Can I just say. Literally such an insane fucking series of scenes in Coin Locker Baby. Because you get Jo's despondence when he's saying he might have killed Arakawa--he's being a bitch to provoke Ichiban into a fight, but it's also an admission his inaction played a part, isn't it... and then you get him expressing that he's familiar with Ichiban's need to protect Arakawa... and then you get the sheer desperation and insistence in his voice when he says he could never kill him... and then you get--I'm not totally sure how clear it is in English--but you get him actively saying his feelings go deeper than Ichiban's without really explaining how... and then you get the tinge of fondness when he's thinking back on the old days when Arakawa lived up to his name... Like. Why Did They Do That. Any Of That.

ALSO. GOD. I've gotten so much shit the past couple days because I said I want to lock Jo, Kume, and Tendo in a room for five minutes For My Entertainment. Reading those tags felt like coming home honestly 😭 Like, even Ichi was ready to kill someone over Arakawa, and Jo was out here threatening to disembowel people [in the dub]. And I Think They Should Be Allowed To. As A Treat. So FOR REAL the biggest "I'm so glad we get to talk" 😭😭😭

On that note genuinely so funny that I took an extra ten minutes re-rendering the video because I forgot to put the "flashback" part in Arakawa's subtitles at first but then nobody read it 😭

Getting actors as high-profile as Nakai and Takei back for just A Flashback is kinda crazy to me because Arakawa and Jo's screen-time took up a full four percent of the entire game [over ten percent of the cutscenes] originally. But then if it's multiple flashbacks equivalent to that... what exactly is going on here that the past is so intertwined...

And Because My Brain Is Evil there is the fact that technically speaking, Yokoyama only said that line was from a flashback, and specified Arakawa wouldn't be appearing in the main story. Now of course a normal person would interpret that as him reassuring the audience he won't appear in any present-day scenes, but part of me was like. Oh So A Side Story Is On The Table [<- it's not it's fucking not it will not be in a million years]

“Mark: Yeah. If you think about it, we’ve talked about the locations of all the body pieces earlier, right? There are five of them. So, what if each of them is connected to the murder in some way?” Alright, uh, I'm not actually following lol.

[B. Where the killer picked up many critical supplies to cut and sew the body.] Alright, Infirmary, right? We talked about this.

[C. Where the victim was killed] Uh… Well I've been going with Casino the entire time, feels silly to change that now. Also sorta process of elimination.

[D. Where the victim’s body was sewn.] Movie Theater, we've discussed this.

[E. Where the killer wanted us to think the victim was killed.] I mean, I guess Upper Common Room? But what did they do to make the cast reach that conclusion? I guess maybe they just banked on the idea that the cast would believe Cass wouldn't stray too far from their room at night? Yeah, I guess that can work. 

[Checking actual answers] Hey, I got everything right! Cool :D

My question would be what makes Mark think the killer would put the boxes in rooms connected to the murder as opposed to any random room, but maybe that'll be brought up. 

“Vanessa: But, why would the killer draw attention to the Casino like that if they didn’t want anyone to find out that the murder happened there?” Yeah that.

“Taylor: Do we have any other reason to think it actually happened there?” [Evidence Select]

“Aidan: The murder location doesn’t actually matter, so long as it doesn’t contradict with what Jeff, our only known witness, says.” Damn. He's not wrong, it's just that I'm not used to seeing this kinda reasoning in fangans :v. Hopefully this isn't somehow suspicious behavior where he's gonna be the killer, but surely not, right?

“Aidan: Cool. Time to start accusing people, then.” Pfft. How blunt. I actually can't think of anything truly incriminating for any character, though we've yet to discuss the motion sensors.

“Robert: Then… how do we figure out who the killer is?” [Nonstop Debate] No idea where this one's going.

“Vanessa: Ugh, it’s like there’s nothing left to talk about…!” Shoot this with Floor Movement Tracker, right? Surely?

“Ellis: Uh, yeah there is? Nobody’s brought up those weird movement-tracking sensors on the stairs and elevator connected to the laptop in Cass’ Room. The ones that Mark found?” Ellis no one knows what you're talking about xD I love that he's kinda bad at showing evidence in comparison to other dangan protags, it's funny.

“Davis: …Cass was tracking us. Why would they…?” I wonder if he has bad experiences with people tracking his movement, aka stalking. 

“Harper: If Cass ordered the materials one at a time in their own name, I doubt any of us would have really noticed. Plenty of simple orders fill the order list on a day to day basis. Perhaps Cass put it together herself.” This makes me wonder if people are gonna try to eventually ban use of the Costumer Service Desk specifically to lower the amount of orders they have to sift through during trials. I think that could go very poorly in a number of ways, such as people ordering stuff to other people's rooms to cast doubt on them… No idea if any of this is gonna happen or not, just throwing it out there as a possibility. 

