riddle rosehearts: don’t get me started on him. hypothetically, let’s say he has a single romantical bone in his body. he would probably (definitely) want to date someone his mother would approve of, so someone who’s super studious and thinking about becoming a lawyer type of thing. even then, his mother would be the overbearing MIL stereotype, and riddle would just bend to her every whim, so it wouldn’t work. would probably divorce you if his mom said to. 

overall rating: 2/10, could be a nice cushy life if he took his penchant for memorizing rules into a lawyer profession and became a rich husband, but still the MIL…. you would end up on r/relationshipadvice within weeks, i’m afraid. 

ace trappola: he’s like a frat boy to me, honestly. I think you could be friends with him within reason, but if you actually date him… he’s the kind of guy who would pursue you and then get bored once u start dating. whoops, he had a consensual workplace relationship. he canonically ghosted his ex, guys. 

overall rating: 3/10, you would be dating a frat boy. you don’t want that for yourself, trust me, speaking from second-hand experience here. 

deuce spade: deuce is actually normal. like he’s no rich boy, but his family is respectful and his mother would adore you if he brought you home. he’s a little slow, but he’s got the spirit, y’know? 

overall rating: 6/10, very nice in-laws, very cool husband. you may end up being the primary breadwinner. 

cater diamond: with cater, it’s probably a bromance that turns into a real romance. mostly because he didn’t want to confess and ruin the whole thing you had going on together. likely a guy who needs a lot of validation from his partner. like he’ll say he hates pickles if you don’t like pickles. will not let a pickle pass his lips. will try his very hardest to convince you to do silly couple challenges.

overall rating: 8/10, he’s sooooo cute but he’s got unresolved mental instability like you wouldn’t believe. personally, i love that in a man. call me fix-it felix.

trey clover: trey is. trey. average guy whose family runs a bakery. he’s cute though!

overall rating: 5/10, he’s probably a freak in terms of intimate relations! teehee! no further comment.

SAVANACLAW

leona kingscholar: leona is a nice guy, respectful etc. but after a while, he’s not putting the same energy into the relationship as you are. the added layer of dating a literal prince…. no matter how disregarded he is by his family, he is second in line for the throne. the pressure from that sounds crazy, i won’t lie. you might be able to ignore the pressure of him bringing you home to straight up royalty ! overall rating: 5/10, he’s so dreamy and gorjus but he wears uncle sandals. jack howl: oh he’s so bf material, like you don’t understand. him being really firm on the fact that beastmen choose a life partner? wanting to fall in love and be committed to someone until his dying day? this is Romance. he's probs a good guy to bring to the gym for support if you’re just starting to work out regularly! might accidentally push you past your limits bc he’s thinking beastmen standards and not human. overall rating: 7/10, he’s so cute and i love him, but he’s a gym bro and does daily early morning jogs and such. cannot accept it. ruggie bucchi: he’s actually another really normal guy to date! he’s shown to do anything to provide for his loved ones (bringing food home from school to provide for his friends and family). very much an acts of service guy! 

overall rating: 4/10, the chances are high that he’ll do that thing that broke dudes do when they get all touchy and hug their partner when the partner pulls out their card to pay for something. 

OCTAVINELLE

azul ashengrotto: he would be nice to you ONLY if he had something to gain. would actually play the long game in order to sweet-talk you into signing some contract that totally screws you over forever. he is a capitalist at heart, i fear. he’s gonna get you in some get-rich-quick scheme. also, he can’t kiss and it would be weird and a lot more drool than necessary.  overall rating: 6/10, i love octopus.

jade leech: oh god. he’s like visually appealing but the longer he's talking, the worse it gets. his hobby would literally be getting your heart rate up. you’d be lucky if you don’t get high blood pressure from his desire to see your face twist in an ugly expression. he has a penchant for learning, so he’ll want to research the topic of his interest to the fullest to get the desired results.  overall rating: 3/10, the moment he’s tired of you, he’ll never speak to you again outside of a professional setting. floyd leech: he wants to have fun every day he can. which is fine, nothing wrong with that. the problem lies when he wants to rope you into it. and his idea of fun is….. questionable. he would call you up in the middle of the night and ask if you wanna go for a joyride that takes you over state lines. and you would only get like three minutes notice. he would also invite himself into your dorm and sleep in your bed. no, he’s not making the bed either, the guy canonically has to be forced into ironing his own shirt.  overall rating: 3/10, he looks like he bites unironically. would you get rabies if a humanized eel bit you?

SCARABIA

kalim al-asim: oh he’s so sweet, but the only problem is literally the fact that he’s rich. he frequently talks about multiple attempts on his life in his youth up until the present day. if people outside of your circle found out you were with him, word would surely spread to unwanted ears, and your life would be at risk because of that immediate association.  overall rating: 6/10, a total sweetheart, but i don’t think i’d be able to eat breakfast with him without wondering if something’s in our food. jamil viper: he has too many underlying issues that include but are not limited to: an inferiority complex that exists due to his forced proximity to kalim. as much as i’d love to say i could fix him, jamil almost killed kalim. Plus, jamil is literally kalim’s servant. association with kalim = will probably die. overall rating: 5/10, he’s got issues, but he’s so cute and probably just needs that reassurance or whatever. my silly guy!

POMEFIORE

vil schoenheit: vil is like my fav so i’d love to say that because he’s so nice and rich and pretty that he would be a perfect ten. WRONG. he’s famous. bad! what if he has crazy stans who go after you bc you’re dating him? for your own safety, you would never be able to go public with your relationship, that is if the tabloids don't get to you.  overall rating: 7/10, you’ll have to listen to him go on tangents about neige. 

rook hunt: if you’re thinking “yeah no he’s probably a safe bet, he’s rich and i could be his trophy wife/husband”, you like french people and you’re lying to yourself !!!!! ive never met a normal rich person in my life, and rook is no exception. he would know your shoe size before you even know his last name. 

overall rating: 0/10, he’s weird AND french.

epel felmier: he lives in a small town where everyone tends to know each other and their business. there’s no hiding your relationship from them. downside is, he would have a crazy inferior complex if you were taller than him. He needs to be a Man’s man, yknow??? overall rating: 6/10, he’s a good cook, an incredible one, even. if you can’t cook and you can deal with a man who desperately wants to show you how cool he is, then this is the one for you. 

