The sumeru desert quest is full of adventures and betrayal, I knew from the start that these people are shady. Babel takes advantage of the situation with her selfish ambition. They thought they can manipulate and fool the traveler, so they are trying to manipulate Jeht as well, taking advantage of her emotional turmoil, after getting betrayed by Azariq. Many times we show evidence to Babel, reports to Babel and she handles it like its normal, that puts me off, a leader knows what happened within their circle, she knows. (Liloupar's instinct is right, she has seen these type of people and no wonder why she is rude to them, however she is getting a little warm to Jeht and Tadhla)
Babel knows how to manipulate Jeht by showing empathy and motherly love since that is what Jeht wanted. She manipulated her and took advantage of her and the traveler's relationship. I am glad that Jeht has integrity and she still remember her roots and has decision on her own now, her and benben may have a wonderful and safe adventures.
Oh Jeht! I love you so much! I am always be here for you and I hope more adventures and quest with you, please Mihoyo, this girl suffers a lot and all she wanted is somewhere she belong to, the love and companionship with true and honest people.

Oh! If it's not too late... Spite receives a prayer? 🤔
She burned with it. Not just the pain and the grief and the anger, but underneath it all, she burned with it. The acrid taste of betrayal was heavy on her tongue, crusted like sand. Senseless slaughter, for the sake of a few coins, her friends, her tribe. Even before that, her father. Her mother. All consumed like kindling, to feed the hungry fires of ambition.
And for what?
For them to be discarded like nothing? Thought of as bramble that needed to be burned in order to open the way? Greed. Greed and foolishness and yet, so much blood spilled because of it. So many untenable sins, clogged up under her nails. She'd never been afraid of killing, afraid of doing what needed to be done. Her father raised her well, taught her how to wield her blade with determination, but also to not lash out senselessly.
Her father, always thinking of her, always telling her to try her best.
Her father, dead.
Her father, her friends, her tribe. Any and all she met, it was like she was a carrion bird, anywhere she roosted, corpses bloomed at her feet.
And yet.
She huddled in the dark, hands pressing into her side, trying to keep it closed. It didn't matter. She knew. She could feel death coming, and it was not a comfort. She was going to die in that dark hole, alone and forgotten, and no one was going to care. Just like no one had cared about Aderfi. Or Azariq. Or Hugeweh. Or Mendas. Or Yuften.
Gods, she had killed so many, the faces and names blurred in her mind, names slowly slipping through her fingers like sand.
And for what?
It burned. On her tongue, like unspoken truths. At the corner of her eyes, like all the tears she'd learned to swallow back. In her very flesh, where she'd carved all the lessons her father taught her. It burned, brighter than the sun, hotter than her hatred.
It burned.
She burned.
"Shh," came the voice, and a hand curled around her eyes, the other over the gash on her side. "Shh, I've got you."
When the Traveler found her, her pursuers were dead. All of them, the ones outside the small temple she'd retreated into, the ones in the camps dotted all around her tribe's abandoned hunting routes, all the way back to the capital in the rain forest. She knew, because she went looking. Vengeance demanded it. Justice, too.
Because she didn't die, in the dark, even though it felt like a part of her did.
She should have, but she didn't, and that mattered. She would make sure it did.

Well you gotta hand it to Daishan, when she runs away she fucking runs away they’ve had search parties out for 5 days and 5 nights looking for her to no avail.
(since she was going after a certain magic spell to “protect it from danger” it’s just as likely that Herbert has captured her by now but still....she obviously did a good job of confusing her trail enough that they couldn’t figure out where she went)
#principesse del regno della fantasia#Screaming About Stilton#also yuften went too so they stole the horse together#an even better start to a relationship

