So happy to spend time and practice with one of my master teachers @dharamdevkaur at her new yoga studio Kundalini Yoga by the Sea in Santa Monica. Had fun on our little adventure downtown too! ❤️😘 They are building such a lovely community here and sharing the teachings of Kundalini yoga and it's benefit to the modern world. One of the many things I miss about living in LA is my Kundalini Yoga community but thrilled I have a home to come practice whenever I visit LA. It feeds my soul. They are close to the Santa Monica Pier on Colorado and 6th Street in Santa Monica. Wisdom from a Yogi Tea bag. Let things come to you. Yogi Bhajan always said "Never chase after anything, let them/ it come to you."