“Mark: It’s generally better not to leave loose threads, but we have to pick one of the two topics anyways. So, I’ll go over what we found out.” [Nonstop Debate] Let's see!

“Paris: And Cass would be the only one to know?” … You know how my theory is that only Paris and Cass knew about it and Paris is the killer? Uh, don't know how to feel about her saying this in that context, but sounds kinda sus.

{Btw, yes, I've chosen to give each character a "secondary color" for color coding purposes when it comes to Nonstops, so I can still use the usual colors for weak and agree points :p Admittedly, these secondary colors can get pretty odd, as you're gonna see, sorry about that}

“Jeff: The second one has to be to put the body box in the Upper Common Room.” I can see a world where we shoot "Black Sheet + Bloody Dolly” here, if we're going with the idea they used them for moving the body parts and not just the body from the casino to the movie theater. But the latter is a possibility, so.

“Taylor: If there’s no way to avoid it, then that’s probably true…” But I'm gonna say we shoot Floor Movement Tracker at this, since that truth bullet includes the fact that the trackers can be avoided.

[Floor Movement Tracker → “no way to avoid it”] Yeah, got it right.

“Paris: Totes~ After all, Cass wouldn't ever trigger it.

Aidan: Why?

Paris: Uh, ‘cause they knew it was there, obvi. They placed it in the first place.

Aidan: That’s not what I mean. What I’m asking is, why would Cass avoid the sensor?

Paris: Why wouldn’t she?” Okay is it confirmation bias or why the hell does everything that come out of Paris’ mouth so suspicious? Antonia makes a great point, it'd be best for Cass to register her own movements too. 

“Davis: So we can trust that Cass would hit the sensor whenever they passed from Common Room to Common Room! Great job.” I don't know how I feel about jumping to this conclusion honestly… Like it very well could be right, but I feel we're accepting it without much evidence.

“Vivi: Then why would they hit it at 6?

Ellis: Because it’s always a good time to hit it~” Ellis please xD Also I love how everyone just knows to ignore them at this point.

[1. Which trigger of the sensor must have been the killer?] From what the characters have been talking about, I'll say b. The 6 AM trigger?

Oh I don't get to know if I'm right or not unless I look at the trial doc? Funny.

[2. What has to be true if the killer only triggered the 6 AM trigger?] Either “they avoided the sensor at least once”, which is what I've been thinking, or “they lived on the fourth floor” and just didn't use the dolly and sheet for transport of body parts. I'll go with a. They avoided the sensor at least once?

[Right answer: a] Woo! Got that right! 

[3. What could explain the inconsistencies in our theories?] Clearly, it's d. A genie?! Just kidding xD I could see it being either "purposefully messing with our sense of timing” or "only noticed the sensor after triggering it at 6 AM", since they wouldn't have been able to enter Cass’ room without the E-Handbook locked in the timer box with the legs. I'll go with a. The killer is purposefully messing with our sense of timing because it was my original theory. 

[Right answer: b] Ah, well, I had to get one wrong. The killer only noticed the sensor after triggering it at 6 AM. Fair, that was my second guess.

“Mark: If the killer didn’t know the sensor was there until 6, they couldn’t have avoided it earlier that night, right? So unless it was them who triggered it at 1 AM, the killer is from the third floor.

Kennedy: Then it sounds like we’ve got a real suspect list.” [Evidence Select] Wait what? I… What are we talking about? Can we use the Map of Floor 3 as a Truth Bullet?

Taylor: Are either of you worried about the fact that that leaves you as the only two suspects? Like, at all…?

Antonia: Hm? Not particularly.

Mark: Obviously I’ll have to prove my innocence, but from my perspective, it’s nice to know who the killer is.” Oh, wow. They are good. If one of them really is the killer (and I'm thinking Antonia unfortunately), they are amazing at hiding it actually.

“Antonia: Then, allow me to state my case, please. I assure you, I’m not the one responsible for all of this.

Mark: If that’s how we’re doing this, then I’ll defend myself, too.” [Third Party Analysis] Well, time to try this one out! Gonna be honest, this is the one I absolutely did not follow the explanation for when I first read it, so I'm hoping actually playing it will make it make more sense. 

