Txt bf headcanons (choi line)
___________☆______________☆____________
Genre:fluff,headcanons
Pairings:Choi!line x GN!reader
Pronouns:none
Synopsis:just the things that they would do if you were together.
A/N:would you have guessed that my bias is Yeonjun(of course you wouldn't)
____________☆______________☆___________
⋆。°✩ Yeonjun [🦊]
This man is so flirty.
He just straight up is a bf material.
Would give his life for you.
If you try to tease him and get him flustered,at the end you would be the one getting embarrassed.
Even if the other boys would try to tease him about being soft with you,he would just give them a savage response and continue to shower you in his love.
He likes to go out when it comes to dates, but if you would rather stay home he would gladly change his plans.
You can't tell me that this man is not a good kisser, have you seen this mfs lips.
He knows that he is a good kisser so he kisses you as much as he can.
He loves being a big spoon when it comes to cuddling because he feels like he is protecting you.
Would love to style your clothes and plan your outfits,if you are okay with that.
Would always have his hand on your lower back when you're going somewhere.
He thinks he is sly and that he doesn't show how smitten he is with you,but everyone can see the lovestruck look on his face when he is looking at you.
⋆。°✩ Soobin [🐰]
He is a lot shyer than Yeonjun, but still not too shy
He has these moments when he is very confident in showing you his love, but sometimes he just doesn't know what to do.
Likes dates in nature.
If you are eating something he would most definitely try to feed you.
This man is tall, even for my 5'7 ass.
He would love to pick you up by holding your hips and then spin you in the air when he is happy.
Other members always make fun of Soobin so they wouldn't miss out their chance on this one.
(Un)fortunately for Soobin he has gotten used to it,so he learned to just tune them out.
He is big on cuddling.
Would try to hug you every single second.
I think he would buy you rings or some other jewelry because he thinks it would look good on you.
Soobin knew you were the one when he realized that Odi actually likes you.
⋆。°✩ Beomgyu [🐻]
Beomgyu likes to joke around a lot and is very energetic with his friends, but when he comes home he is glad to know that he can be more calm around you.
Beomgyu thinks that home made gifts are the best ones so he likes to make them for you.
He would watch those "ways to say i love you" tutorials on tiktok and try to make them for you.
He is a nice balance between cuddly Soobin and kissy(?) Yeonjun, because he likes to do both equally.
Even when he is away he likes to call you a lot and make sure that you are doing fine.
Would prefer indoor dates rather than going out (he especially likes movie nights).
Taking a night walk with Beomgyu is a must.
He has a present for you for every holiday or celebration,no matter how small it is.
He would make you a lot of personalized playlists.
If you decide to make one for him too,his heart would melt right then and there.
He likes to cook with you, even if he isn't the best at it.
Beomgyu has a sweet tooth so cook him anything sugary and you have officially won his heart.

TRAILER
Chapter One / Chapter Two
6:24 A.M.: You don’t know if it’s the three - no, four - drinks still flowing throughout your bloodstream, or the hand grasping yours that’s making your head feel dizzy, but either way, the flickering lights of New York have never looked so hazy.
It had been hours, at least six, since the blue haired boy had stumbled upon you in the first club you had been to tonight, but his energy was still at one hundred, and completely incessant. You wonder if he was always like this.
The introduction, first of all, wasn’t anything all that magical. Not to you anyway. It wasn’t love at first sight or knowing your soulmate was right there in front of you; it was gazes catching at the bar. Nothing like what novels go on and on about by any means, but it was something. Something you had never felt before. It was enough for you two to leave together, hand in hand, and roam the streets.
You don’t know when it was established that you two would make it your mission to have the absolute night of your lives - or if it was even declared at any point at all - but for the time being, it seemed to be the only end in sight. Ending how you two began: Messy, clashing, but at the same time, absolutely alive.
Chance and curiosity, joining for one night only. Joining for a night that would never be forgotten again.
