10. Wha habit should your OC really try to break but never will?

well, for Kaarel i would have said "overthinking" and be done with it, but it would be much too plain to my liking, so i gave it another thought...

but then the tiny creature started bugging me. so, here he is...

... aaaand, he started overthinking like always, so i left him to himself. he has valid points, and you can tell he's very self conscious about them. but has he done anything about it ? no, not at all. i still believe overthinking counts for this, though, and keep it as my say on the matter. also, secretly, he has this habit of falling in love with every man he sees. i can hardly judge him for that one, but it doesn't help him at all..

for the other Kaarel, miqo Kaarel - running away. he is very aware that doing so might be a good option sometimes, but not always, all the time. sure, it can save his life - it has, on many occasions. but he runs away from everything. people, conversations, friend or foe, critters... and from the very light of day. responsibilities go here, too. i guess it might be an attempt to mantain himself without feeling anything anymore, mantain a semblance of 'no interest', to protect himself now. it hardly achieves anything, but he doesn't listen to reason.

in the case of Naoh'a, oversleeping. literally just that. and yet he thinks it's fine. dumbass.

for Orpheus, i'd say being reckless every second of the day, but that's just a requirement to be Azem at this point. so, instead, i will stick to saying, trying to document every little thing. not with words, but drawings. he'll lose his hand if he goes on like this. but is that not also recklessness ? i'm not sure, and i'm too sleep deprived to think more about it.

Is your OC more likely to be getting up with the dawn - or just heading to bed?

well. Kaarel used to head to bed with dawn, long ago, but has since been scolded and warned enough at this point, that he started to work against it and now has a surprisingly healthy sleep schedule. sometimes he undersleeps and wakes before the sun is even up, but it's fine.

miqo Kaarel... isn't any of those. he often goes days without sleep, only a few naps here and there, some not even willingly (he just passes out at random moments of the day). if he wasn't so used to it, he'd sleep his worries off. or forever.

Naoh'a is similarly not any of the options, but, he is a complete opposite to Kaarel. chronical oversleeper, often sleeps 10 hours or more. naps not included.

and Orpheus, he's the definition of a night owl, sleeps when the sun comes out. but he sleeps enough, so it's still kind of healthy. at least enough for him.

Hi anon ! Thanks for leaving this in my askbox hehe.

But I'm sorry to say that you are now doomed to get a 'long' (not quite ?) post as a response LOL (anything is an open door for me to talk or draw nonsense about Kaarel).

Now - considering it, it would be a cute ship. They're really good friends and are together whenever they can. Adorable, drawable potential ! As you can see here:

I suck at drawing Alisaie (as you can see)

I suck at drawing women

I suck at drawing Kaarel

Kaarel used to VERY frequently confuse one twin with the other (he has terrible vision in... a few ways)

So I think it's not too hard to see how that could go wrong... Especially considering the last point.

(but he is THAT blind, in fact.)

So while in theory, Kaarel x Alisaie sounds awesome... it on itself couldn't be the best for any of 'em. Or well, for Kaarel at least (too much shame)... Kaarel is also very much grayromantic.

And something else, but I'll let the little guy speak for this one.
