It's always been funny to me that since RTDL Kirby has opted for a multiple dimensions route to its multiverse. Like... one universe is... literally infinitely big, dimensions and other universes feel unnecessary unless its to be a parallel one. Like in my mind Halcandra is not in an different dimension, it's just on the other side of Kirby's universe in another galaxy or something.

I'll admit that Astral Void gives some significance to multiple dimensions. Because the idea of it being a trans-dimensional god and having different forms/interpretations across such is fun. But like... we can just have it interepretted differently across time and space in 1 dimension because it's trans-dimensional. If it breaks the rules of space-time it can still have a bunch of fucked up forms in the one in which our stories take place.

I just don't like other worlds/universes that aren't for parallel things or talking about some really weird cosmic fuckery. Feels unnecessarily big and complicated of a scale when we can just go galaxy hopping. Galaxies are really beautiful and interesting cosmic structures, I wanna talk about those.