IGNIHYDE

idia shroud: he wouldn’t date, like he’s a NEET guys, i don’t see it at all. He would marry someone if it was for tax reasons, or just to tell people he isn’t bitchless. you'd just go to a courthouse real quick and pop by an ihop after.  

overall rating: 6/10, he would be an incredible overwatch carry. would bully you for sucking super hard in any type of pvp game. 

ortho shroud: he’s like a child, so he is not included!

malleus draconia: you would be perfectly safe with him. yeah, he’s not fully clear on the norms of human society, but he treats you well! problem is, he'd be a little too obssessed and its going to very quickly turn into "he's going to keep u in this tower bc hes scared abt u dying"

overall rating: 7/10, wouldn’t you love a loser man who is obsessed with gargoyles?!  silver: objectively, the world’s most perfect man. he’s super cute and can cook! everything you would want in a man. he's also got his wacky little sitcom type family like step brothers who are Not human and a dad who is Not human but like they care for him he cares for them! 

overall rating: 9/10, no real drama and they'd probably be elated if he brought someone home.  sebek zigvolt: he would choose malleus over you every time, i’m so sorry. like “sorry babe malleus needs help shining his sword or whatever, you can start the movie without me.” realistically the only time sebek could be in a relationship is if he finds someone whos as obsessed with malleus as he is so they can be hyperfixated on him together or something. like how kpop stans marry each other, but with malleus the dragon prince. 

overall rating: 2/10, he would use you has a human dishrag to clean shoes for malleus.  lilia vanrouge: everyone loves a fictional old man, but this particular old man comes with trauma and emotional baggage spanning centuries. You can only fix-it felix your way out of so many things. he’s cute, though.

Birthday-Cody Rhodes x Gn!Reader

Request: Cody has to work on your birthday when all you want to do is be pampered with a day of relaxation so you have attitude and he makes you feel better

2nd Person POV

Friday Night Smackdown and you were once again, in some random city you didn't care too much to be in. It was your birthday weekend and you had wanted to spend it with your fiance Cody, so he had taken you along with him.

It was a pretty nice city, even though you'd rather be home, so the plan was to stay there for a few days. Friday for Smackdown, and then have the day to yourself on Saturday while he did press stuff, and then you'd spend Sunday (your birthday) together. Maybe do a couples spa. A cute little romantic dinner, ending in a movie night. Something fun and relaxing for your birthday.

Unfortunately for you, that's not exactly how everything had turned out.

Saturday morning, you woke up in your shared hotel bed, the spot next to you unusually empty. Groggily looking around, you squinted at the bright light seeping in through the blinds as you searched for Cody.

You noticed light coming out of the bathroom towards the entrance of the room and rolled out of bed, wrapping your fuzzy blanket around yourself as you moved.

Stepping onto the cool bathroom tile, you saw your fiance getting ready in front of the mirror. He had already gotten dressed in some khaki shorts and a nice polo and was currently shaving off his stubble.

He stopped and turned towards where you stood in the doorway once he saw you.

"You're leaving already?" You asked him, still rubbing the sleep from your eyes.

He smiled softly at you, stepping forward and wrapping his hands around your waist. "I'm sorry babe. I'd sleep in all day with you if I could. But you know how it is."

You nodded in acceptance, knowing fighting about it wouldn't change his work schedule. He kissed your forehead before moving back to the sink, finishing up what he was doing as he began to ask about your plans for the day.

"Well, I found this super cute nail place so I think I'll go get my nails done. And then I found a good-looking sandwich shop for lunch and there's some other stores and stuff on that road so I figured I'd spend most the day there. Probably until you're done at least."

You leaned your head against the doorway as you spoke, mesmerized by the way Cody's muscles looked under the sharp lighting.

He snapped you out of it when he addressed you, a small smile pulling at his lips as he ignored what you were staring at, only to subtly flex his biceps as you stared. "Sounds like a great day, babe. I should be done by 5, and we can meet up somewhere for dinner."

You tried not to let the disappointment that he wouldn't be available until dinner show, so you just wrapped your arms around him and squeezed him tight, whispering 'I love you's and your goodbyes until you were once again left cold and by yourself.

You made the best of your day out. To the best of your ability anyway. You got your nails done, a shimmery red to match Cody's ring gear. You had found a small bakery and gotten yourself a little sweet treat as well as a small birthday cake for tomorrow.

You were living life, savoring the peace and quiet of being by yourself and not having to rush for once. You had even gotten a new purse, it was white with a little yellow and purple flower pattern on it, and you couldn't wait to show Cody.

There was a nice barbeque place not far from where you currently were and had texted Cody an hour previous that that was where you wanted to go for dinner to no response.

No big deal, he often was very busy and couldn't check his phone for a while, but he'd get back to you as soon as he could. An hour turned into two and by 5:30, the designated meeting time, you had still not received any response.

This had happened before. He would get caught up with whatever he was doing and would wind up being late for a date the two of you had planned. You had just hoped that this time would be different since it was your birthday tomorrow.

You decided that whether he would be there or not, that restaurant was where you wanted to have dinner and you made your way over anyway.

Later that night, around 8 o'clock, you were at a local ice cream shop for dessert when you finally got a text back from Cody.

Cody♥️💙: I am sooooooooo sorry Y/n!!! They just kept having more and more stuff for me to do and I couldn't say no and they wouldn't let me have my phone on me I'm so sorry. I'll see you at our hotel❤️

As angry as you were with having no communication with him the whole day, you really couldn't be anything more than irritated. This wasn't unusual so you were kind of just used to this happening at this point in your relationship. But it was your birthday weekend.

Arriving at the hotel, before you could even open the door, it swung open revealing your fiance, a look of guilt on his face.

Not letting him speak, you just fell into his arms, wrapping your arms around his waist as he held you tightly. You closed your eyes and breathed him in, expressing without words that it was okay.

"I was thinking since we couldn't do anything today, that tomorrow we could start early? I found this cafe downtown that looks good for breakfast and then I booked a couple's spa around 10:30. We'll figure out lunch when we get there and then there's this gorgeous flower field not far from here if you want to take some birthday photos." He rambled a little bit as you rested your chin on his chest, staring up at him lovingly.

You stopped him with a kiss to his lips. "That sounds great, babe. And I went ahead and picked up a little cake from this really good bakery I found." You grinned up at him as his eyes lit up at the mention of cake.

"Well, in that case..." He picked you up as you squealed, wrapping your arms around his neck and clinging for dear life as he spun around towards the bed, lightly dropping you onto it with a dramatic, "And Cody Rhodes, slaming Y/n L/n on the bed!" Sending you into a fit of giggles that lasted through the night.

