OC-tober Day 6: Past

I’m spending this week to try and flesh out these new characters of mine so here’s Vinum and Revati again. More for the prompt under the cut

Reminder: Vinum is the princess/gal and Revati is the creature/lad.

Vinum was sent away from her kingdom as a child. For reasons I haven’t fleshed out yet, she ended up being left alone in a tower with the vague promise that someone will come back for her after things in the kingdom are sorted out. But time passed and she was just left alone. And that’s incredibly hard to deal with as a young child.

After some time passed, a magical creature, called a deity in this universe, moved in on the tower’s territory. This is a naturally curious being and coming across a tower with a lone girl in it was interesting. So naturally, this deity started hanging around more, enjoying the company and having a home they could settle in.

The deity, naming itself Revati after spending some time with Vinum, ended up living with Vinum full time and they work together in their own little environment.
