I know the fashion industry is a Lie(TM), but I wonder how fat models ALSO always look way cuter in everything than regular fat people. Is it shapewear? Are they shapewear-ed to hell and back?

#plus sized models are always so... smooth.#it's like they are fat yes. but all their curves are smooth continuous lines.#whereas I think regular fat people are like... blobby?? you know??#you can see rolls and pouches and such on regular fat people wearing plus-size fashion #you can definitely always see my pouch! I strategically dress to obscure it #and then you see fat models wearing a high-waist shorts and a crop top and the front of the shorts is 100% SMOOTH.#and I'm like 'WHERE ARE YOUR BLOBS LADY'#is it just the self-selecting bias of models or is it the shapewear. somebody tell me.