The sound of someone's ringtone was what woke you up the next morning. "Cody." You reached behind you, slapping his chest to wake him up. It was his phone that was ringing.

"Ugh. Hello?" You heard him answer as he threw back the sheets and sat up.

You reached out and grabbed your own phone to check the time. 6:43 am. You groaned and dropped your phone to the table, face-planting back onto the bed.

"Y/n," Cody shook your back to wake you up. You just groaned in response, too tired to do anything else. "Y/n I'm so sorry, baby they have some more stuff for me to do. But, you should come with me. Please?"

You were too tired to really think anything other than you wanted to be with Cody, so you agreed and begrudgingly got up and ready, and next thing you knew you were sitting next to him in the backseat of your Uber to who knows where.

You ignored any attempts from Cody at a conversation, deciding to scroll through Instagram instead, hyping up some of the WWE women in their comments.

You continued to ignore him, even after he told the driver to stop at your favorite coffee chain super quick.

You let him kiss your head before he ran in, leaving you in the car only to be back a few minutes later with the largest size of your favorite drink.

"Thank you," You said, taking the drink from him and taking a sip before going back to your phone. 

He sighed before going to his phone, feeling hopeless at getting you to no longer be upset with him. You started to feel bad but stuck to your feelings.

He had promised the day together and now he was working and had taken you with him.

You couldn't even eat your own birthday cake because it was back at the hotel!

So yeah, you were in a bit of a bitchy mood today.

The rest of the day consisted of you sitting backstage as you watched Cody in his interviews. He would try to talk to you in between but his schedule wound up being so busy that he would just be rushed right past you every time.

"I swear, I'll make it up to you." He had promised.

It wasn't until you had finally made it back to your hotel that afternoon that he was able to fulfill that promise. 

Walking into the room, rose gold and white balloons filled the room with rose petals covering every surface. The cake you had bought was laid out neatly on the dining table and 'Happy Birthday Y/n' had been written on it in white frosting.

Perfectly wrapped presents were piled in the corner and you could smell your favorite candle burning from somewhere in the room.

Your eyes welled up at the sight and you turned around to see his guilty face once again.

"I really am sorry, Y/n. I swear I wasn't supposed to work today but stuff comes up. But like I said, I'll make it up to you in any and every way I can.

He reached into his pocket, pulled out his wallet, and rifled through all the cards before pulling one out.

At your raised eyebrow, he handed you his credit card, kissing the top of your head. "This is just the start, but, feel free to go wild." And feel free you did.

If you somehow feed him enough food and water to get him back to a semi-sober state, at night, he'll take you up to the hands of the statue of him in front of the cathedral.

He'd somehow get EVEN SAPPIER, and now that he's regained some of his faculties, he's very poetic.

Idc HOW good you are at keeping your emotions hidden, he WILL make you blush at some point.

You two talk up there until you fall asleep and then he flies you back over to your house, leaving some dandelions in an empty vase in your room.

Xiao

Kind of like Scara, he takes you out to nature, but instead of there being a specific destination, the two of you just kinda go for a walk.

He's freaking out the entire time, because he's worried you're going to get hurt by his karmic debt.

In fact, you probably had to ask him to go on a walk with you, and he agreed only after he had cleared out the entire forest of hilichurls.

Catches some crystalflies for you, makes you some food using fresh ingredients, is overall really sweet (as much as he can be)… but you can tell that he's hiding something.

Eventually (guess what... I'm referencing the birthday lines again...) you ask him what's up and he finally shows you.

He made an adepti amulet to protect you, but was embarrassed to give it to you!

He tries to run away after that, so if you make him stay, you two can go into Liyue Harbor and get some food (something he hardly ever does, so you're special!)

Honestly, you keep him sane, so he's happy that he could give you at least one good day.

Or, more accurately, to allow him to help him reach his full potential. Vil never admits it, but he adores pampering and styling people. His love language is helping people look their best. So if he's someone who knows himself enough to know what style he likes, he'll appreciate it, and take up the mantle of doing the hard work, ie making outfits, styling hair and makeup, formulating skin care etc. He also wants someone confident in their masculinity. Like on a wider heroes of Paris level, I mean. How did Lila get the Fox, is she actually a hero, would Mari put two and two together regarding Volpina & Lila ETC.

Ok, to be honest, when I made that list I just thought it was a funny concept to have Marinette and Lila get a certain dynamic. Like a sorta funny love square where Marinette is doing her best to be nice to Lila and help her but finds Volpina UNBELIEVABLY annoying and outright hates her. If not is a tiny bit scared of her.

But your ask has actually gotten my creative mind going and creating a kinda cool AU idea.

So let's call this, The Lone Fox AU, just for convenience. So basically, in this AU, at least for a while, Lila as Volpina is the only hero in Paris. For some reason, Fu wasn't able to give Marinette and Adrien their Miraculous. Or never even found them in the first place. But Lila found him.

Basically Lila had seen Fu actually fall, likely while trying to rush back to his home, and dropped the Fox Miraculous in his panic. Lila thought it was just some cool jewelry and decided to pocket it instead of giving it back. It was only when she got home and put it on, that she met Trixx and discovered the power she had just stolen. Lila soon decided to basically go on a joyride, using her new power as Volpina to just do whatever she wanted around Paris. She didn't really hurt anyone, she wasn't a villain, but she did take advantage of her power to torment people for fun and take anything she wanted(mostly just random stuff like food and trinkets. She left valuable alone for the most part). Though at her core, she is just after the attention. Lila has always been craving attention.

But then Hawk Moth went and ruined it. Seeing a clear sign the Miraculous were in play around Paris, he started sending out his akumas, trying to further lure out the Cat and Ladybug holders that were surely hiding from him. He may have even tried to recruit Lila, but this whole, take-over Paris thing was not Lila's style, she just wanted to have her fun without anyone to tie her down. Plus she has the sense Hawk Moth will likely abandon her at the first chance he gets, like all adults eventually do to her.

When the akumatized villains start actually attacking Paris, doing real tangible damage to the city, Lila ends up intervening. She doesn't want her freedom and source of attention taken away from her so she starts fighting the akumas. She doesn't have the Ladybug or Black Cat power, but she learns to be crafty, learning to destroy the akumatized items with the help of Trixx, and how to actually destroy the butterflies when she doesn't have the ability to purify them.

The public definitely has mixed feelings on Volpina. She's fighting to protect them against the much more dangerous and destructive akumas, but they also know well the amount of tomfoolery and trouble she caused when left to her own devices. Which is why she's marked a sa vigilante instead of a straight hero or villain. This is definitely where Marinette picked up her distaste for Volpina, the fox taking plenty of baked goods from her family's bakery while on her joyrides.