That said, while I was reading up the rules, and before I get into this, something occurred to me. It's something that had rung a few alarm bells earlier, but… where did Mark get Cass’ E-Handbook? I took them at their word for it being in Cass’ pockets with her legs, but no one's ever verified that. If Mark's the killer, it's possible they actually kept hold of the notebook the entire time to ensure they could introduce the existence of the motion sensors, and we can catch them on that lie. I can't think of much direct physical evidence pointing to anyone else, including Antonia, so... Are we really Antoni-back, or is it still Cisner-over? 

On a completely separate note, how the fuck do I translate this to Tumblr? Uh… well, I'll try, but sometimes you can't stop the scuff. Here's my “distill” section:

Attack: “Besides, I don’t really trust Antonia. She’s a very smart and well-spoken person, and yet she hasn’t really been helping us solve this Trial.”

Proposal: “Plus, while the killer obviously did order some items for their murder, they also used a lot of what was already here in the Resort. Maybe Antonia’s experience with casinos would help her plan her murder based on the existing items?”

Okay, I'm pretty confident with that. That was easier than I'd thought it'd be. I skipped some lines for brevity btw, but I won't consider myself wrong as long as me and accirax have the same quotes plus/minus a few extraneous sentences. Now the final part, which I'm very unsure about right now. 

Uh… Well, I have an idea. I don't like it, because it seems we're going Antonia!Culprit, but I'll try:

That Truth Bullet mentions the items were ordered on day 3, so if she's saying Mark "woke up” to commit the murder, they must have woken up on day 3, which is not very solid. I'm not too sure about this though.

Okay wait, there's a shred of hope here. You remember that point I brought up earlier about Cass’ E-Handbook? Maybe we can shoot Cass’ E-Handbook at “Taylor: So Mark’s investigation makes them suspicious…?”, because we've never verified where they got the handbook from. I'm gonna be wrong about this one btw, but if you give me a chance to defend Antonia, I'll take it. 

[“They’d be able to skew the interpretation in their favor” → “they would plan everything out in this way”] I tried. Well, I would never have gotten this one anyways because I hate Time Bullets, so. 

“Ellis: If Mark was trying to make the sensor work in their favor, they could’ve done a way better job. They could have lied and said that the sensor was impossible to evade, or just not brought it up to anyone at all. Then, we’d have no reason to suspect the people who live on the third floor!” Unfortunately good points. 

“Aidan: It doesn’t help anyone to blindly defend someone because you like them. This is where our logic’s taking us. If you want to defend her with actual logic, be my guest, but if you’re just yelling, all you’re gonna do is turn people against her.

Vanessa: Why would that turn people against her…? 

Aidan: Because you’re not backing it up. If belief is the only thing you’ve got, then it makes it seem like belief is the only thing there is.” Dude. Aidan. Is cooking. “If belief is the only thing you’ve got, then it makes it seem like belief is the only thing there is” goes insanely hard actually.

“Vanessa: Well, you’re wrong!

Antonia: Vanessa, if you’ll allow me to handle this–

Vanessa: No one should be accusing you like this! I’ll… convince them they’re wrong! Yeah, that’s it!

Also get ready for some silly rhymes, given I'm gonna play along with this lol. I'll list Vanessa's statements first in green, followed by what I would write in purple, followed by what's in the doc in pink. If you can't differenttiate those colors, uh. Good luck?

Not gonna lie, I had to cheat and look ahead for that last one because I had no idea what I was supposed to say to that last point because I actually kinda agree with Vanessa xD Anyways, that was silly as hell, but I enjoyed it quite a bit lol.

[Antonia's plea for more time] She's very convincing. Maybe I'm delusional, but I genuinely think there's a chance she actually isn't the killer, no matter how hopeless it seems. The handbook could still come in clutch, though by now I'm starting to accept it probably isn't important. This feels like a setup for the Closing Argument more than anything else. 

“Mark: To make sure there’s nothing we’ve missed, or forgotten, or skipped over… we should recap what we’ve figured out. Look at all of it in the context of our killer, and see if it makes any sense.

Ellis: Leave that to me, babe.” [Closing Argument] Yep. Goddamnit.

(Also I just clocked that the link changes when you click it, which I did not know was a thing actually. Like it had happened a few times while I was reading, but I thought I was clicking different things and just wasn't noticing. Apparently venus and accirax are just wizards of Google Docs xD)

I don't know how scuffed this one's gonna be on Tumblr, we'll see. I'll just give out the final order I would put the bullets in:

“Ellis: Using some… very unattractive skills…” You could have at least let the Ellis/Antonia ship live T_T (/silly)

“Ellis: Going [to the Upper Common Room], the killer didn’t notice Cass’ trackers until they used Cass’ e-Handbook to look inside her room and saw the laptop setup. They had already triggered it once at 6 AM on the way in, but purposefully evaded the sensor on the way out in hopes of creating suspicion that someone on the top floor was the killer instead.” So. The handbook, because I need to figure out what happened with it or I'm gonna lose sleep over it. I went back to Part 4 to see exactly what Mark said about it.

