I do think that if a big corporation is selling something at a higher price, they should give a breakdown of their production cost. Okay so you are selling a tshirt for 75$, how much is the cost of the cloth, how are you aquiring it, how much of this is going to the people who provided labour, how much is the logistics costs, and how much is the big company keeping as a profit? If the process is ethical then okay take the 75$ but if you are providing low quality product and profiting off both the consumer and the labour then fuck this shit

#this all comes back to high clothing price #you want to blame the inflation for selling us low quality products I dont think so man #this also reminds me of that model who was criticised for wearing some 2000$+ lingerie and then she did a breakdown of cost #like how much of it is actually going back to the people the cost of the cloth and all that and since they were paying the labours what they #actually deserved it increased the end product #cost #I think it would also help fighting a bit of consumerism #this also takes me I think Mina Le's video about how the quality of clothing is just getting worse