As time goes on, things get even more complicated. Akumas become stronger and Lila's usual tricks aren't getting her as far. And this whole time since having to fight these akumas she's had a whole ton of time to think about her place in Paris. She went on her joyrides because she felt alone and unseen. Her father left her soon after she was born and her mother is so lost in work she's basically forever left Lila alone to fend for herself. Not to mention Lila has moved so many times she's never had the chance to set down her roots. So all her lying and her Volpina joyrides are just an attempt to take back the attention she was denied her whole life.

And now, as a hero, she's starting to catch on to the other things that are important to her. She likes actually being helpful and the gratitude people show her for doing heroic things. But she also hates the fear and disdain many others show her. Rightfully deserved. Lila doesn't want to be feared or hated. She just wants to be known...

Feeling in over her head with recent akumas and actually remorseful for her actions, Lila goes to the only person she can think to, Master Fu. With Trixx's help, she tracks down Fu at his shop as just simple Lila. Fu is confused till she explains who she is and starts actually begging for forgiveness. No lies. No deceptions. No half-truths. Just Lila asking for help.

Fu takes pity on her, but is also able to sense the spark of a hero's spirit within her. So he cuts her a deal. He'll help her as much as he can, but as soon as Hawk Moth is defeated, Lila will give back the Fox Miraculous and never go near the Miraculous ever again. And if he catches any funny business from her, Fu will take the Fox Miraculous back himself.

Lila's hesitant for a second, but agrees. So now she has Fu to guide her. But Master Fu also gives her one more recommendation on how to beat Hawk Moth, a partner...

So Lila finds the one girl she can trust. A girl she's both cherished as a civilian and needlessly tormented as a vigilante. She sneaks into Marinette's room and leaves her a little box with a note just asking for help. So now Volpina is joined by Multimouse!

Of course, Marinette is hesitant to help and makes her dislike for Volpina known. But agrees to be her partner to save Paris and maybe kick Volpina in the butt some more.

And with one more good influence, they probably do expand their team a bit more to fight Hawk Moth. But for the most part, it's just Volpina and Multimouse.

The whole time Volpina has been having her character arc, you can imagine civilian Lila still causing problems at school. Maybe not as bad as in canon, but she still lies and does whatever she wants to get attention. With Marinette hanging around in her shadow, being basically the only person Lila would properly consider a friend. Marinette does like Lila as a person sincerely, but also wants to keep her on the right track. And Lila takes notice. Meanwhile as Volpina, she likes to torment Marinette a bit. It's mostly flirty and she has no ill will or bad intent, she is just trying to have fun but Marinette does not appreciate having this vigilante bothering her and her family. But Lila does let up slowly as she starts to reevaluate her priorities.

But yeah. That's the rough outline for the Lone Fox AU. This was not even close to my intended idea when I first made that list, but now we got it. Thanks for the inspiration and hope you liked it!.

Environment AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAART:

Finally, I've gotten around to making the environment art for the one level that I've got rn. I've been playing the system shock remake, and I really love how that game creates the illusion of grungy detail that reveals itself to be very low-resolution textures up-close. I knew I wanted the game to look like of grungy for a while now, but I didn't know exactly how I would go about achieving it. I toyed with the idea of layering photocopy textures over everything, but I eventually settled on using low resolution textures that are dithered with web colors. I'm quite happy with how it ended up looking. I think it has a source engineish vibe that reveals itself to be more colorful and strange up-close.

The Textures:

The process for making these is a lot simpler and less time consuming that how I usually make textures. This is mostly because I'm relying a lot more on the baked lighting to make things look good in this particular game, so the textures can get away with being less detailed. I'm mostly just grabbing stuff off of websites like textures.com and adjusting the contrast / coloration before shrinking them down and lowering the color depth. Here are some examples of how they look wowee wow:

Lightinggg:

For this game I'm using baked lighting as opposed to vertex based or realtime. I really like how it looks, and it ends up saving me a lot of time. If you don't know how baked lighting works, basically I place lights around a scene in unity, and then I use anything but unity's built in lightbaker that is bad and sucks (I use bakery) to essentially turn the lighting into a texture map that is placed on the mesh. It turns lights into textures basically. It is a lot more performant than real-time lighting, and it usually looks a lot better as well. With this game's particular art style, everything really ends up coming together with the lighting, and it would look pretty trash without it.

Cameo Skinz:

I've always really liked putting cameos in my stuff from artists that I'm friends with and/or take a lot of inspiration from. In this game, I plan to include a lot of unlockable skins for the player character that are characters from games / animations / whatever that I like. So far I've made a couple to breakup my time working on environment art. Check um out:

This one is Peter Shorts from an upcoming game called You Are Peter Shorts. I loved this dude at first sight and it was the first skin I ended up making. He was really fun to make because he has no body or hands, so I ended up making his head/torso one big thing that is attached to the head bone. You are Peter Shorts is made by the talented ondydev who I don't think I've actually asked permission to include this skin yet. If it doesn't end up in the final game pretend I didn't post about it lol. You should check out their previous game Tres-Bashers if you haven't.

This one is Appy from Brawlers World! Brawlers World is one of those creative projects that is so great that it gives me envy. I'm honestly so excited to be able to have this little dude in my game, and I think he ended up fitting into the art style super well. Those are the only two skins I've made so far. I have a lot more planned including Nova from Anodyne 2, Frog from Jamphibian, Knight of Trye from Knight's Try, Orbo from Peeb Adventures & Orbo's Odyssey, and some characters from my own stuff. They aren't a high priority right now because I have to actually make the game first, but I'll probably make a few here and there to curb burnout, and I'll show them off whenever I do. I am v passionate about the cool shit my peers are making, and I hope other people are too.

Conclusion:

idk it's like 8 am and I haven't slept. I've just been workin a lot while listening to the magnus archives. I guess I can turn this conclusion into me talking about the magnus archives. I'm on episode 197 while writing this so im almost done. It is p cool and I like how much it changes tonally overtime. It really feels like a big long journey, and I like media that can do that kinda thing. It is now a series that I will forever associate with the development of this game considering I listened to it all while working on it. It's kinda funny how that happens. 1, Jake & reader have a series of bets (sorry Amy, I’m taking your man & his games!) like reader bets Jake can’t go a week without sugar/coffee, Jake bets reader she can’t take something out of holts office without him noticing etc ect.

