i've always drawn him with his ears flopped over like the old spot
but i am also a big fan of pigs whose ears are just ^ ^
#ossabaw island hog btw#yes i do have specific pig breeds im looking at for various parts of his design. EVERYTHING is calculated kfjhkg#got lots of old spot in him. wooly pig is why he's so fluffy i just cant figure out how to draw ''wool''#the stripe is from the visayan warty pig#the only non-real-world thing i did was the tusks. i based those on hoglins#they're a lot further to the front of the snout than what you'd see on most hogs. i think. i havent seen every hog there is to see kjfhdgk#the bottom ones are there just bc i added double tusks bc i liked them. but they can be practical too#the big tusks are actually on the top of his jaw. so the bottom ones would make it a pain if he bit down#they also go outwards juuuuust a bit. he can slash you (like irl hogs do in fights)#oh and his tail that's very very made up. every time i drew it it just got longer so i decided to make it drag the floor for funsies KFJHDG#chat
