I think a new game plus mode would be truly a great addition to pokemon games.

restart the story with all your pokemon and items, everyone is scaled to a much higher level with stronger moves, better team compositions, more aggressive strategies, and maybe just a touch of alternate dialogue to keep things fresh?

I think it's a good compromise between "pokemon is too easy now" and "it shouldn't be difficult"