SPORTSTALK Racing with ANDREW ATKINSON
Yuften to land Lincoln at Doncaster
Yuften is tipped to land The Betway Lincoln Handicap in the first big race of the 2017 Flat racing season at Doncaster on Saturday.
Trained by Roger Charlton, YUFTEN (3.35), priced at 5-1, will be ridden by Italian jockey Andrea Atzeni – after Morando, ante-post favourite – pulled out of the race, due to injury.
From an initial field of 91 entries, at the four day declaration on Wednesday, the allocated 22 runners go to post in a bid to win the £60,000-plus first prize in South Yorkshire.
“Yuften goes to the Lincoln in good form having enjoyed a good preparation – we’ve had the race in mind,” said Charlton.
David O’Meara’s 10-1 shot Bravery, a 44,000 guineas purchase, ridden by David Tudhope, and 25-1 chance, John Best trained Eddystone Rock, a son of Rock Of Gibraltar, are worthy of each-way support.
Mick Channon trained MOBSTA (1.50) also ridden by Atzeni, is the one they have to beat in the 6 furlongs Betway Cammidge Trophy Stakes in Doncaster’s opening race.
Italian superstar Frankie Dettori rides NIMR (2.25) trained by Richard Fahey, who missed the cut in The Lincoln, in the Betway Spring Mile Handicap.
CYMRIC (3.00) trained by Charlie Appleby and ridden by William Buick is tipped to win the Betway Doncaster Mile Stakes, with ROCKET MAN DAN (4.10) trained by Keith Dalgleish and ridden by Connor Beasley, tipped to land the Betway Brocklesbury Conditions Stakes (Div 1) over 5 furlongs.
Clive Cox’s MOVE TO THE FRONT (4.45), in The Betway Brocklesbury Conditions Stakes (Div 2) ridden by Alan Kirby, and DUBAWI PRINCE (5.20) in the Betway Maiden Stakes, trained by Roger Varian and ridden by Atzeni, complete The Leader’s selections at Doncaster.
At Kempton on the Polytrack Ed Dunlop’s AMLAD (1.30) a 160,000 gns yearling, ridden by Silvestre De Sousa, was noted over 7 furlongs at Newmarket in August 2016.
LINGUISTIC (2.05) trained by John Gosden and ridden by Jim Crowley, is expected to shine in the Betfred Mobile Magnolia Stakes.
A 650,000 gns Lope De Vega yearling, Linguistic was successful in winning the Tattersalls Millions Three-Year-Old Trophy at Newmarket in April 2016.
GLOBAL ALEXANDER (3.50) a €160,000 yearling, trained by Clive Cox and ridden by Hector Crouch, is tipped to land the Betfred Lotto Maiden Fillies Stakes over 7 furlongs.
Andrew Balding’s BRIEF VISIT (4.25) ridden by Liam Kenirly, should be too good for the opposition in the Betfred TV Handicap over 1 mile 3 furlongs.
Selections at Chelmsford’s evening race meeting are Michael Stoute’s MUDAARAB (6.15) ridden by Jim Crowley; David O’Meara’s ROCK OF AMERICA (7.15) ridden by David Tudhope; Charlie Hills FAROOK (7.45) ridden by Jim Crowley and Mark Johnston’s LA CASA TARIFA (8.15) ridden by Joe Fanning.
THE LEADER TIPS

In an effort to keep my Principesse thoughts in a logical order, here’s how I feel about each of the girls:
Nives: 10/10 I love her, or, at least, I love her potential, the characterization is a bit inconsistent. Has the best taste in men.
Samah: 8/10 hilarious and rational, loves horses. I’m not sure what the deal was with her and Rubin but still.
Kalea: 7/10 too Pisces to exist, makes me feel personally called out, has the best clothing, should have been a lesbian (TIARE!!!!)
Yara: 6/10 hilarious but needs to chill.
Daishan: 6/10 she of the fiery temper and moronic impulses, cute and hilarious.
Tiare: 5/10 very cute, probably a lesbian, deserves way more characterization than she gets.
Diamante: 4/10 seems a bit bland compared to her sisters, has the worst taste in men.
The men:
Gunnar: 10/10 perfect angel, desperately needs a nap and some time to spend with his wife.
Naehu: 9/10 extremely relatable, useless artistic gayboy.
Yuften: 8/10 giant dork, literally had no chance of not falling in love with Daishan, wow.
Vannak: 7/10 ultra dramatic bad boy/nerd...I kind of love him.
Kaliq: 5/10 useless dramatic botanist, should have been gay (NAEHU)
Purotu: 4/10 basically the male version of Yara but not as enjoyable.
Rubin: 2/10 fuck you.
Herbert: 0/10 WHEN WILL HE GET THE PUNCH IN THE FACE HE DESERVES.
#principesse del regno della fantasia#Screaming About Stilton#there's a few other characters but i don't have a lot to say about them

