i need season two to really push the tai x lottie agenda so more folk can catch on. they’re such a variant of the ‘repressed protagonist struggling to orientate themselves’ and the ‘enticing antagonist that has finally let go and is loving it’ dynamic. except neither of them are evil or wholly good and it’s unclear whether the decision to accept/deny themselves is better for either of them. i need parallels of lottie attempting to help tai accept this part of her in both the 1996 timeline and modern day one.
