I haven't really paid much attention to this ship until recently and realized how Yunho is really a energy source for Mingi. Their relationship despite their on stage presence reminds me of the comfort you feel in your safe space. 🐶🐥

Yesosang x San - SanSang

Don't get me wrong I absolutely adore ever ship involving Yeosang because how loving they are towards him, even if he does something that would typically get the other members scolded he is always given a pass 😂. However, the dynamic between San and Yeosang is undeniable. You can tell they both have so much love for each other even if one (San) is more expressive while the other (Yeosang) has trouble expressing it. Their friendship is admirable!🥹 👑🏔️

Wooyoung x Jongho - WooJjong

In a way they kinda remind me of a loving Tom and Jerry. It's so cute how seriously Wooyoung takes his role as the older brother when he is with Jongho and how Jongho can either be the sweet youngest or a straight menace. The best part is when they get together and become a menace together it's cute and funny to watch. True Besties!! 🐈‍⬛🐻

Cruel Kingdom (Part 2)

The next day, the four trusted members of Yeosang’s personal guard meet in the “war room.”

Otherwise known as the fancy living room of this house they had emptied and put in a large round table and some maps.

Mingi was frowning over one of the maps, eyebrows scrunched and fingers drumming on the table. Mingi had trained with the royal guard, and would probably have been made Captain by this time had they not had to flee their home thanks to the neighboring kingdom. 

Now, he had made it his life’s oath to be Yeosang’s personal protector ever since he’d dragged him from the catacomb tunnels under the castle at his Captain’s orders.This has been the last day any of them had heard Yeosang raise his voice, and sometimes Mingi could still hear is yells for his parents, an all too familiar waking nightmare. 

That was why he was frowning now. With their current plans, he knew there would be no way for them to take back the castle safely or successfully. 

“You look constipated.” A voice spoke from the other side of the table. 

Yesosang snickered as Mingi glared at Jongho. 

“I have a tonic for that if you need it.” Yunho added, joining in. 

“I’m not…Look, this current plan isn’t going to get us the palace. A fatal wound maybe. We need more people.”

“What about the Duke of Rocher?” Yunho asked, eyeing one of the nearby provinces. 

“Kai has already said he doesn’t want to be a part of this. He had investments on both sides before. He’s made it clear he won’t do business with either now.” Yeosang said, running a hand through his black locks. 

“There’s always Lady Catrina.” Jongho said.

“You’re just saying that because you like her.” Mingi said, sending him a look.

“No, I’m saying that because she also has ties with Lord Changbin and controls most of this area,” He said, sweeping his hand over the map, “That means more land that we are safe in. Plus, it’s close to my home. So we’d have somewhere to stay at the very least.”

“Not a bad idea.” Yunho said, looking towards Yeosang for confirmation. 

“And because I like her.” Jongho added and everyone rolled their eyes. 

“He does have a point though. And we were always friendly. I’ve also heard that Lord Changbin’s father isn’t doing so well. Maybe we could also offer some assistance?” He asked, question directed at Yunho.

“I can see what I can come up with.”

“Mingi?” He asked. 

Mingi seemed to weigh the pros and cons for a moment. They all knew that he could be silly and forgetful at times, but when it came to combat and battle strategy, they all trusted him with their life.

He stood up, stretching out his back as he pushed his flaming red and orange hair back, a result of some backfried spell Yunho had been working on, “I think it’s a good plan. Much better than the Duke and potentially gives us even more allies. If it works, our chances increase substantially.”

“It’s settled then. Pack up your bags lover boy.” Yunho said, winking at Jongho who flushed red despite his earlier confidence. 

They packed their things and headed out the next morning with a pack full of baked goods from Orina, the cook and ladies maid of Yeosang’s mother, who felt more like his grandmother at this point.. She’d hugged him tightly before sending him off. 

Now they were on the road, a two day ride from their home. They would be stopping half way at Jongho’s home village. 

“I can’t wait to see my mom. I hope she’ll make us her special meal.

Too bad this isn’t the time for the orchard to be blooming. We could have pie.”

“Leave it to Jongho to always be thinking about his mother and food.” Mingi said.

“Don’t forget Lady Catrina.” Mingi added.

The three continued to squabble as Yeosang rode in silence. To say he was nervous would be an understatement. He’d waited six years to put any of their plans into action, and it seemed that it was finally going to happen. They’d had allies already, people who had stayed loyal to his father both in his new home and out here. Some had volunteered as scouts and so far it seemed they were doing alright. Sometimes escaping King Kim’s troops in the nick of time. 

He wasn't sure how it kept happening. He would credit Yunho, but the man was a mage and a healer, not a psychic. So that left him with many questions that he currently couldn’t answer.