12:23 A.M.: “Another drink, darling?” The greasy bartender asked you, already reaching for a clean glass to fill with alcohol of your choice. You nodded simply, reaching for your wallet. He only shook his head, sliding a full glass of vodka and coke towards you easily afterwards, exactly the same as your last, “On the house.”
The kind gesture wasn’t something that took you back. Normally, guys always bought you drinks, so that was nothing new. What was new, however, was the boy across the bar, laughing loudly over the thrum of the bass pounding throughout the cramped, smoke filled club. You had never seen a boy with hair that blue, or a smile that beautiful. This was what took you back. It is also what held your attention. That and his laugh - which was loud enough to hear over the song altogether - and pretty enough to make your knees weak.
That was your first epiphany.
“See something you like?” The bartender teased you, struggling to see the competition he must have felt like he had. You shook your head simply, not wanting to send anymore attention the attractive boys way. You had decided in that moment to forget about the whole thing - about maybe going over and about maybe even talking to him. It was just a glance, anyway. You probably wouldn’t even have remembered him, or the effect he had on you in the morning. You wouldn’t have remembered the way your skin tingled and your heart rate picked up when you saw his lips stretch into a lazy smirk. You probably wouldn’t even have remembered the way you could see every single detail of him so closely, how intense the whole moment was, and how much your heart ached in those few seconds that felt like eternity.
And then he looked at you.
That was the second.
1:17 A.M.: Typically, you would have been tired by one in the morning. You would have been either in bed, reading another novel or watching another movie to distract yourself from. . . well, everything; or passed out, having fallen asleep many hours before. But this time, things were different.
This time, there was no novel to curl up with, and no movie to doze off to. There wasn’t even anything particularly calming about the situation at hand.
Instead, all there was, was a boy.
And his name was Yeonjun.
And no amount of books or movies could have prepared you for someone like him.
1:30 A.M.: “We should go bowling!” The blue haired boy yelled over-enthusiastically, making you laugh.
“It’s one in the morning, Yeonjun.”
“Okay, and?”
You were repeatedly surprised by the boys persistence. Not only because it was heartwarming, but because it made you feel important. As if it was an achievement to be someone he wanted to be around.
You downed the rest of your drink and looked at the grinning boy in front of you again, “Don’t you think it’s a little too late for that right now?”
Yeonjun searched your face for any sign of hesitancy, and when he couldn’t find any, his lips tilted up at the corners.
“It’s never too late for anything sweetheart,” His fingers found yours under the red lighting of the club, “Especially not now.”
2:15 A.M.: You weren’t surprised when you found out that there were no bowling alleys open at two in the morning, and neither was Yeonjun. Still, his excitement hadn’t faltered as he intertwined your fingers again and dragged you away from the darkened building with giant bowling pins on the front sign.
His eyes still sparkled with reflections of the city lights as you walked, and his scent washed over you when he pulled you closer. You were suddenly taken aback in a scarily familiar way, and you knew that it was rare for boys like Yeonjun to be around you like this. You knew this.
You knew of boys like him - of course you did. Everyone did. Boys with smiles that could break hearts and personalities that put their competition’s to shame. Boys who had the world just in reach of their fingertips. Boys who, even if they weren’t yours, you would destroy even yourself for them to be.
Boys like that were dangerous. Not only because it always, always, ended in a wreck, but because they never ever left your heart; no matter how hard you tried to get them out.
This, you knew from experience. Boys like him, they didn’t fall in love. They broke hearts. There was a difference.
“Where should we go now?” Yeonjun asked you, eyes flashing over your face.
That was another thing about boys like him. The eye contact. It was a silent killer.
“Uh- I’m not sure. Have you already eaten?” You hadn’t eaten in hours, and if you didn’t get some food in your system to dry up all the alcohol, you would surely hate yourself the following morning.
Yeonjun shook his head, “Not for a few hours. What sounds good?”
What sounded good wasn’t what you two got. What you two wanted was a banquet of food and desserts at a restaurant or maybe even a local diner. What you two got were street cart hot dogs. Beggars couldn’t be choosers, though.
