Yoga pose to reduce stiffness in spine - Half Spinal Twist Pose🧘 Steps to follow for this pose: 1. Sit with legs straight in front of you and keep your spine straight 2. Bend the left leg on the floor such that left heel touch the right hip 3. Bend the right leg, cross it over left leg such that right foot touch the left knee 4. Lift your left arm, wrap it around the right knee and keep the right arm on diagonally back of the right side 5. Inhale, lengthen your spine straight up 6. Exhale, twist your spine on the right side
