In One punch man, it sometimes feels like the hero organization, or heroes in general, are the main character of the story all toghether, as one. Its their fight, its their struggle, and saitama is one of them.

So when he shows up, it feels right. It feels like a well deserved super saiyan moment. Like hope is restored but not entirely, as you may know he will win and survive, but people around him might not.

Thats why every side character gets so much screen time. Why every fight of the S class, A class and whatever characters do add to the story and do in fact matter. Because its also their story.

Im reading witch hat atelier since I heard good stuff about it. I heard it talked about while reading dungeon meshi in a "if you like dun meshi you'll like this" and reading chapter 1 that statement resonates VERY strongly. This is adorable.

I am still loving this manga. The words "I ADORE" keep popping up. The story, characters and specially the art are just exploding into a fantasy that its beaming onto me.

This is one of those mangas that will forever live in my "to recommend - Generally" list.

Hello From Halo Head

Today I might rant and ramble about this webcomic. I've been feeling pretty bad these days with finals and exams, and this comic manages to get to me every single time I read it. I notice new small details, I take in nuance that I hadn't grasped before in the story and characters and I just, get to feel a lot of things.

Which is a thing I appreciate a lot. I need to do that more often.

Decided to start reading witch hat atelier right NOW!

Its interesting seeing this webcomic from late 2012 and seeing it change with the time. Stuff like little art style details going into softer bean shaped mouths at times like you'd see in some cartoons at the time.

Or stuff like the usage of "Yolo" being a thing that happened.

Its interesting how it dates itself. Like a snapshot of internet and life at the time

Going back to cassually reading octopus pie when I procrastinate and I see this.

Marigold, girlie, please don't fall for him again XD I know you two share good moments and it feels nice but it just feels like such a wrong call.

I say this is a liveblog, but that's a lie, its a blog where I post whenever I want about anything.

But that also means I can go back and just comment on whatever I want.

So yes, at this point in octopus pie thay was uploaded around 2014 I started noticing this slight art style change which I thought was adorable looking. That bean shaped mouth was seeing more light in the mid 2010s due to all the fun cartoons at the time. The art style in this and couple following years seem to evolve so much and so fast but I adore it anyways.

I'm glad im stickijg to the comic anyways.

A thing I like about octopus pie is that you can clearly tell the artist has experience with comics and makes some pretty subtly incredible pages.

I find it really admirable.
