zafyna was forced to witness the ceremony as a child. It was both terrifying and remarkable. It was also what sparked Zafyna's love for her clerical studies. The “middle child” G'eldlyn became an assassin, abandoning her sisters to kill for their Goddess. While Zafyna understood her sister's motivations for leaving, it left her with a deep fear of abandonment. 

Zafyna has a penchant for education. She's highly intelligent and inquisitive. She began focusing her education on summoning power from the Demonweb pits. At a young age, she was able to summon a yolchol. This gained the attention of the Matron of the school who offered her a position of Mistress of demonology once her studies were completed. 

She was also an exceptional student of toxicology. She was able to concoct poison that atrophied muscle at contact. She used darthiir as test subjects, offering their mangled bodies to Lolth. 

Maintaining her fighting skills throughout her studies, she easily applied her clerical knowledge when she herself became an assassin. 

She also appreciates the fine arts. As she was not granted the privilege of art in her humble upbringing, she delved into art appreciation when she was able to seek knowledge on her own. Her favourite artform is poetry which she's not great at writing but loves to read.