Sitting curbside with the blue haired boy shouldn’t have felt like being on cloud nine, but it did. You couldn’t tell if it was the alcohol, or just his general aura, but you were the happiest person in the world in that moment.
Yeounjun gave you a closed mouth grin when he looked over at you, mustard smeared across the corner of his lip, and your heart finally flipped.
It seemed timing wasn’t in your favor. Not tonight and not ever.
3:03 A.M.: The forty five or so minutes the two of you had spent eating and then chatting had felt like one of the best parts of your whole night at that point, but you were still slightly curious as to why Yeonjun was still with you. You weren’t complaining, of course, but he could have abandoned you hours ago. Once his drunk haze lifted, you weren’t sure if he would stick around, or go running. You knew better than to hope for the prior.
There would be no hope for happy endings tonight.
“We should go somewhere,” Yeonjun said, suddenly standing from the curb and strategically overstepping a sewage drain, “Somewhere secret.”
He outstretched his hand for you, still smiling.
Your mind raced with all the places you could go, and all the things you could do, and you couldn’t help but feel lucky, and slightly privileged to be in front of him like this.
You thought back to all those times in high school when you would bargain with any god there might be, and offer your best qualities up just for chances like these. For love with someone where love blatantly wasn’t. For a chance at life like this. To do anything and everything with a boy like him.
You felt like maybe, just maybe, you had finally gotten what you wished for.
You took his hand.
3:28 A.M.: Yeonjun’s eyes blazed with excitement, face lit up at the view laid out before the two of you.
There was surely something special about winter in New York, but in that moment, it felt more like heaven. The small flakes spinning and spiraling down from the sky above and all the christmas lights strewn out along the balcony the two of you occupied, feet dangling over the edge as you sat shoulder to shoulder on the thick cement slab separating what would be a fifty story drop. The city glowed under the dark blanket of nighttime, and it was beautiful.
Yeonjun held you tightly against him as the wind blew across your cheeks.
“So tell me.” He said, making you glance over. You tilted your head gently.
“Tell you what?”
“Everything.” He said easily, “Tell me everything. Anything you want to.”
And so you did. You told him about New York and why you were here. You told him about school, family, and life in general. You told him about dreams and hopes and fears, and you told him about life too. The good things, the bad things. The things that make it worth living, and so on. You told him absolutely everything.
And so did he. He told you about Seoul, and about loving New York. He told you about music, and about his friends, and even about growing up in the United States. He told you all about his fears and wishes, and everything he wanted to achieve, and the man he wanted to become. The similarities you two shared was almost scary. Along with all of this though, he told you about tonight.
He told you about how much fun he was having, and how he had never met someone like you before. He told you that he felt more like himself than he ever had in his life, and that he had never been happier.
The two of you shared your souls with each other, shamelessly and willingly, and it made your heart pound in your chest relentlessly.
You’d like to think that this was the third epiphany of the night, but you knew better.
Yeonjun spoke up after a few minutes of comfortable silence.
“Can I ask you a question?”
“Mhm.” You hummed, grateful to be able to look back at him. He truly was stunning.
“Do you. . . I mean, if we hadn’t met like we did, do you think we would have spoken?”
You thought about it for a second.
“Maybe, but maybe not.” He nodded at your words.
“We’re basically the same person, we know that now, but we also are worlds apart. If our paths would have crossed before tonight, I’m sure we would have had to have spoken. That’s how it goes. But I’m not sure where it would have been, or how it would have gone.”
He seemed to agree with this.
“I’m glad we met like this.” He finally said as he looked at you, nose red and scarf pulled tight around his neck and chest. You imagined you looked the same, with your red cheeks and big coat-scarf combo.
“I’m glad we did too.” You agreed, feeling a little more sober for the first time tonight. He gave you a small grin, and you gave him one back.
“I don’t want you to think that this is just some night long fling for me,” He continued, eyes flashing down your face, “Because it’s not. You’re not.”
You nodded, stomach flipping.
“I know.”
