Proud of you Lindsey! What helps me get through stuff is not taking it "one day at a time" but more like three hours at a time. Hugs!

You know it! In the beginning it was more like a half an hour at a time which is what seems to have worked well for me this time. My sobriety date could have been November 14th or October 10th or August 26th but I was thinking too big picture those times. Hugs back to you! xoxo
