昨日ずっと雨が降ったのに横田基地友好祭に行った！！アメリカ祭りが大好きので毎年行く！もう4年間！チーズハンバーガー、ソーセージバーガー、ペパロニピザ、バナナプリン、チーズスティック、揚げオレオ等を食べた！モンスターエナジーとスタバックスも買った！！Twinkiesも欲しいけど、今年はない！Twinkiesのこと残念ですが、祭りは楽しかった〜(*^ω^*) . Yesterday we went to the Yokota Friendship Festival in Fussa! It’s our 4th consecutive year, we love this festival! We ate cheeseburgers, sausage hamburgers, banana pudding, mozzarella sticks, deep fried oreo, pepperoni pizza and brought a lot of drinks home! And that's all we got from the Yokota Friendship Festival this year! THANK YOU, YOKOTA!!!!!ヽ(*＾ω＾*)ﾉ Twinkies! It was so fuckin' hard to find it! In the last 2 years we got them at the Computer stand, but this year we couldn't find these guys. So we went to 3 different stands that had Deep Fried Oreo and asked if they had or knew where to get boxes of Twinkies. No one knew! Urgh! So we went to a stand called First Four Council that was selling Little Debbie stuff and FINALLY FOUND THEM! But ¥1000 for a box? Ouch! Last year was ¥500!! Had to take only two boxes this time... 😭 Chocolate Chip Cookies! 🍪 Doritos! Poptarts! Never saw it in Japan and always saw it on movies! 😍💕 Big Can of Monster! And tropical flavor Monster! And Mango flavor Monster! So good!!! 😍 Hawaiian Punch! A juice we always heard about and never saw in Japan. Rockstar! Another energy drink that we don't have here in Japan!🎸 And before we left, they were selling these bottled Starbucks frappuccino almost outside the base! Soooooo good! Wish we could take more! Wish Japan would import more American stuff... or wish we could go to USA someday!!! 😭 . E essas são as tranqueiras que trouxemos do Festival da Amizade da Base Aérea Americana de Yokota 2017! Twinkies! Cookies de chocolate! Doritos sabor Spicy Chilli Sweet! Poptarts! Sempre víamos em filmes e seriados e nunca achamos aqui no Japão! Poptarts são uma espécie de bolacha com formato de pastel feitas para colocar na torradeira e serem consumidas no café da manhã. Geralmente estão associados à alguma "mãe irresponsável que não cozinha para os filhos", hahahaha! Uma lata bem grande de Monster! E ainda Monster sabor frutas tropicais e sabor manga! アメリカ飲み物の自動販売機が見つけた！！！ヽ(*＾ω＾*)ﾉ モンスターエナジーがいっぱい！大好き！！( ^ω^ ) . At least they still have the American Beverage Vending Machines in the back! 😍❤️ Lots of types of Monster Energy Drink! ❤️😍 In the US, there are more than 30 different flavors of Monster, but here in Japan there aren't as many as 5 or so! So we were very excited to get some different flavors! 😍❤️ There was also Cherry Coke, Mountain Dew, Sunkist, A&W Root Beer, Dr Pepper and many others! But these you can find in other places in Japan, so not too special, lol.😅 There was this Japanese guy leaving with TWO BAGS of Monster! OMFG! We laughed so hard! We couldn't believe it! Big fan of Monster or gonna sell for ¥1000 each on Yahoo Auctions? LOL 😂😂😂 "Japanese are healthy", "Japanese don't like American junk food"... yeah, right. Lies lies lies! This festival is the proof of it! So fuckin' crowded! We waited almost 1 hour to get there! So why is it so fucking hard to find REAL American stuff around here?!🤔 . Pelo menos eles ainda têm as "jidouhanbaiki" (máquinas de venda automática) de bebidas americanas no fundão! Yay! Vários sabores de energético Monster! Nos EUA existem mais de 30 sabores de Monster, mas aqui no Japão só temos uns 5 ou nem isso. Queríamos experimentar todos! Na máquina também havia Cherry Coke, Mountain Dew, Dr Pepper, Sunkist, A&W Root Beer e muitos outros. Mas esses dá para encontrar em outros lugares, então não são tão especiais quanto o Monster, hahah. Vimos um tiozão japa saindo com DUAS SACOLAS cheias de Monster! OMFG! Rimos tanto! Não podíamos acreditar! O cara é fã de Monster ou vai vender cada lata por ¥1000 no Yahoo Auctions? Huahaueuahaiaha "Os japoneses são saudáveis", "os japoneses não gostam de porcaria americana"... aham, senta lá, Claudia. Tudo mentira! Esse festival é a maior prova disso! Nunca vi lugar mais cheio! Levamos quase 1 hora para poder entrar! バーファロウィングとディープフライドオレオは最高ですね！大好き！！！ リーシーズのアイスクリムも美味しすぎる！！！もっと食べたい〜高いけど〜 ¥400一個 ♪(´ε｀ ) 残念ながらこのピザハットはピザハットじゃないよ！全然美味しくない！パンピザの生地の方が良いよね。。。＿|￣|○ . Buffalo Wings from Pizza Hut and the Deep Fried Oreos from the Sumo Council were PHENOMENAL! Loved every bit of it! 🍪 The Reese's ice cream was just perfect as well! Wish we could eat a lot more of it, but it was too damn expensive (¥400)!🍦 Unfortunately, that Pizza Hut wasn't a real Pizza Hut at all! Where's the pan dough?! Not good at all! And sausage? What about cheese and pepperoni? Not American at all! 🍕 By the way, we didn't find any REAL American Pizza there, like New York style, Deep Dish Chicago style, or even Anthony's that we ate there last year. We even saw Brazilian Churrasco there, but no REAL American Pizza at all... too bad! 😭 . As Buffalo Wings (asinhas de frango) e as Deep Fried Oreo (bolacha Oreo frita) estavam FENOMENAIS! Amamos cada mordida! O sorvete de Reese's (clássico doce de amendoim) também estava perfeito! Poderia comer uns duzentos dele, mas ¥400 por um, não dá! Infelizmente, essa pizza da Pizza Hut nem parecia pizza da Pizza Hut (hahah)! Cadê a clássica massa pan? Uma porcaria! E como assim, só tem de salsicha?! Cadê o pepperoni? Ou só de queijo? Nem um pouco americana! Decepção total! Por falar isso, não encontramos nenhuma Pizza americana DE VERDADE, como as pizzas tradicionais de New York, Chicago, ou até mesmo da rede Anthony's que comemos lá no ano passado... que pena! Tinha até churrasco brasileiro lá no festival, e nada de pizza americana de verdade.
