Ok, I spent some time to think on it. Here are more thoughts from me:

-Dazai is definitely set on not letting Chuuya go near Fyodor. Even when presumed dead, it was Dazai who was willing to go near Fyodor while Chuuya is at a distance (Chuuya could just be enjoying seeing Dazai put some effort, but also, Chuuya could have offered to touch the boulder to lift it up, but Dazai just didn't let him). This was because Dazai assumed it was touch-activated BUT knows there is something more to it

-It is more likely that it is blood-activated instead. Karma had to touch his blood after the blow to the head by Ace. That's how it immediately worked on that knight that stabbed him as well.

- If it really is blood-activated, then I have some thoughts on when he could have gotten Chuuya somehow. It was when Dazai injured Fyodor's hand. A simple flick of the blood would be enough to get Chuuya. HOWEVER, I'd also argue that he wasn't able to get Chuuya at all. I think the blood has to touch skin, and Chuuya was very covered up. The only available space is on Chuuya's face and neck. Im 95% sure Chuuya is safe tbh. The other 5% being the remaining exposed skin of Chuuya's (firm believer that Chuuya is actually safer compared to Dazai's and Sigma's odds)

-The thing is, even if Fyodor tried anything on Chuuya, Arahabaki would simply come out... unless that is what Fyodor intended - activating corruption for something.

-I still don't think anything irreversible will happen to Chuuya though, if that really is the case. Seems like an odd period in the series to permanently kill him. Also, Asagiri has a habit of making Dazai go first and Chuuya will follow when it comes to death/ near death (Dead Apple, Beast). Not sure if he would change the formula for this tbh? He might surprise me, but otherwise, this just means that someone has to get Dazai to die first.

-The people who did touch Fyodor's blood are Dazai and Nikolai...but was that even actually Fyodor's arm? Was that even Fyodor's blood? That leaves us with no one

-What are the odds of Nikolai and Fyodor making a run for it because they have other things to do? So maybe the real problem is how Dazai, Chuuya, and Sigma will catch up to where those 2 are when Nikolai exists. At the end of the day, this is still a race to get the book after all.

-Basically, what I understood is that Crimes against Fyodor (making him bleed) will give Fyodor the ability to dole out Punishment