2, elevator make outs!! (This could build on the bets like in relationship Jake & reader have bets on how long they can kiss in the elevator without getting caught, or they have a no kissing rule at work that one of them breaks in the elevator!)

3, reader is a barista in a little cafe/bakery place and Jake comes in, she thinks he’s cute so she gives him a free pastry and flirting happens! This occurs over several weeks until reader gets in trouble with her boss and Jake overhears then offers to take reader on an actual dinner date to pay back all his freebie’s (and because he likes her obviously 😂)

4, reader teaches Jake how to cook, lots of mess & failed attempts happen but also it’s flirty & fun! Kitchen kisses 😘 (I am yearning!!)

5, reader is a prosecutor working a case with Jake, as they go over evidence they develop a mutual respect & attraction that ends up flirty & either Jake kisses reader for luck before she goes to court or after winning the case reader kisses Jake to celebrate!

6, reader is coming over to Jakes appartement for the first time and the squad makes him paranoid about her hating his messy place so he tries desperately to tidy up but struggles & gets stressed but when reader comes over early and sees him spiralling she settles him down and says she’s not bothered by his mess, she knows him and loves him regardless! Maybe also offers to help sort out a few things with him (*cough cough* mail tub)

7, reader is harassed/bullied on the street (or in another precinct as a new detective) and Jake sees & goes hard defending her! (I love it when jakes gets angry and protective)

8, insecure reader and/or insecure Jake. Both have a hard day and don’t feel great about themselves but when the other sees them upset they immediately go to cheer them up, showering them in love & compliments and they end up cuddling 🥰 ik this is vague but just comforting vibes are needed!

9, Mafia Jake.. does anything! I’m obsessed with him in this era and there is barely anything about him 😭 reader could be his fbi contact who helps him with his new role, or in adjusting back to normal life after the case is done (also in getting over Amy, sorry again girl but how tf could you let this man go?!) OR reader is in the Ianucci (idk how to spell 😅) family but wants out/isn’t a criminal and so Jake helps her, or is assigned by the family to protect her, or she’s a rival and Jake has to intimidate her but they end up flirting! yaaaay, she's finally in! hi everyone, it's sera or sarah (whichever you prefer because i like both) and i'm here with my girl, bae doha - a tier c agent who mostly works in espionage, a girl can show many sides to her personality simultaneously which is probably considered crazy to most people but i swear it's not her fault. if any of your muses want to engage in some wild shenanigans, please do like to plot and i'll come over to u to plot and possibly share discords if you want that! i'll put a hopefully (?!) shortened little summary of her under the cut! if you want something more in depth, you can look at her profile here as well!

when i decided to write her, automatically i thought of spy x family as a tiny part of her backstory was inspired by it if you couldn't tell already!!

doha in a way, is trying to figure out the cause of her parents' deaths, as in who turned their house into a fire cockpit so she has been trying to get her hands on documents or sensitive information on any villain she can encounter on missions (if she feels as if they could be the cause of it).

by the way, she was about to die too in that house but her mom basically protected her til the very end and she did survive long enough to be saved.

from the orphanage she stayed at, that was when her abilities started to go out of control and she would manifest like multiple copies of herself so they'd have an extra two dohas running around. doha was just that one kid who stands in the corner, a lonely kid but with the ability to make clones of herself, people see her differently.

she got adopted at the age of 11 from super spy parents and you'd think that normal parents look for a child because they just want a normal little happy family, right? well it was like shopping to them when they decided to take doha home. her powers intrigued them and everything and they thought simply having a baby was too much work.

went into school fairly early, like a month after she got taken home from the orphanage. private school in korea pretty much, which had her parents pull some strings in order to get her into it but it worked, due to her mom's profession. went there until she was able to pass exams in order to enter the academy, which she ultimately joined once she was sixteen. finished in the top five basically, barely made it up there actually!

has been a tier c agent for not even a full six months? she's still pretty new. she has gotten better at espionage though due to her father's teachings in combat and her mom tries to help her temper her own emotions; got her charm from her.

you can be charming and be a loser at the same time, that's doha basically. the number of times she embarrasses herself during a mission was plenty but thankfully no one notices.

but anyone can definitely find other sides to her if they encounter any of her clones around doha's vicinity. just a warning that one may be meaner than the other or one much more confident and less embarrassing than the original. in the end, they are all still her. real doha is more empathetic at least.

frenemies? rivals? we love those! two people who love to compete with one another every chance they get or just one of them waiting for the other to fail / embarrass themselves so they can laugh? it's endless.

for a more serious plot... maybe you heard about that one family who became collateral damage to a villain attack and you suspect doha was apart of it in some way? as in she was effected by it? or you've been in the medical field and suspect something instantly? public isn't aware of it.

if nothing else, we can brainstorm! that's a-okay with me too!

Gotta admit, from a few tidbits here and there it looks like Twilight is finally gaining some more understanding of himself and his situation... but the way he says that just makes me think that realization makes him more concerned than anything else.

So I can say with conviction this did fix something in me. Though I guess the first episode will be the bullet-in-butt date, so it will take me another week to go into new territory. But! Bullet-in-butt date in 12 days! And new cool stuff to look for later on! I'm so happy!

GAMES I PLAYED IN 2023 - SECOND HALF-ISH

here's part 2 of my little review of my 2023 games! somehow this is even more indie than the first half and honestly a lot of games w nonexistent fandoms on tumblr so be the change u want to see in the world i guess!

old man's journey: this is a rly short indie game with an interesting, though very repetitive puzzle mechanic that follows an old man as he goes on an important journey - literally but also figuratively by coming to terms with his past, and at some point the two end up being the same thing. the art style is truly lovely and unique, it gives me big children's book vibes, and the soundtrack is beautiful and touching and so is the story and the ending itself. as i said, the mechanic and actual gameplay could be expanded on, but i knew this going in and played it mostly for the vibes and in that it did not disappoint.

the last campfire: when i talked my wife into playing this i told her it's basically the pacifist puzzle version of dark souls and it truly is. you play as a little ember on their final journey to the last campfire, where all embers go when their light begins to fade. the path is challenging and a lot of embers give up. they become forlorn. it's your desire to help them, if they let you. this game is heartwarming and heartbreaking at the same time, such a gentle and touching story with a cast of diverse, likeable characters. the puzzles are all in all pretty doable, though they can get pretty intense at times, but there is a story only mode to remedy that! this one definitely is going on my all time favorites list.