And it was wordless after, both of you leaning in at once after a number of beats had passed. No glance to make sure, no question to confirm, just both of you, coming home at once; not wanting to be anywhere else apart from on the other’s lips. Cold mouths colliding, and snow flecked lashes closing. Both the universe, and the two of you, tired of waiting.
This was the honest to god third epiphany of the night. The one that changed your life. The one you would remember until your heart stopped beating and your lungs stopped working.
Your mind flashed with the memory of his bright smile from the beginning of the night, and how those same lips were against yours completely. Against yours, and only for you.
This was the life changing one - you knew it immediately.
4:00 A.M.: The closest place the two of you could find that was open was a Denny’s, and you took refuge from the storm outside by bundling up in a booth with steaming mugs of hot chocolate in your grasps, laughing loudly together in the empty restaurant.
Your coats had been hung up on the coat rack near the entrance, and you two were cross legged across from each other, perfect mirrored versions of the other.
Yeonjun truly was the boy version of you.
“I can’t believe we have the same hot chocolate order.” He laughed, spooning the sprinkles and whipped cream into his mouth afterwards. You gave him a look.
“Hot chocolate orders aren’t all that complicated.”
He shook his head, “Okay, I get that, but how many people get exactly three pumps of whipped cream and exactly three pinches of sprinkles over the entire surface?”
You pondered this, “I mean I’ve never met anyone else who does it like that-”
“Until now,” He threw in.
“-Until now,” You added with him, playfully rolling your eyes, “But it just proves my theory even more.”
“Ooh, what theory?” He sat up slightly, leaning over the table a bit as excitement lit up his features. You chuckled.
“I think you’re the boy version of me.” You said honestly, quirking a brow. He chewed on his bottom lip for a moment, considering this as he looked you up and down.
“I’d have to agree,” He finalized, smirking as you blushed, “I’ve never met a girl as cool as you, which means I must be equally as cool if we’re the same person.”
You nodded and offered him another spoonful of whipped cream and sprinkles, all of his gone already due to his fast eating habits. He gladly took it as you kept the spoon in your hand, feeding him. Once you both moved back to rest against the booth seats again, he spoke up.
“So what’s the plan after this?”
You hated to admit it, but you were getting a little tired from being up for almost twenty four hours long at that point. You hadn’t showed it though, not wanting the night to end just yet.
“Hmm. . . we could watch the sun rise?”
“Isn’t that for like,” Yeonjun checks his watch at the same time as you, making you laugh, “Another two and a half hours?”
You nod, “We have time to get there. Plus, I know the perfect spot.”
4:30 A.M.: New York streets at four thirty in the morning were a sight to see. From the drunks, to the teenagers, and even the sober wanderers, it was humorous. Yeonjun’s hand held yours tightly as he walked on the side of the sidewalk closer to the road, and glanced over at you every few minutes, his shy grin meeting your gaze.
You wondered how the two of you looked to the other strangers you saw on the way to your final destination for the night. Maybe you two looked like friends, going on a pointless adventure for the night, enjoying the other’s presence in the winter air.
Maybe you two looked like a couple, walking the street for god knows what, but enjoying yourselves all the same. Hand in hand, sharing secret glances and small knowing smiles. Maybe you two looked like you were made for each other. Maybe you two looked like you were in love.
Maybe you two looked like the end of something magical. Something heartbreaking.
Maybe. Just maybe.
“Hold on.” Yeonjun stopped the two of you, pulling gently on your fingers as he ceased his footsteps. You followed suit.
“Pit stop?” He had asked suddenly, voice hopeful as he clasped both of your hands in his and eyed a barely lit convenience store to the left of you two. You eyed the store hesitantly before nodding, trusting whatever he had planned.
“Sure,” You said, not minding at all, regardless of your confusion, “We have time.”
And then he was pulling you into the warmth again.
4:45 A.M.: You didn’t know what shocked you more, the fact that a shitty convenience store sold crappy jewelry, or the fact that Yeonjun wanted to buy some for the two of you.
“You wanna what?” You asked, brows furrowed. He laughed.
“It’s nothing like that. I just think it’ll be fun to have something to remind of this night so we can remember it.”
