Cut the zucchini in tiny slices about a quarter of an inch. Put it in a large bowl with a lid.
Place all of the ingredients you are going to use, and combine them in a small bowl. Cover the zucchini with seasoning. Make sure you evenly brush it.
Put them in a dehydrator; make sure to have enough space between them, for a proper air circulation. Dry the food at 145 degrees F for about an hour and then at 120 degrees F overnight.
Tips:
You can found it at the most groceries through a whole year. Because it is a warm weather plant, zucchini time is best in the mid summer. When you buy it, make sure to choose glossy and firm fruit with no soft spots or dark marks.

2 teaspoon mild curry powder
Preparation:
Roughly cut the onions and carrots.
Put it into the food processor and blend. It is important to well mix the ingredients.
Shape the compound into the burgers. You could use an egg ring or a cutter to shape nicely. Put them in the dehydrator for about 6 hours at 108 degrees F. Flip the burgers once, after about two hours.
Get them out of the dehydrator and serve.
Tips:
If you prefer walnuts, you could use it instead pecans. It is better when the parsley is fresh, but if you don’t have it, just use the dried one.
Don’t forget to storage them into the airtight bag or container and put them into the freezer. They will last for a week.

4. Raw Vegan Apple Cinnamon Granola Bites

Ingredients:
5 cups buckwheat
1 cup rolled oats
1 apple; diced
1 cup dates + 1/4 cup water
1/2 cup hemp seed
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
Preparation:
The first thing you need to do is soak the buckwheat at least for two up to eight hours. The second thing is to rinse and drain. If you won’t use it right away, repeat this action until sprouted.
Blend date and water together until they form a paste.
Cut the apple into small pieces.

Spread the mixture out on a dehydrator sheet. It should be about one inch thick.

Ingredients:
2¼ cups finely shredded coconut, unsweetened
1/4 cup cacao powder

1½ cups Medjool dates
Pinch salt
Preparation:
The first step is to put coconut, vanilla, salt and cacao powder into a food processor and easily mix it.
The second step is to add the pitted dates and mix it well. It is ready when the mixture starts to clump.
Make the cookies shape pressing it with your hands, or using an egg ring or a cutter.
The next step is to dehydrate. Dry it at 104 – 113 degrees F for about 3 hours. Make sure they are firm on the outside.
Flip them over and dry for another 3 hours.
Tips:
Get a nicely shredded coconut. It is important for holding the text together.
Use raw cocoa powder. If you don’t have any use a regular one, just make sure it is unsweetened. You don’t want to make overly sweet cookies.
If you can’t find Medjool dates, use regular ones. Just soak them in the water for a couple of hours. This way they will become soft and easy to use in the processor.
If you want you can remove salt form this recipe.
Dehydrating these cookies you will firm them up, and create a crunchy crust on the outside. If you prefer crispier just dehydrate it a little bit longer.
