Okay, but have you considered the following? Bruce reacting to his children calling him 'dad' for the first time.

I've been sitting here (bbq sauce on my tiddies, sorry) looking at batfam headcannons and sure, a lot of them are heart-touching and/or chaotic, but I haven't seen this yet so I'm doing it. Dick, having just been taken under Batman's wing (and in my case, officially adopted) only a month ago, immediately calling Bruce 'Pop'. I shit you not, with how I see Bruce, that man will freeze up and have an existential crisis about being an actual dad while Alfred helps him with advice and pointers. For Jason, I see him being apprehensive at first about calling Bruce 'dad' because of various traumas and fears of losing his closest family member(s), but when he eventually comes around to calling Bruce 'dad', he'll accidentally let it slip in one of their conversations. Again, Bruce would be a bit shocked to hear it, but he'll be more understanding about it and embarrass Jason sometimes by calling him 'son'. Tim would think he'd be unafraid to say it to Bruce's face, but in reality, he'd be a bit nervous about it and try not to say it until he blurts it out in a fit of nervous anxiety and Bruce would be very understanding knowing that he already had two other sons of his take time to say it. Damian had immediately called Bruce 'Father', but I like to think he only says 'Father' coldly until he warmed up to everyone and later started to call him 'dad'. Bruce's heart would probably melt because at first, Damian was just cold until later on and secondly, he's be glad to know that he did good in being a dad. At this moment, I was just focusing on the first four sons so uh, hope ya don't mind that. I just really like thinking about that cause it makes me all warm and fuzzy inside ALSO Bonus! The boys asking Bruce about how he was raised as a kid and Bruce explaining that after his parents' death, Alfred is more of a father figure to him than just a butler which would lead the boys to seeing Alfred as 'Grandpa' or 'Grandpop'. I kid you not, Alfred would cry tears of joy saying he'd be honored. yeeh