The small nagging part of you almost wanted it to be something like that, before you could remind yourself to calm down. Because the whole night had been magical, why not just wrap it all up that way too?
As much as you liked to pretend you wouldn’t have said yes to whatever questions Yeonjun had asked - even if reminded you of couples high off various alcohols who got legally binded in Las Vegas at four in the morning - you knew that the sad fact of the matter is that you would have. You’d have agreed to spend forever by his side, just off of tonight and how he made you feel.
Silly or not, it was how you felt, and it was honest. But you couldn’t ask for anything more.
“I’m not asking you to marry me.” Yeonjun laughed, but you already knew that.
“Obviously,” You snorted, “But rings?”
“They signify infinity,” He informs you, eyebrows wiggling playfully, “And I want tonight to last forever.”
And so you agreed, not thinking in a million years that you’d be buying cheap two dollar rings from a sketchy convenience store with a boy you met in a club just hours prior.
“My lady,” Yeonjun said dramatically, dropping to one knee to add to the romance of it all. You held back your laughter.
“Tonight has been the best night of my life. Would you do me the honor of making every night like tonight, and tolerating me for as long as possible?”
Internally, it shouldn’t have affected you the way it did, but alas.
“I’d be honored.” You said, equally as dramatically as Yeonjun stood and smashed his lips to yours in a big show of laughter and hugs. The woman behind the counter did not look amused.
Right next to the lighters and the candy is where you slid the rings onto each other, and where you kissed again.
If only you had known it would be the only taste of forever the two of you would share. Maybe then it would have been different.
5:26 A.M.: The walk resumed, filled with laughs and hypothetical planning that had been going on for quite some time. There wasn’t much silence anymore.
“We can have a penthouse in the tallest skyscraper in this city,” You said, motioning towards the buildings in sight with the hand Yeonjun wasn’t holding. He nodded excitedly.
“We can have a huge studio for my music and another one for your dancing,” He said giddily, “And we can have a bed in the living room so we can wake up with a giant view of the city every single morning!”
“We can have a huge kitchen with coffee and a breakfast bar and snacks and a thousand different types of hot chocolate ingredients!”
Yeonjun kissed your lips swiftly, surprising you.
“We can kiss between drinking it.” He bit his lip gently, “We can kiss all the time.”
“We can kiss all the time,” You agreed, “Even when we’re not supposed to.”
“Especially when we’re not supposed to.” He said, pressing his lips to yours again. His kiss flooded warmth throughout your body. Static in your veins. Butterflies in your stomach. Finally.
6:00 A.M.: The park was within walking distance, and the two of you crossed the street hurriedly, eyes locked on the bench right in front of the water before safely getting to the other side.
“We should have bought blankets.” You said after you both finally sat down on the cold metal. Yeonjun pouted at that and pulled you against his body gently, warming you up. You flashed him an exaggerated smile. He did the same back.
“Your ring looks pretty,” Yeonjun complimented, lifting your hand softly, the street-lamps making the smooth metal flash.
“So does yours.” You said, grinning.
Sharing something like this with him - sharing feelings like this with him - it made you feel like you were exactly where you were supposed to be. With him next to you. You didn’t exactly know what you did to be in this situation, or how it played out as perfectly as it did, but you were grateful. You were grateful for him. And him, you.
The time flew by, neither of you realizing it as the seconds turned to minutes or the minutes into hours. Regardless, you shared every little thing that crossed your minds, both of you putting the trust into each other you’d never been able to put into anyone else.
You knew then that he was meant for you. And you would have followed him anywhere.
You also knew that you would have met him anywhere. In any lifetime, for an infinite amount of times over.
It was him. It would have always been him. No matter what.
It would have been him.
6:24 A.M.: You don’t know if it’s the three - no, four - drinks still flowing throughout your bloodstream, or the hand grasping yours that’s making your head feel dizzy, but either way, the flickering lights of New York have never looked so hazy.
