Something that helps me rn is walking out of my job on my breaks so that I'm not around food at all and don't have any temptation to buy something to eat. What doesn't help much is having the weekends where I'm kinda pushed to eat things around my partner and around my family. It's unfortunate and I know they've noticed me not wanting to eat as much but I don't think they know just how bad it's gotten. I'm embarrassed and ashamed because of how my mental state would affect those around me but I don't want to stop, I feel like once I lose the extra small bit of weight I'll be happier, I don't need to be bonespo thin or deathly ill to be happy, I just I want to look cuter, have smaller fingers and hands, a bit of a bigger thigh gap and to be able to wear low rise jeans comfortably. I have to wear an apron at work so it crunches up on my hips and makes me feel like a fat fuck in my jeans. I know I don't look miserably large I just don't want to get there. Ever. I'm constantly thinking about it now, every item that comes through my till, I'm looking at the calories in secret. Scoping out the good shit with less fat, less sugar, 0 cals, etc...

I feel like I'm living a little secret double life though and that kind of helps me get thru it.

Mind u I'm just starting too, so I don't look the part and it makes me feel like a fraud.

I sometimes worry my friends will find this blog. I just feel safer here. I feel in control when I do this to myself. I miss when life was good but It helps that I've found something else other than pain to fixate on. I used to ruminate on things that hurt me alot but now I don't, instead it's cal counting, nicotine and tpb.

I don't want pity, just wanna be smaller, like yolandi visser. I want to be able to wear little shorts without SO MUCH ASS spilling out. I want to have no cellulite when I'm older, I want to focus on other things other than food, and yet it's probably all I'm gonna be thinking about 4 the next couple of months. I need to update my ugw though, bc I don't want it to be that low. If I can even make it to 150 lbs that'd be good. I'm rather tall so it'll look nice on me I think.

I've lost alot of weight since 13/14 just off puberty alone, I just need to be determined to eat at a lower amount and push thru to get to a sustainable smaller weight.

Still need a scale though.