lemon cake: who were you before you wandered into this bakery? doesn't matter, because the ghostified previous owner is now holding you hostage as her successor. this is a little sim/time management game w a super cute style where you upgrade your bakery, cafe and garden to keep making new delicious looking treats and serving your customers in the best way possible until you are worthy of your predecessor's famous lemon cake recipe. this game, as games of this variety tend to do, gets a bit stressful if you want to serve all of your customers before they get angry and leave while also needing to keep an eye on your ingredients and ovens and displays. i really liked all the upgrade options that make your life easier, and i loved combining all the cute pastries into new menus every other day or so to keep customers happy. a bit expensive for the amount of gameplay you get out of it but definitely worth it on a sale!

the gardens between: this game follows a pair of childhood friends through their memories together as they prepare for the move that one of them is about to go through and the inevitable goodbye that will precede it. super touching game with a really cool and unique puzzle mechanic in which you manipulate time and objects at different times throughout the puzzles to get to the solution. can make you kind of dizzy because the levels are built like spirals so the camera does a lot of spinning, but i'm sensitive to this and was fine when i went slow and took breaks.

book of travels: hoooo boy this is a big one. this game is marketed as a tmorpg (because the servers are TINY) and it definitely makes it work. most of this game is just exploring around, doing little tasks and finding your way since the game doesn't tell you at all what to do, it's all up to how you play it. do you want to do some combat? figure out what the fuck happened in kasa, the closed capital? become a fisherman? just trade and collect cool looking things? the braided shore is your oyster and it is a beautiful one with the painterly art style and great music and ambiance. still in early access and therefore quite buggy sometimes, but definitely one of my faves w a lot of potential.

capybara spa: made by the same person as lemon cake, you can really see the similarities in terms of the cutesy style, but i think it's a lovely thing to look at. this is just a little clicker where you run a spa for capybaras and their little critter friends and keep levelling up to add more and more spa options and extras to give them the special treatment they deserve! i assume this game could get a bit overwhelming since there's a lot to keep an eye on at all times, but there are no time constraints and no punishment so you can take your time and get sucked in for hours, which this game is very good at doing.

tiny echo: in this point and click game you play as a funky little guy w an eye for a head who delivers letters to their spirit inhabitants with a minimal amount of puzzling involved. i mainly played it because i wanted to check out more games by the book of travels devs, and it was a nice experience, though it also doesn't really stand out for me. very short game, maybe a bit short for the price, but i played it from a shared library so skdjfhksdjf

cosmic wheel sisterhood: i got nothing bad to say about this one. you play as an exiled fortune telling witch who breaks after years of solitude and forms a forbidden pact. the cast of witches (and other creatures) is diverse, i liked both the characterizations and the interactions between characters (also a lot of them are very hot so that helps). the big mechanic of this game is that you use elemental energy to craft your own tarot cards from a selection of card backgrounds and elements and then you use these to tell people's fortunes, which in turn gives you more energy. depending on your selections, the cards will have unique names and different meanings, and i enjoyed seeing all the cards i or others could come up with. the story is intense and emotional, but to me, definitely in a good way. though there are several outcomes and so far i've only tried one. definitely replay value there. just be wary because despite including trigger warnings, they forgot one for cancer so be informed and do not be like me ADJHKAJSDHA

planet zoo: i tried this after i saw my wife play it because growing up i was crazy about zoo empire and zoo tycoon. i don't have much to say about this one because though you have a whooooole bunch of freedom in designing your zoo, the enclosures and even every single building, that freedom was a bit overwhelming for me so i never ended up rly getting into it. also not a huge fan of big capitalism expansion packs system, but hey. it definitely is a pretty, very neat game.

cats & dogs organized neatly: it's like static tetris. but with animals. you click on them and they bark and meow and you can SPIN THEM MANY TIMES as jazzy music plays in the bg. as you go you unlock more funky little boys n girls and they all have funny little bios and names. i broke my brain on some levels but didn't mind looking up some solutions in favor of the vibe! i enjoyed both of these and will definitely play the birds sequel that's set to come out this year! another german dev shoutout these were great games. they're very small and quite cheap but you can also get these on sale for like 2 euros KSJFHAKSFA

toem: truly the year of photography games for me, but i think vibe wise this one was my favorite. just a funky lil guy in a black and white world going on their first photography pilgrimage to toem, the famed natural phenomenon of their world. i loved all the little quests, the different worlds and the endless filter options and the soundtrack was great too. honestly greatly recommend, i don't own this game but i plan to buy it to replay!

pupperazzi: yet another photography game! this one's all about dogs, and it's delightful and wonky and just a good casual time with less story elements than the other mentioned photography games. not groundbreaking but great fun.

luna the shadow dust: this game follows a young apprentice mage back up the tower that he's grown up and studied in to face the consequences of his past mistakes. lovely art style, music, and puzzle mechanics, especially the use of light and shadow. i've wanted to play this one for a while and i'm really glad i did, i liked the story a lot even though it got quite sad.

alba: WAIT this one too is a photography game that i honestly might like even more because its story is so touching. you play as alba who is visiting her grandparents for the summer. the natural reserve on their island is about to be sold to be turned into a hotel, so her and her friend decide to start a petition to save it and help clean up the island and rescue animals in need as well as documenting the wildlife to change people's minds! truly one of the most heartwarming games i played in my life, 10/10 i cried at the sad part sdjkhksd

röki: this one's...a lot. the main character of this game, tove, lives in a little cabin with her dad and her very whimsical little brother who she's basically taking care of on her own because her dad has been incredibly depressed since his wife passed away. when a mythical creature attacks their house and abducts her little brother, tove has to enter a magical mirror world. there she has to help all the other mythical creatures in hopes of reawakening the forest spirits, who have been plagued by nightmare parasites, and finding a way to get her brother back. lovely puzzles and wintery vibes, but a truly heartbreaking story that gets more and more messed up every time she faces a nightmare parasite and with it, more of her past and the events that lead to her mother's death. despite the heavy undertones this is still a good game if you're ok with some tragedy and slight horror elements askjfhakjsfas

stardew valley: i forgot to add this one in the previous post bc i actually played it in early 2023. not my first time and will not be my last time either. still a queen among farming sim peasants and i'm looking forward to restarting our little farm w my wife after the next big update!

Thus, his followers were created and he was left as a goopy ghost.

Until you saw him and helped him.

And eventually, instead of watching the movie, you two ended up talking to each other about personal things in your lives.

Chapter One

Kai Anderson x Black Masc!Reader

Summary: You live alone in the cold state of Michigan. You find unexpected comfort in a slightly deranged blue haired man who was not as deranged as he likes to front.