Brooklyn Bridge Park is washed in early morning blue, almost the color of Yeonjun’s hair, and the sun is rising up just over the water to lighten up New York. It hasn’t quite made it yet, but the sky is starting to turn different colors, signaling day break. The sight makes you smile.
The sunlight streaming through the spaces between the many skyscrapers across the river finally shines on the two of you, after what feels like an eternity, and casts a golden light across everything. Morning breaks.
And then Yeonjun’s phone rings, and his face pales. It’s the first time you see his smile drop since meeting him. It makes yours drop as well.
“Soobin?” He snaps down the receiver, voice tense as he takes the call, “What’s up man?”
Yeonjun’s tone only worsens as the person on the other side of the call talks quickly. You can’t make out any of the words he’s saying, but you can tell they aren’t good. Whatever is happening, it is very bad.
“I won’t make it for another half hour at least, can you stall?” Yeonjun pleads, jaw clenching.
You have no idea what he’s talking about, or if you can help, but Yeonjun’s eyes flash at you again, as if he suddenly remembers where he is.
“Shit, no. Okay. It’s fine, just tell them I went for a walk. I’ll be back soon.”
He hangs up the call without another word, and something feels wrong. Suddenly, the haze lifts, and it all feels wrong.
“Is everything okay?” You ask softly, throat feeling tight. Yeonjun shakes his head sadly. You feel worry fill your body.
“I just got a call. I- fuck, I have to go.”
“You what?” Your voice shakes, reality smacking you both in the face now that the night has passed. Suddenly, the ring on your finger feels likes some horrible joke. You can barely look at it.
Yeonjun pockets his phone and takes a deep breath, trying to calm both of you down. You didn’t know what you expected after the long night you two had together, but you didn’t think it would be something like this.
After all - reality is always worse than dreams.
“I. . . I can’t go. But I wasn’t supposed to be here. I wasn’t supposed to even leave the hotel.”
You don’t know what he’s talking about, but you nod anyway.
“I have a flight.” He continues, “In just under an hour.”
“You-” You nod, still confused, “You have a flight?”
“I’m sorry.” He says, hand cradling your face, “This doesn’t change anything, or anything I said.”
Something in your chest snaps, and you feel like crying. Yeonjun is shaking his head before you can say anything else.
“I don’t want to have to watch you watch me leave.” He says, voice breaking. It is almost funny how attached the two of you are. It’s funny how a single night could form a bond as strong as this. It is funny, in the most horrible way. It is heart wrenching.
“I-I don’t want you to leave.” You shake your head, hardly being able to grasp the entire situation except for the fact that he has to leave. He has to go.
Yeonjun shakes his head and pulls you against him, heart pounding in his chest rapidly as you hug him. You grip his jacket tightly, holding him.
After a few seconds, he pulls away.
“Close your eyes.”
You give him a questioning look. He’s already explaining.
“Close your eyes, and you won’t have to see me leave.”
In a sick and twisted way, you aren’t as hurt as you could be. Not only because of the situation, but because this is your life, and expecting a boy like him to stay. Well, that was something that never changed.
They always left - boys like him.
Always.
“What, so you’ll just leave and that will be it?” You ask him incredulously, “You’re just gonna walk away?”
“I can’t stay.” His voice is strained, “No matter how much I want to, I can’t. I can’t.”
You know he can’t.
In a way, you both knew things wouldn’t have stayed the same in the morning light. No matter how much you hoped or wished, it wouldn’t have. You both should have known.
Yeonjun pulls you close again and presses his lips to yours, kissing you passionately. His lips are salty, no doubt from his tears, and you don’t know you’re crying as well until after you pull away and he’s wiping your cheeks with his coat sleeve.
“Just close your eyes.” He says sadly, voice breaking as he shakes his head, “Just close them, okay?”
“I can’t-” You sob, holding onto his hand tightly, “I don’t want to.”
“Please?” He asks, voice a whisper now, “Please, for me?”
And so you do. Sobs wrack your body as he presses another kiss to your lips, but you don’t need to see him to feel him. You don’t need to see him to feel all of your feelings ignite within you as he kisses you there on the cold bench. Even with your eyes closed you can still see him for who he is. Yours.
