Skillshare is indeed difficult to cancel. I only had to email them once, but it was clear that it was a "one time courtesy" and if I ever wanted to sub again, it'd be for the full year at the full price. Which on its own is... fine, but not on top of predatory auto-charging trial bs.

Raycons- allegedly the newer ones are better, but also they're still bad. I don't have any recommendations for wireless earbuds specifically, but Dankpods YouTube channel reviews them on occasion, and is generally just a fun, positive guy everyone should check out.

Hello Fresh- I think they've basically edged out competition? Idk if blue apron is still around, or if they're even any better. I don't know if there's a business that can operate on demand food distribution like this, (semi) ethically and even be profitable. My only note here is that Factor is owned by hello fresh.

Audible- owned by Amazon, indeed. Your local library network may be supported by an app. For example, I've got mine attached to Libby which let's me rent a ton of audiobooks for free! Yeah I often have to wait for new or popular stuff but did I mention it's free and also supports your local libraries and it's free?

Norton VPN (not to be confused with Nord VPN, the one that is often a sponsor) is the one that had installed a crypto module on the computer. It did not actively mine Bitcoin unless the user opted into a service, but was still a slimy thing to slip into their VPN. Don't use Norton for anything for several reasons. I use PIA, which so far hasn't been evil, but a lot of these are getting bought up by a suspicious company I can't be bothered to accurately report the details on at this time.

Raid Shadow Legends- I think it's biggest crime is being over marketed, but is definitely paywalled gacha shovelware. Are there non-gacha mobile games anymore? No really, I'd love something I can actually play.

"Online Coupon Things"- this is why I decided to make this reply no one will read. It's usually Honey. Honey is owned by PayPal. If you're using PayPal to complete your purchases anyway, it's the same data scraping. Personally, I've rarely found honey to be useful. Capital One Shopping does the same thing but often better, and yes, while they're also scraping my transaction data, they're also my credit card company and bank so it's materially important to me. Anyway,

Telling someone to Google shop+coupons is terrible advice. One, while you may not mean Google-google, statistically it's Google. Which is also harvesting that same data, and going to show you paid ads ahead of relevant search results. (Insert Duckduckgo/Firefox plug here). Furthermore, a lot of those coupon aggregate sites you'll see in results are active malware repositories. At minimum, they want you to agree to a bunch of tracking cookies- problem not avoided.

You can search for coupons, but ideally stick to coupon pages from that site. Sometimes they'll have coupons in a proprietary app you can download and delete when you're done. Often their relevant promo codes will just be in a banner on the site. A weird one you can do is search YouTube for the shop, and then you might see some sponsored videos that contain codes.

Better Help- no notes, have heard it sucks.

Squarespace- it looks like Weebly was purchased by square, so that's not really an option. Wix looks like it may have similar issues. I think this one's going to be a "buyer beware".

Anyway. A lot of YouTubers don't critically evaluate the sponsors they showcase. Do your research.

Ahhh yes back in the good old days. I really wanted like good earbuds but I didn’t want to pay that AirPod price. I saw a few YouTubers that I like do a few ads for Raycons so I thought why not? They haven’t gave me an issues and are doing pretty good. I think I’ve had them for umm two years maybe now?

Gosh it’s so gross. I just hate all of it. Thank you thank you. I’m sure all the babies are helping me to the best of their abilities.

Speaking of which, Simeon’s birthday kind of came out of nowhere. Ngl I kind of forgot it was so soon. But he looks pretty good in his cards though.

That's really good! I probably would have bought those ones if my mom didn't gift me the ones I already have. Raycons seems to have some pretty good reviews.

I completely forgot until I saw the notification. The story looks pretty interesting and since I am so far behind this will be the first time I see Raphael. So that is exciting.

Yes! The clarinet, way back in elementary school though and I didn’t really stick with it as much as I should have. I sorta regret that, but well, I’m very inconsistent and lack self-discipline even now as an adult. We can count the recorder I played in third grade? Aside from those two, that’s the most I’ve ever played. Someday, I’d like to learn how to play the ocarina I think it sounds so pretty! 

Did you like Pokemon as a child?

OH MY GOSH ARE YOU JOKING ME YES A MILLION TIMES YES!!! Growing up in a gaming family I was able to play lots and lots of games as a kid, with Pokemon being one of those games. I’m more of a 2000 kids than straight-up 90s like my brother who was born in 89 and I a 95′er. So, my bro probably remembers that whole Pokemon craze in the late 90s more than I did since I have bad memory and only remember... the cards and show and the pokemon store in times square? He was more into it than I was growing up... I mostly collected sailor moon cards too with some pokemon. I believe crystal was my first game. I stole it from my brother and because I was a dumbass kid, I kept deleting his file he’d always get so mad to the point where I think he’d beat me up if not for my overprotective mom or the fact that I’m a girl. I love the franchise and like LOZ and Mario, grew up with that shit so I nearly played all the games! Explorers of the Skies, Pokemon Gold, and Colosseum will always be my fav ones. I’m also torn between Diamond and Pearl as well as Black and White! 

Headphones or earbuds. 

Headphones if it’s the big ol’ ones that go around your head! I would kill for the cute kitty cat ones but well, I’m not a twitch streamer. I may have an account but that’s mostly to annoy any friends who stream on there if I have the time to. I can’t see myself as a twitch streamer, I’m not super interesting and I’m camera shy. I digress! Point is I want those headphones even if it’s useless! But earbuds are slowly winning my heart, I got a pair of raycons and I love how easy it is to do just about anything! I mostly love working out with them AND not hearing shit bc the noise cancellation for outside noises is pretty fire! I can see why YouTubers recommend these things lolololol!

Oh yes I remember this days. Wearing hoodies and having it go under the hoodie with the hood up. Now and days it’s even easier with wireless earbuds. My little pink raycon earbuds haven’t got me caught yet.

I hope so too. It’s definitely not fun at all. Coughing really beats you down compared to other things. Makes your back hurt, your chest hurt, your throat hurt. Geez no fun at all. At least I got my anime boys to keep me company. I deserve all the cuddles from all my boys just saying.

I saw people thread it through their sleeves and then rest their ear on their hand where the earbud was. Ooh those sound nice. I have heard of raycon but don't own any. I have Jlabs jbuds which I like.
