I’m really happy with the changes I have made lately, I am getting creative again, my love for bouldering is back and I’m doing yoga every morning too. I think deciding to stop eating crap two weeks ago was a huge game changer. I don’t think I have changed physically but I’m feeling motivated, focused, calmer and stronger. Yoga pyjama le retour. De Décembre à fin Mars j’avais pris l’habitude de faire du yoga tous les matins avant d’aller au boulot et petit à petit j’ai fait ma faignasse. Paaas vien. La semaine dernière j’ai décidé d’arrêter les conneries, et ça fait du bien! - Pyjama yoga the come back. From December to late March I had the habit of practicing yoga every morning before work and then got lazy. 👎 Last week I decided to stop being lazy and started practicing everyday again. Waiting for my yogis : the come back. I’m 27 today, what are you waiting for wishing me a happy birthday??! 😏 On my 26th year I found myself a passion for boulder (and muscles I didn’t even know I had), I learned to put things into perspective and be less sensitive (less hey it’s better than nothing). I got certified as a yoga teacher and learned a lot about yoga and even more about myself, what I like, what I want to do and the kind of woman I want to be. Slowly I am starting to love the 27 years old baby that I am and my personality, as weird as it may be. Well overall I’m digging myself so that’s pretty cool ! I can’t wait to see what this 27th year on earth will look like !

Ma carte bancaire vient de se faire avaler au distributeur. Je crois que c’est un appel à l’aide de mon compte bancaire… Non mais sans rire je me rend compte que j’achète beaucoup (de fringues surtout) et que j’ai plein de trucs dont je me sers même pas. Donc mission rangement par le vide ce week-end et je me lance le défi de ne rien acheter le mois prochain ( à part à manger faut pas déconner). C’est parti. - My credit card just got swallowed by the cash machine. I think it’s a call for help from my bank account … No but really I realized I buy way too much stuff (clothes especially) and own way more than I need. So I decided to not buy anything next month and to throw away/give what doesn’t serve me. Let’s go!! -