Yeonjun moves back from you, making your body shake even more due to the lack of heat.
“Yeonjun, wait.” You say, hearing him sniffle lightly.
“I. . . I-”
You hear him hum, as if he’s nodding, but you can’t see it. He’s still crying.
“Me too.” He says, knowing what you want to say without you even finishing, “Me too, the whole time.”
You’re taking shaky breaths, trying to calm down.
“Please don’t cry, baby.” He says. It’s the first time a pet name has left his lips, and it sends your heart up into your throat again. Your body feels numb. It breaks your heart.
“I’m sorry.” He says, and you hear the snow crunch underneath his boots as he stands up. You know this is it.
“I’m glad I met you.” You say, even though you know that he knows. You both know.
“I’m glad I met you.” He says back. You nod.
“Count to ten,” He says sadly, fingers stroking your face softly. You take a deep breath, hands shaking.
“And just know that I would have spent forever here if I could have.” He adds softly, fingers finally moving away from you, “I would have spent forever with you. If I could have.”
You feel fat tears roll down your cheeks again as Yeonjun starts you off.
“One. . .”
“Two.” You continue, voice shaking all the same as you do.
Three.
You think back to his smile, the bartender, and the club lights that casted the eery glow over everything and everyone. You remember his laugh, his smile.
You remember his gaze, locked on yours. And you remember your heart, pounding in your chest.
You remember that exact moment, exactly for what it was.
Four.
You remember all the jokes and compliments he gave you at the bar, and how you had noted never meeting someone as funny as him. You remember the sneaky glances and the innocent flirting. You remember the buzz underneath your skin - the excitement.
You remember not wanting it to end.
Five.
You remember the walk to the bowling alley across the street. You remember his grip on your fingers, the way his thumb swept across your palm lightly, and how he swung your hands playfully as you two walked. You remember his charismatic grin, his honey laugh, and the way his gaze lingered on you for a little too long when he caught you staring at him.
You remember the joy you felt.
Six.
You remember him convincing the hot dog vendor to give you two free food, bragging about being able to do a handstand for ten seconds exactly, and offering to show him if he gave you two hot dogs. You offered to just buy them for the two of you, but he only shook his head. He liked showing off. You remember his proud smile after he held the handstand and both you and the vendor clapped and cheered. You remember how his confidence radiated off of him as he handed you your food.
You remember feeling on top of the world.
Seven.
You remember sitting on the curb and feeling like it was anything but a broken sidewalk near the side of the road near a rusting drain. You remember Yeonjun passionately telling you everything he could think of, and asking you a million and one questions just because he wanted to get your opinion on everything. You remember how important he made you feel.
You remember how wanted he made you feel.
Eight.
You remember how cold it was on that balcony, and how dangerous it was to be sitting on the edge. You remember feeling protected in his grip, though, regardless of being inches from death. You remember telling him everything about anything that came to mind, and you remember opening up to each other.
You remember feeling safer with him than you’ve ever felt with anyone else. You remember kissing him.
You remember feeling the universe on his lips.
Nine.
You remember the entire night as small snapshots cloud your memory. His blue hair, his beautiful smile, his hand in yours. His eyes, filled with stars, gazing into yours every chance he got.
You remember the rings, and you remember his speech. You remember the snow falling around the two of you as you walked under all of the tall skyscrapers, and made plans of forever. Foolishly, you remember hoping it all lasted - that it all came true.
You remember loving him. You remember the feeling blooming in your chest and up through your body, the feeling swallowing you whole.
You remember wanting to stay with Yeonjun, and wanting to always stay with him, forever.
You remember loving him.
Ten.
You open your eyes.
And Yeonjun is gone.

MEETING HIM
You were just a humble citizen of this town. You weren't royalty nor poor. You were working in a local bakery that was a family business. You loved to help out your parents with their bakery and you enjoyed the warm feeling that the smell of the bakery gave you.
