I think it's really sad moon will probably never see her namesake with her own eyes, I hope at some point after her collapse, the rubble opens up in just the right way where she can see the moon in all it's glory, maybe just for a moment, I think she deserves that much.

Actually the rubble is opened up! Moon gets rained on directly. Also you can see there is light shining down on her!

The reason she cannot actually see the moon is because of the extremely thick cloud layer I imagine. She has no pretty sky to look at, just a foggy ceiling.

Hm.. saint times though..

During the ending we can see that the cloud layer hasn't subsided even though there are no functional iterators anymore which is pretty bizarre? Unless the world is just that polluted. You still get unbearable blizzards through the cycles..

But you know what I do like the idea that just maybe a small spot can open up for her. Something to see with her own eyes for once.
