The noogie came as...something of a surprise.

“Wha- Gah!” Cadance’s wings spread wide in surprise, making her look like a startled bird...Which wasn’t too far from the truth.

Once the assault was over, Cadance looked fair confused. “I suddenly don’t understand anything and am currently casting sincere doubt on the laughable insinuation that I or anyone else actually did even for a single moment.”