One day your parents left you to work alone in a bakery. You were stressed of course but you were glad that they thought that you were ready to work alone.
That morning you came early to prepare everything in the bakery.Today was a royal wedding, prince Yeonjun was getting married.Your parents stayed up whole night to bake a cake and other things for royal family. You knew that there would be really few customers today.
The reason why you didn't want to go was because you didn't like crowds and you didn't want to get pushed by those people that literally worshiped prince Yeonjun.
I mean you could understand why,he was very attractive looking but some people just didn't understand the meaning of personal space.
You looked at the clock and saw that it was about time that wedding started, but what you didn't expect was someone rushing into your store.
As you looked up you saw someone in a white royal clothes and you realized it was Yeonjun. You looked at him with shocked look on your face as he placed his pointer finger on his lips to tell you to not make a loud noise.
"Could I please hide behind the counter"Yeonjun asked in a rushed voice.
You nodded still shocked. After he saw that you aggreed he ducked behind a counter.
Oh what mess did you get yourself into...

START OF A FRIENDSHIP
When Yeonjun ran into the store on that faithful day of course the guards came and checked everyone's houses and somehow they couldn't find him in your house. It's been a few months and they almost gave up on finding him.
At first you two were both awkward and nervous but as time passed you've gotten a lot more comfortable. Now you enter your room and just see him lying on your bed upside down reading your books.
"Really?"
"What?"He said looking up from your book at you.
"You know my parents could come in at any moment?"You said coming up to him and picking up your book from his hands and closing it.
"I know but I can't stay hidden in the closet for a whole day."
Your parents were really loyal to the royal family so if they saw Yeonjun in your room they would definitely bring him back to the castle.Fortunately one day a week your parents would leave the town to buy some ingredients that they needed, then Yeonjun could leave your room and walk freely around your house.Whenever that time of week came around you two would go deep into the forest that you knew no one enters and have a little picnic,so Yeonjun could breathe some fresh air.

START OF A RELATSHIONSHIP
One day at one of your picnic days you two decided to get some of the fresh wild berries that you wanted to put in cake that you were making for Yeonjuns birthday that was coming up.
After some time Yeonjun layed down on the picnic blanket and started reading another one of your books as you were picking up berries from a nearby bush.
After some time Yeonjun started to get bored so he decided to get up and tease you a bit.
He came up behind you, silently like a cat and started to tickle you.
You started to laugh so hard that you fell on your back on the blanket.Your eyes were shut close as Yeonjun got up on top of you and continued to tickle you.
"YEONJUN STOP"You said in while laughing.
"I won't"He said teasing you.
You decided to open your eyes and after he saw that you opened them,he froze. His hands stopped tickling you as he starred into your eyes.
"You are so beautiful"He said in a soft voice.
"And you are so handsome"You said in a same soft voice looking back into his eyes just to see then looking at your lips.
He lowered himself on top of you and sealed your lips into a kiss. You placed your hands around his neck as his hands were placed onto the blanket to support his weight.
After pulling away you two started to laugh out of pure joy.Yeonjun fell on his back as he brought you on top of him to cuddle you.

BUYING A HOUSE
You decided you wanted to get a new house, get independent and live with Yeonjun. You told your parents that you wanted to move to another town to get inspired by the town's culture and open up a bakery there.
They were very supportive of you and decided to give you a little money to help out.
With their money, yours money and money that Yeonjun got from castle 2 years ago when he ran away you could buy a very good house and live comfortably.
As you and Yeonjun moved you opened up a bakery and he would help you out.You guys moved a bit far away so no one in that town knew that Yeonjun was a prince.
You two would have your annual picnic dates every week to keep a tradition going.
"I'm so glad I ran away from my wedding and met you ,I love you so much"Yeonjun said coming up behind you and hugging you and kissing your neck as you were washing dishes
"I love you too"You said turning around and kissing him on his lips.
"So when it's our wedding?"He said pulling away from your lips and placing his hands on your hips.
"It will only happen if you don't run away from it"You teased him.
"I would never do that to you"He said hugging you close to his chest.
