We will examine the activity of our 7 main chakras with a crystal pendant and will note down our results. This is followed by a gentle yin yoga practice, focusing on each chakra and using the corresponding essential oil to enhance our experience. I will guide you into a deep, yoga nidra inspired meditation which will take you on a journey through your chakras.