Warnings: A bit of angst, semi sexual situations (you have to squint a little), other than that its fluff at the end!

Your hands shake softly as you walk through the streets of Michigan, the cool air biting at your cheeks. Currently, you were irritated by something some drunk had told you at the club tonight. You couldn’t understand why people had to be such assholes to you; all you were doing was living. You sigh softly as you unlock the door to your small home. It wasn’t much but it was yours, a place for you to feel safe. That didn’t last though, just two days before you had to deal with neighbors trying to figure you out. “You live alone? But such a handsome young man surely has a girlfriend or something.” The blond woman standing in front of you, Meadow, said. You weren’t too bothered by the assumption of you having a partner nor did the assumption of you being straight.

“I’m gay so you wouldn’t see too many girls here but yeah, I don’t really have anyone.” The brunette man also standing in front of you, Harrison, stands up a bit more straight, now fully paying attention to you. “It’s still a shame; you’re still a…very handsome man.” He says, his eyes taking in your form. You shift a bit, facing him. “I suppose…anyways, I have to finish setting up things so I can start dinner. My friend is coming over, she’ll be hungry.” You say giving your best apologetic smile. You weren’t entirely lying, you just didn’t care for people investigating your life and why you were alone. Sure you were very strong and handsome, who wouldn’t want you. That was the problem, people wanted a token black boyfriend. A token black friend. A quick fling. You weren’t interested in having people like that in your life.

Remembering that encounter with your neighbors, you frown as you lock the door. You hadn’t seen too much of them in the past few days. You look up as someone calls your name. “Rough time at work?” Your friend Kayla says as she walks up to you, helping with your coat. “Of course, it’s a bar. I’m bound to be called some type of slur.” You laugh dryly and hang the coat, feeling Kayla hug you from behind. “You could always come and work for me, Angel Cake.” Turning around to fully hug her, you smile softly at the endearment. She had always said you smelled like the delicious angel cakes you two used to eat you were little. “You and I both know I don’t want to rely on anyone anymore, KJ. I know that my best friend is super successful in her business but I need to do this on my own.” Sighing, she pulls away and takes you to the kitchen, choosing not to argue. As you two eat what she made for you, she tells you that in the morning she had to go back home. “It was nice that you stayed over this weekend. I wish they didn’t have to call me in today.” You say, looking at her with an apologetic look. “Oh forget that, I really don’t care. You have Hulu so I was fine.” She says and laughs, making you chuckle a bit as well. As you both clean up, you listen to her talk about her bakery. You look over at her, she was absolutely glowing with happiness. She talked about how well things were going with her new man, James. You snort a bit every time she mentions him because he looked exactly like someone you both enjoyed watching on tv. As you both settle into the same bed, drifting closer to hold each other, you think about how you both used to do this when you were younger and how long ago it was since you both last did this. Smiling, you fall asleep and dream about you both as children.

In the morning you awake alone. You smile a bit as you remember Kayla’s foot kicking your thigh. She was still the same as always. Stretching as you get out of bed, you head over to the bathroom, brushing your teeth and washing your face. Your hands tremble a bit from the cold water as you dry them and our face, looking at the mirror. “I need a line up...where’s my phone?” You look around and find it, texting your barber if he had any free spots today or tomorrow. While waiting for his response you get ready to go run errands. Slipping on your shoes and zipping up your coat, you walk to the bus stop. You had to pick up your car today, you were excited to finally be able to drive again instead of getting on a lukewarm bus. Waiting for the bus, you see Harrison getting in his car with a gym uniform. “He could probably hook me up with a membership...” you say to yourself as the bus stops in front of you. You scan your card and sit down towards the back, silently watching the world pass by. 

Getting off of the bus, you walk to the workshop, smiling at your mechanic. “Hey, how much do I owe you?” You say to him, watching him get the receipt and handing it to you. As you paid, you two talk about whatever you both saw on the news and the weather. Soon you’ll be needing new tires for the winter. As you get in the car you sigh softly, money was getting tight but you needed to fix your car. It wouldn’t have lasted long if you just left it alone. Driving to the gym you sigh, wondering if you should get another job there. Getting out of the car and heading inside the gym, you look around, taking in the atmosphere. It didn’t feel stuffy or uncomfortable to be there like in other places. You see Harrison walking up to you with a pleased smile on his face. “Well hello there, I didn’t know you worked out here.” He says, holding a rag and some spray. “I don’t, I actually wanted to sign up. I didn’t know you worked here, maybe you could help me.” You say, ignoring the way Harrison looked a you. “I definitely can.” You watch as he slips behind the counter, typing and clicking away to get you set up. After he hands you paperwork to fill out. “When you’re done just come get me. I need to clean the windows.” You nod and smile a little, starting to fill out everything you needed to. 

In the corner of your eye you see a blue haired man walk up to Harrison, speaking to him in a low tone. You wondered if he was his boss or if he was just another trainer. Shaking your head, needing to focus on the paperwork. As you fill the last page, you feel a pair of eyes boring into the side of your head, making you look up. The blue haired man smiled warmly at you and walked off, letting Harrison finish up. You flip through the paperwork and made sure you filled out everything before going up to Harrison. “Here, I think I got everything.” He nods a you and quickly goes through it, putting everything the computer at a fast pace. You could tell he’d been working there for awhile at how fast he did everything. “You should get an email for an electronic version of the membership card...” he says as he hands you two cards, one for a key chain and the other just lie any other card. “Is there anything you want to sign up for now or do you just wanna work out?” Harrison asked, looking up from the computer. “Yeah I definitely need a trainer. It’s been a couple months since I’ve been to a gym, I need to get back on track.” You say, watching him look back at the computer. “Well we do have a spot open in 30 minuets for...Annea Willow.” He says, smiling up at you. “She’s real great, trust me. Or I could train you if you’d rather have someone you already know.” Harrison says, scrolling on the computer more. You contemplate it, Harrison who is a nosy neighbor but overall not unpleasant or a random person you don’t know. “Could we start with you first and when I get more comfortable I could switch.” Harrison smiles brightly as he nods, typing fast and looking back up at you. “How about you train with me for about 3 weeks then we transfer you to Annea?” Seeing you nod in agreement , he books all the sessions. “Perfect, we can start now if you’d like. Unless you want a mini tour before anything?”

