There is a need for this.

A deep-seated, viceral need. A hunger that shakes me down to my bones. WE NEED A BILDAD THE SHUHITE SPIN-OFF BEFORE S3.

Impossible for a multitude of reasons, but we can dream, yes?

A wonderful, light-hearted season of fun and then...

Imagine... Job getting back home from another adventure with his friends. They take him back home to Sitis after a day of not-quite-the-usual but rather end-of-spin-off-series shenanigans.

Job looks back as Bildad and Aziraphale walk away. Sitis joins him at the door frame as he looks on. She asks how they got on, very much like how an old married couple, at the end of their day, would sometimes talk about their non-exactly-a-couple-couple friends having been getting on.

Eventually, Sitis remarks, "Oh, I wouldn't worry too much. Bildad's conquered the world of shoe-making AND obstetrics. He'll be fine. They'll both be fine."

"I'm sure you're right, dear." says Job. The couple smiles at each other, and the scene fades...

The credits roll, and we get a very much à la Marvel end-credit scene....

To a cut of Crowley, some millenia later, waking up, hand coming down on an alarm clock. As he sits up, Queen's Somebody to Love starts playing on blast.

Each morning, I get up I die a little 🎶

The camera pans to a shot of the floor and bottom on the bed frame, some wine bottles littered about. Crowley's feet meet the floor.

Can barely stand on my feet 🎶

He walks to the bathroom to wash his face. The camera pans to the shot of the mirror while he has his head down.

Take a look in the mirror and cry 🎶

Crowley raises his head, and we see his miserable face reflected in the mirror.

The post-credit scene ends, giving us a painful tease to the start of Good Omens season 3.
