Fancy dates are great and all but what about hobby/special interest dates??? They are just dates based on what we like and we both get to info-dump too. In my opinion, that would be more fun because I get to know more about the person I'm romantically attracted to or platonically attracted to. For example, I love jellyfish and aquatic life so much. It's a huge special interest for me (might be because of ADHD and autism but who cares). I could show every animal and excitedly tell you about them and more facts about them. Then the second date/hang out can be something you are interested in and want to share it. You love hiking and you have a great spot? Let's go then, I don't mind walking for hours while you talk about why you like it and how it makes you feel!

I just love knowing the person more and seeing them info-dump excitedly because someone is willing to listen and do the activities with them ❤️
