If you're feeling really risky, he's up to do any surgeries you might want. He's not a real surgeon, though. He'll probably do a pretty decent job, having some experience with it through experimenting on people, but be warned that insurance probably doesn't cover messed up DIY top surgery. It'll most likely be fine though... Plus, he's actually a pretty good nurse when you're healing

If you prefer to get it done by an actual surgeon, he'll still tag along for support. Even if maybe he's a bit annoyed he doesn't get do do it

If people are rude to you, they're in for a wild and exceptionally unpleasant ride. He is always in need of new test subjects, after all. And they can be assured it will hurt