“Earth to His Majesty.” Mingi’s voice finally cut through his thoughts.

“What?”

“We were asking if you’ve figured out what you were going to say to Lady Catrina.”

“Oh. I’m just going to be honest. We need her but we have nothing to offer aside from some potential healing. For now at least. Until we take back our land giving her a chance to expand hers and Lord Changbin’s. Her mother was also close with my mother once.”

“So you’re hoping to play the sentimental card.”

“It’s not a card if it's the truth.”

“What if that doesn’t work?” Jongho asked.

“Then we’re back to square one. I won’t threaten or harm like King Kim has done to gain what he has. I said I wouldn’t let anyone stand in my way, but I will try to exhaust all options first.”

“Very diplomatic. A much better Prince than that usurper.” Mingi said.

A pang shot through Yeosang’s chest at the mention of his former friend.

“Dont. Let’s just talk about something else.”

“Like how my mom can probably make you an entire chicken?” Jongho supplied and that had Yeosang grinning.

“Proceed. And let’s pick up the pace.”

The rest grinned and urged their horses into a trot. The faster they reached the small village of Torin, the faster they could feast and be out of danger.

He knew this was something only you could do, but he couldn’t say for sure it was love. Despite turning himself inside out every restless night to make sense of what he felt, he never got an answer.

So, it's better to stay the way the two of you are than to misinterpret these feelings as love and lose you forever when it doesn't work out.

Flash forward to 4 years later, at a high school reunion, Yeosang is looking at you and wishing he had known sooner.

The air in the room seemed to have become warmer, as you were sitting in front of your best friend trying to process the question he just asked.

“Come on Y/N, the game is called Truth or Dare, not ‘Let me think about it’” the young man exclaims slightly amused by your visible discomfort. “You wanted Truth, so my question is: Have you ever touch yourself while thinking about me” he repeats with a little smirk creeping on his angelic face.

You shifted on your spot and took a long sip of your beer before you answered him.

“You cannot ask me something like this Yeosang, it’s not fair!” you reply shyly.

He cocked an eyebrow, slightly tilting his head to the side. He wasn’t buying your bullshit pleads. This small movement only, made your core clench on nothing, you cursed at yourself and you mentally cursed him for being so handsome and sexy.  You squint your eyes and purse your lips:

Your statement made him laugh, his beautiful laugh you never get tired of hearing.

“No you don’t!” he replies winking at you. You sigh defeated:

“Fine!” you started; your voice sounded so unsure “If you must know…yes!”

There! It was out. You cover your face with your hands, feeling your cheeks turning bright red. Yeosang chuckles lightly but quickly his smile turns into a sterner expression:

“Yes what?” he asks

Your eyes widen, you look at him like a deer in the middle of the road about to get hit by a car.

“I gave you, your answer…” you tried to defend yourself.

“Yes what?” his tone was strict, dominating even. It made you shiver. “Say it!” his eyes were suddenly darker. You whimper, biting your bottom lip trying to hide your visible arousal for him. And without breaking eye contact with him, you said:

“Yes, Yesosang. I do touch myself while thinking about you” your voice was only a whisper, unable to speak this truth louder. It was like honey to his ears. He hummed in appreciation and like magic his attitude changed completely.

“HA! Freak…” he says, “My turn!” his tone now bubbly and cute.

Your mouth fell open in total disbelief. You wanted to punch him in his perfect face for making you say something like this. How could you be so helpless when you were with him?

“Alright! Truth or Dare?” you ask, swallowing your pride. Revenge was one of your favorite things to do, so you could always just ask him something just as embarrassing or make him do something totally gross.

“Truth!” he replies quickly. You smirk, it took you about a minute to think of something good to ask.

“Ok, Yeosang. How often do you masturbate in a day?” you ask smiling. You were proud of your question, he would never…

“Two, sometime three times if I can find some alone time at the dorm” he replies immediately.

Your eyes widen again. You looked at him in disbelief, again. What was it with him today? Where was your best friend? The cute and shy angelic boy you loved so much?

“Y/N” his low voice brought you back to reality. “Truth or Dare?”

You considered him a moment:

“Dare!” you said with no confidence whatsoever. But you were ready to suck on his dirty socks before telling him more about your fantasies.

Yeosang’s eyes darken as he bites his lips sensually. One hand rakes his blond locks while the other put his drink down on the coffee table. You saw him, get up and walk toward you slowly, his eyes never leaving yours. He stops in front of you and gently unbuckles his belt before unbuttoning his black skinny jeans. You watch his every move, mesmerized by his dominance. He wraps your chin with his soft fingers, tilting your head back to make you look at him. His thumb brushes your lips and he said: 

“Now, be a good girl and kneel for me!”
