In installment number two of why women live longer than men we have John doing something I think is completely crazy. He thinks that's funny and he's laughing at me. The hook my drying rack was hanging happily on for months pulled right out of the ceiling and the whole shebang went down the basement stairs. Shockingly very little fell out and he was able to quickly put it back up after installing a better (less likely to come crashing to the ground) hanging apparatus. Order has been restored and he didn't fall down the stairs and break his neck, this time. Crazy people have astoundly good luck.
