I may not play Rivals of Aether (my laptop is a potato & will likely explode if I ever try to actually play games on it), but I've always loved the designs of the base characters and especially the inclusion of some of my fave Indie+ characters (Ori from Ori and the Blind Forest/Will of the Wisps was what really got me to take a peak at the game in the 1st place, and only recently have I started taking notice of other characters like friggen Yoyo from olde RHG animations <3 )

i spent a lot of my childhood watching/playing stickfigure related things i think im too prone to feeling emotions for the sticks i almost cried at FLLFFL vs Yoyo cuz of FL leaving you dragged me into a hellpit of emotions thank you so much (/gen dont ask how but its a good thing i swear)

I am severely not normal about Alfa and Yoyo from RHG I literally skipped gym just to look at Alfa fanart for half an hour (yeah i may tend to abuse my consequence-free ability to not do gym) and proceeded to make my chromebook's bg Yoyo and my school email pfp Yoyo and also i m just some of th fights in the series (like- stickfight- cuz theyre all stickfights) tug at my emotions somehow whether its Alfa and Terantula talking after their battle and being chill w/ eachother despite just having an epic battle also in Drifts vs Mario's (not Mario from Mario just character named Mario-) battle how Mario just took the kill right after Drifts said they'd spare you while you're seemingly on the verge of death and then one where it wasn't even a fight in the dojo it was just Mugen showing up on Styr's turf and getting his ass beaten probably for looking like Alfa right after Alfa retired from the dojo in-story (i mean prob not but listen that angered me cuz Alfa is my fave thankfully Mugen got his ass kicked tho) and yeah also one made me almost cry since istfg i saw it when i was a kid like idfk where but i knew it so well and i nearly cried

I have no fucking clue what any of this means but go off king we love it
