see the thing about substituting paneer in some dishes is that even though paneer is fucking delicious and a marinade grills up nicely i feel like a bit of a fool marinating this stuff overnight as if it's actually the turkey chunks the recipe calls for, but oh well it's one less thing to do tomorrow
