Can’t sleep, definitely need to stop having anything caffeinated before bed, even if the chocolate covered coffee beans are good they will keep me up at night when I have to be up at 8:00 AM to be ready for tomorrow (have some furniture being dropped off and need to clean a bit beforehand, also psych appointment)
But I might be awake for my package which is exciting! I probably should be asleep by 4:00 AM but I also might still be awake lol
I could probably go do a little bit of cleaning now, but I’m also not feeling super good because of the caffeine, my heart is racing and I can’t really focus very well (I honestly might need to at least cut my caffeine intake as much as I can, but I really don’t think I can handle caffeine well anymore even if I haven’t been taking my adderall)
Well, I guess I can go grab a seltzer water from the fridge and maybe that will help calm me down a little bit? Idk I’m trying to calming banana my way into getting some sleep ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