After a tour, you put your things in your locker, humming softly as you tie your shoes. “You new here?” Turning your head you see the blue haired man again. “Yeah I am. You?” Seeing him shake his head you nod. He walks closer and ties your other shoe, wanting to help you be a little faster. “I’ve been here for two years. The people here are pretty chill.” He says and stands, looking down at you. Nodding you stand after picking up your water bottle, the man’s eyes widening slightly as he realizes how much taller you are. “I guess we will have to see. You and I are very different so I’m bound to have a different experience.” You say smiling a bit, looking at him throw your locs. “I’ll see you around?” You say and watch him nod, walking away to get to your training.

Groaning a bit, you stretch as you watch Harrison write things down. “You did good today. I think we should start working on endurance the next time we meet.” He says as he looks at your sweat form. He shifts a bit and clears his throat, looking away while catching your attention. “Which is tomorrow, same time?” You say, sipping from your water bottle. Seeing Harrison nod you smile. “Alright, I’ll see you then. I feel good, don’t feel overworked.” You say as you walk away, heading to the showers. You see the blue haired man running on the treadmill, his hair now in a half up, half down style. You had to admit he looked good like that. Taking off your clothes in the stall you shower, hearing others shower as well. The sighs coming from different stalls making you sigh as well. You were surprised how clean everything was, wondering if these men were any different from the men back at home. After showering and changing into fresh clothes, you stop by the front desk. “Harrison, say hi to Meadow for me, alright?” You say, handing him a piece of paper. “I never gave y’all my number so here. Just in case, y’know?” You smile as Harrison nods, putting your contact in his phone and sending you a text. You do as he did and wave slightly as you head out the door, tying up your locs in a loose bun. You hear someone walking up to you. “Good workout?” You hear the blue haired man say, smiling at you. “Oh hey, yeah it was. You?” He nods and pats the sweat off of his forehead with the back of his hand. “Yeah…I realize I never gave you my name. I’m Kai. Kai Anderson.” Kai’s smile widens when you tell him your with a soft chuckle. “Strong name, I like it. You gonna be here tomorrow?” He watches intently as you nod, saying that you had a session with Harrison at the same time. “He’s a good trainer, he’s mine as well. Today was just me running and I think I have training on Tuesday.” Kai says, you both standing in front of your car. “Well I don’t having thing that day so I’ll be like you, running on the treadmill. It’s getting late, we should head home. I’ll see you tomorrow? Tuesday?” You say, watching Kai’s facial expressions change from happiness to excitement. “Tomorrow, I’ll meet you here okay?” You nod and say your goodbyes, getting in your respective cars.

On the drive home you think about the people you met today. You were surprised at how much you enjoyed training with Harrison. Sure, he was hitting on you and of course it’s an ego boost but it was fun. As you kept thinking about how everything went, your mind would drift back to Kai. The way he smiled at you as if you were the prettiest person he’d ever seen. You wondered if Kai was just being nice when he would say certain things. Letting your mind drift in a sort of daydream, you begin to picture a friendship with everyone. Spending time together, having dinner, playing card games, getting high. You quickly shake out of those thoughts, disappointed in yourself. You just met them and you were already planning on doing things together with them. Were you that lonely? Maybe you were. You wished KJ was there to distract you from these sad thoughts but you knew she was busy with her new beau. Just as you park, you get a text from an unknown number.

Then another text.

• How did you come up with the OC's name?

I had like 3 different OCs named Echo at a time, as a kind of placeholder. It just ended up sticking! Before that though, his name was Aura.

• How old are they? (Or approximate age range)

About 16!

• Do they have any love interest(s)?

She's in a relationship with a different OC of mine named Nea (short for Neapolitan), and has a close Queer Platonic Relationship with another OC named B0lt!

• What is their favorite food?

He loves strawberry things! (Though if you ask her, she'll just say whatever you like)

• What do they do for a living?

He works part-time at his girlfriend's sweet shop! Though her main profession is a secret, even to her!

• Do they have any hobbies?

She likes singing and reading and learning about history!

• What do they do best?

Echo is SUPER good at reading people and accurately copying their mannerisms and personality. He can also copy people's looks, but that's a bit more tricky due to how memory works when it comes to visual stuff like colours.

• What do they love to do? What do they hate to do?

Loves: reading, singing, finding out new history

Hates: having to search out her OWN history due to amnesia. He finds his own life much more boring and frankly annoying than other people's.

• What is one of your OC's best memories?

She doesn't have many to go off of, but it's a tie between him and B0lt catching fireflies and her ace-ing some hard test. He's not too sure why that one fills him with so much pride.

• What is one of your OC's worst memories?

She has a memory of her being in some type of tube with wires connected to her, and a group of people messing around with them until her form shifted. That one makes his head hurt

• Is their current design the first one?

Besides a few changes, pretty much! Unless we're counting the old designs of the oc I took this old design from, then no. GOD no. This is like the 7th one if we count that.

• What originally inspired the OC?

If I remember correctly, he was created because I REALLY liked this random anime character from an anime I never even watched? I still haven't found the character in question, though. Oh! Also because he had ice magic originally (why the fur is blue and white)

• What genre do they belong in?

Either a Mystery Comedy, or a Horror Mystery, to be honest. Depends on the vibes she's giving that day.

• What is your OC's gender identity and sexuality?

Genderfluid (Uses he/she). Mainly because haha cats are liquid but also because well. He's literally a fluid due to how his shapeshifting works. Get it? She's also demi!

• How many siblings does your OC have?

He was the oldest of 7. She doesn't remember much about any of them.

• What is the OC's relationship w/ their parents like?

He doesn't remember it being good. Her only memory of them is an arguement she cant remember the words of. Only that he ran out while they yelled.

• What do you like most about the OC?

God I love writing a character without worrying about them being out of character. She acts like whoever she's interacting with/copying and that's SO fun. Also writing someone else seeing that SOMETHING'S off with him but they cant tell what is something that can be so enjoyable

• How often do you draw/write about the OC?

I have so many doodles and mini comics but most of them are me throwing ideas into thin air. Maybe I'll share some of them during the showdown!

• Do you ever see yourself killing off the OC?

I don't think I CAN kill him to be honest. Not to sound OP but I genuinely think she could live without most organs (although not. Un-painfully) due to her shapeshifting power. (This COULD change though, I'm still ironing out the kinks of how his stuff works.

• Does your OC have any phobias?

He's horrified of stasis. The idea of being locked/frozen makes him panic super bad.

• Who is your OC's arch-nemesis/rival?

She doesn't have one actually? There's this character I have called Hero who looks for him for mysterious reasons but that's about it.

• How long have you had the OC?

Since I was about 12! I only started actively using her in 2021 though.
