Why did Youngseo leave ILLIT?

Youngseo had issues in the group. I see her having clashes with the other members and it's causing a lot of disharmony. Something about the concept too? She wanted freedom and liberation. She's financially stable (she comes from a rich family) so she's like "well I'll live". I see transparency issues with her and the company. It caused her to worry as well, probably about the group's future? Yeah that's what I'm getting here. I'm also getting possible favoritism behind the scenes.

to him, it was time for hybe to fail too. somehow.

When it comes to their popularity, KIOF should be cautious of their future actions as it might be good for the foreign places but not in Korea. as i see i'll-it will compliment in one way or another enhypen's storyline (and distance from their debut era), it can be successful as of now, the group will make extreme switch and somehow find their sound with their next comeback. it won't be as their debut in the first days though but it will be good enough, i believe so. currently i'll-it might be more impactful outside of korea, though. currently i'm leaning towards yes but in a way it will be similar to enhypen's comebacks success-wise, i believe so.

Jongho feels quite in a loop. It feels everything is happening too fast and he doesn't know what to do. He might compares himself to the rest of ATEEZ because they know what to do, but he doesn't.

There can be some buzz after their debut, but there is also some silence, so either this or that. I see some talks, but I also see them being isolated or being less active as a group. I am not sure what 6 of cups is doing in the end, but assuming Ahyeon's hiatus, it is probably because of her because she is really isolated from the rest of BABYMONSTER. She might not be mentioned but if she is in the centre of the attention, BABYMONSTER might be extremely uncomfortable because of it because they're too sad anyways. It can be beneficial, but they could debut whenever from what I see.

However, considering inflation, Chinese people buying less this year and possibly some other reasons, might make sense. Overall outlook? At it's BEST, "like always". Might get worse than expected, so I'd expect less sales unless if they've gained fans, then the amount of album sales, listens and etc., then they might just... not shrink and the number will be around the same as their last release. Unfortunately, no, at least as of now, she won't debut somewhere else. Youngseo thinks that debuting in another company will make her fall in a similar situation as where she was under HYBE (as a whole); this doesn't mean that Youngseo is afraid that she'll be mistreated or something similar like that but it feels like this it's about her mindset as Youngseo might've had unstable mentality (mental health). This doesn't mean she won't be in the (korean) entertaiment industry in the future though - I can see her taking a break for her desires to be in the entertaiment industry as I can see she still wants to be there in the future, but not as an idol. Maybe as a host, as a comedian, or another thing, but not as an idol. I wouldn't say she can be singer in the future either, at least as of now.. so no.

roughly, i'll-it are preparing to debut. i wouldn't say very soon but belift is really trying to debut them in the first quarter of this year. the issues before the girls' debut really seem to be the trademarks hybe stated for as illit is trademarked by construction company which is understandable.

the debut preparations on the other hand are completely mess as the reason behind it is clearly youngseo's departure. they seemed to fail with something (that i seemingly have no clue) which will lead to many change in plans for i'll-it's debut. i do sense this is karma the company had to receive due to something they did (possibly related to enhypen) and are more prone to make everything worse than ever. belift should be really cautious as they might fuck everything up. personally, it's for the best if belift decides that they will delay i'll-it's debut from financial point of view. there are problems that belift are not willing to solve as of now not because they can't but because they don't want to. i am not sure if it's for the best for i'll-it to actually rebrand or even disband, but belift have to put them on hold because of the subsidiary's sake.

i'll-it girls seem to be treated so and so, i wouldn't say they're treated horribly but they aren't treated the best either. possibly 2 days off with 5 days working in very dynamic way and improving very very very hard to the point they might exhaust themselves from perfomancing point of view. this seems to continue even after youngseo's leaving.
