shuld i make a list of bands i think geara would love. bc god i can name a lot of them (most of them are ones i enjoy)
#wolfie rambles#you'd think it'd be anything heavier & crazier but like. i had this thought#kinda based on my dad actually bc he plays guitar and loves heavy metal#he's into really heavy music but he also enjoys this funk band called level 42#they made popular new wave songs like lessons in love & something about you#and i asked him what his favorite songs by them were; bc the bass playing can get rly complex and funky and cool#but he told me; he likes those songs but they're not really his go-to songs by them. which i was shocked to hear bc it sounded#like it would be right? his actual favorites were the slower ballads (and i don't usually like ballads but L42 makes some REALLY good ones)#and yknow. i think geara would rly rly enjoy the heavier and more complex guitar playing of bucket's but weirdly enough.#colma (the more emotional - slow album of his) is just his favorite despite his inclination to loud and thrashy music#just thought that'd be cool to mention#geara tag
