Ooh the Ask Game looks fun!! For me personally, I’d choose Naruto to carry my heir, since his bloodline is known for being super durable with extraordinary health / regeneration. (Among other favorable qualities) He isn’t quite my favorite so per say, that honor goes to Neji lol, but all in all if I’m trying to have a healthy heir who will no doubt have some genetic advantages I’d choose him.

Naruto would also be one of the healthiest mentally throughout the pregnancy, as many of the Consorts probably have some sort of traumatic memories due to their parents training that will affect them mentally during the pregnancy, even if they do genuinely want to proceed with it. (Sasuke & Itachi immediately come to mind, and I don’t even want to touch the possible things Neji has gone through)

As for my Harem, it would look a little like this;

Main Consort - Neji

Side Consorts - Itachi, Sasuke, Naruto, Shikamaru

General Consorts - Sai, Kiba, Gaara

Oooh, Naruto's a good choice logistically. He's willing, very healthy, bounces back from pregnancy in like five minutes lol. He will certainly make sturdy heirs haha. The next empress, Naruto's daughter, would definitely be the longest reigning empress in history because she inherits Naruto's refusal to die.

You are also absolutely right, he's definitely one of the most capable in handling a pregnancy mentally. He has no negative links in his brain with pregnancy, so he just deals with the more negative parts with a grin, and loves the fun parts a lot.

As for how everyone else reacts.... well....

Neji is hella salty. Like seriously, genuinely offended. Gives you the silent treatment for a whole week level of offended. He's the main husband. He runs the harem. He wanted a baby. And you chose Naruto instead of him. You're going to seriously have to justify and make it up to him.

Itachi wishes you'd chosen him, but he keeps that to himself because he knows it's selfish. Naruto is doing a great job at providing you an heir, and his time will come eventually. He's very active in the baby's life, he dotes on the little thing.

Sasuke is also kind of pissed you chose Naruto, but not because you didn't choose him. He's mad because a) Naruto is one of his sparring partners (and lowkey Sasuke's favourite) which he won't be able to do while pregnant or newly post partum, so you've ruined that for him. And b) his brother has wanted a baby forever and you couldn't give him one?? Now Itachi is going to mope but pretend he's not moping and Sasuke's going to have to deal with that 🙄🙄

Shikamaru understands why you made that choice. He would have advised you to do something like this. Naruto has the best genes for the next empress, it only makes sense. He thinks the rest of the harem is being way too dramatic about this and taking a political move personally. He might say something about that, that hurts some feelings, so watch him with that.

Sai thinks it's cool. He likes learning about the pregnancy and Naruto lets him look and participate in everything as and when. The other husbands would probably have too much modesty and desire for privacy to let Sai do that, so he appreciates that you chose Naruto. Sai is also undecided about whether he wants a baby or not, so this is a good learning chance for him.

Kiba pretends to whine about it and definitely tells Naruto that he's so lucky, but he's not that bothered. Just because Naruto's having a baby doesn't mean Kiba can't also have one (or multiple lol). He will start badgering you about it though as you've now proven you're interested in the whole kids thing, so it's his turn next right?

Gaara thinks Naruto deserves it fully. Gaara respects and admires Naruto a lot, so he's very happy for him. Gaara knows his time will come, but for now, he wants to help Naruto as much as he can. Gaara sticks by Naruto's side a lot while he's pregnant, helping him out with things. Their friendship is honestly so cute, and Naruto's pregnancy really strengthens it.
