Rewatched rakuyo and silver soul arc and I realised out of all the shoka sonjuku disciples the child that has understood shoyo completely is actually nobume she's the one that bridged the gap between the students' understanding of shoyo's past and his true nature

AND she didn't just treat him as 2 people too, she was the one that explained his past & what led him to become such a different man in different eras,even in the silver soul fight she was the one to shake utsuro's resolve, gintoki used that opportunity to crack down & weaken him (Just youngest daughter things frl)

Moreover she was the disciple that knew him for the least amount of time,but she had enough experience in the naraku & personally,to learn the reasons & origins of yoshida shoyo,she literally explained how he was born up to why he acts like this now, girl is truly sensational🗣

Oboro knew shoyo's nature too but he learnt it at an older age & alot of tragedy had already happened by the time he got it,but nobume was exposed to it from a young age, which shaped her in a way that she can see the true story unlike e.g. gin who only knew 1 side of his teacher
