my favorite thing about thirteen is that it is impossible for her to be normal
#i keep seeing people complaining that shes an asshole and theres no repercussions for it and like#im sure this is a valid criticism but it also makes this highly entertaining. like#its bizarre. that thirteen will just let people die or threaten to kill people for very little reason and etc etc#she has so many qualities that make you go 'would the doctor ever do that?' that its like. so funny#i love watching her fuck shit up. its refreshing#YES the doctor is a good person despite what they believe YES they would never kill someone without good reason#HOWEVER. thirteen is allowed to break these rules because i love her and its entertaining#no but it is a valid criticism there have been moment where im like Uhhh. hm#because sometimes its just small things like someone will die because thirteen willingly endangers their life w/o thinking abt consequences#but in like a normal bad decision way#But Theres Also stuff like spyfall part 2 where she throws the master; a moc; to the Fucking Nazis so she can escape#like#theres definitely a line and thats way WAY past it#im fine with the idea of a doctor who isnt good at being good who struggles with being altruistic who is more reckless than usual#but stuff like spyfall part 2 turns it from an interesting character point into a shitty writing element. and it sucks#simon says#yoooo madies watching dw