Since I’m shipping garbage it’s necessary for me to make my Principesse ships clear to you:
Nives & Gunnar (canon, also super depressing, yay)
Kalea & Tiare (not canon, but should be)
Naehu & Kaliq (not even remotely canon but it makes me laugh)
Daishan & Yuften (canon, they’re both idiots I love them)
Yara & Vannak (might end up being canon, hard to say atm)
and Samah with no one because we haven’t met anyone worthy of her yet.
#principesse del regno della fantasia#Screaming About Stilton#one thing you always know about me#i'll always find a ship to ship

Wow either Daishan is really susceptible to beetle magic or Herbert is being an extra asshole this time because even after he got what he wanted she didn’t wake up
And Yuften was trying to take care of her but they got lost in the desert and then, you know, scorpion happened. This poor boy is probably traumatized.

Awwww Daishain is cute and I am ready for her dumb romance with Yuften. Let these young nerds be together.
(also I thought she was the younger cousin but apparently she’s the older cousin? Oh well)

I was going to bring Principessa delle foreste with me today and I totally forgot but I am planning on getting back into that SO for people who were following it/people who are new, here is a summary of this weird Italian book series that I live blog:
Book 1:
Princess Nives kicks all sorts of ass, resists magically attempted mind-control/date rape out of a sheer need to be a brat, saves her part of the 5 part magic spell from Herbert The Asshole, saves the life and breaks the curse of Gunnar with her magic tears, marries Gunnar, and then immediately sends him south to save the world while she presumably lounges around her palace drinking wine.
I love Nives, she’s the fucking greatest.
Summary, aka Nives about to murder some dickwad, Gunnar thinking about his Tragic Past(tm):
Book 2:
Kalea, who is so Pisces that I feel called out on every level of existence, finds a botanist washed up on the beaches of her island paradise kingdom and promptly falls in love with him even though she should actually be with Tiare. He’s dumb and dramatic and ends up drinking a bunch of poison in the most Extra way possible over a simple misunderstanding. While they’re dealing with that, Herbert tricks everyone (including me!!) and gets away with Kalea’s part of the spell and also some random wizard that he kidnapped. Gunnar shows up too late to help so he and Kalea leave whatshisname behind to recover and take a magic portal to kingdom #3.
Summary, aka YOUR KINGDOM IS IN DANGER STOP FUCKING AROUND:
(Kalea’s dresses are so cute though every Look in this book is On Point)
Book 3:
Samah takes no shit and gives no fucks. Herbert knows better than to even try and fuck with her, so instead he magically mind controls her Hot Younger Cousin Daishan. Luckily the dude who fell in love with Daishan at first sight was there, unfortunately he did not manage to prevent her from giving the spell to Herbert or from getting stung by a scorpion and almost dying. Good job Yuften, you did fucking nothing.
Kalea and Gunnar show up at the end (how long do magic portals take holy shit) and all three of them travel to the next kingdom.
Summary, aka Samah is not Buying Anyone’s Bullshit):
Book 4, so far:
Samah, Gunnar, and Kalea are not good at traveling together. Samah takes off to find Yara and sends Gunnar and Kalea to find the magic portal to the 5th Kingdom since they don’t know where Herbert will strike. They all almost die/ get lost forever multiple times.
Summary, aka you guys are really fucking bad at this:
#principesse del regno della fantasia#Screaming About Stilton#i'm sure you're all thrilled that i'm gonna go back to this lol

Anyway I read a bit so have some pics
IT’S GUNNAR, FINALLY. Also Kalea, too, nice to see you again.
Yuften’s family is very sad about their son’s extended disappearance and Kalea tries to help while cousin Armal looks broodingly into the distance.
Exciting times.