“Ellis: Wait. Where’d you get your hands on that?

Mark: …In the pants pocket. Of her legs.

Ellis: You found their legs??” 

If the handbook was with Cass’ legs, then the moment the killer locked the timer box with the legs, the handbook would have been inaccessible, meaning the killer couldn't have entered Cass’ room after that point. Assuming said killer is Antonia, this carries the implication that she hid the torso before locking the box with the legs… which makes sense! Since the body was dismembered in Floor 3, it actually makes perfect sense for the killer to hide the torso in Floor 4 before hiding the legs, provided the legs were on the first floor or something. Alright, concern solved. 

That said, especially combined with that little hesitation Mark had before saying "In the pants pockets”, this little odd thing definitely helps create an AU where Mark is actually the CH1 killer! And yes I was already thinking about that because I'm very normal about the characters I like :)

[Vote] I'm voting Mark Idk about y’all xD

“Monoquin: It seems we’ve reached a verdict. Antonia Cisneros, the Ultimate Dealer, is the correct killer of this case.” Well, the delusion was fun while it lasted. 

"Ellis [Thoughts]: Sigh. Why do the hot ones have to die young?” Just kidding everyone, ship's back on!

“Antonia: There wasn’t much to it, really. Ever since this game started, I’d planned to kill someone at some point. That’s why I ordered those things, just in case. But, when Cassidy began suspecting me… Well, the more she hurt my credibility before I executed the crime, the worse my odds would be of winning. I moved the timetable up.” Yeah, that makes sense. 

“Antonia: Because I didn’t want to play with fire. The establishment wants one winner, and the house always wins in the end.” Where’s the gif of the guy writing pure fire when you need it? xD (<- I'm laughing not to cry)

“Ellis [Thoughts]: The killers lost, for now. Is it so hard to believe that the person who evades both victimhood and killerhood would be the one true survivor in the end? …Do I have to beat the mastermind to be the last one standing?” Oh hey, we're moving priorities already, cool! 

“Paris: Well, you should probably get used to it. It’s not like it ends here~

Taylor: Huh?

Paris: There’s still more, right? The execution?” Okay so maybe she's not the killer but Paris is completely insane, no? What the hell???

“As [Antonia] struggles for her footing, large, metal sheets painted to look like playing cards begin to fall from above her. She darts from place to place on the roulette wheel with impressive grace. But as more of the fallen cards land on the roulette wheel, making the surface more uneven, she moves slower, being more careful about the placement of her heels.” Bro she's doing this shit in heels? Genuinely crazy. 

“If I asked the Desk for giant playing cards made of metal, would they give them to me? What about a poker chip sharp enough to cut skin?” Yeah these are normal thoughts to have after All That xD

“Taylor: “Don’t be upset, darling–”

Vanessa: Stop that!” Oh hey we're finally addressing how insane it is for them to do that! Fantastic, I wish they keep doing it and fucking with everyone's feelings :D

“Jeff: Why are we still here? I’m leaving.” Yeah he would say that, huh?

[Mark and Ellis talk] Aww… cute.

“Why am I crying?” Ouch. 

“Ugh. I’m the Ultimate Lucky Student, for crying out loud! Things should automatically fall in my favor. And I’m not enough of a failure to just toss good things away when they come to me. I should have this in the bag. And, hey, if everyone’s off their game… as long as I’m on mine, that should make it even easier!

I got through two deaths today… What's thirteen more? Everything is going just how I wanted it to. Just how I expected it to. Now all I have to do is sit back and relax.

Man, what the hell do I even say? That was just straight up an amazing part. The reveal of Cass’ true talent has made more interested in their character than I've ever been (I might have some kind of theories about that but those might have to wait for a dedicated post), Vanessa's breakdown over Antonia's death was fun to see, the execution was very well done even if I didn’t really talk about it much here, and of course, the reveal of the culprit itself. Ever since the cast started talking about Cass suspecting the killer, I started feeling super nervous and engaged. Admittedly, I was pretty lucky to consider the CH1 killer my favorite going into the trial, since it meant I could get a lot more invested in the conclusion of it, which I hope was properly reflected by what I've written for this post. And yes, I think it's lucky I was emotionally invested in the CH1 killer, because it makes me suffer more, and isn't that what we all want from fangans? :D

On the topic of Antonia, I really loved her this Part. She was a girlboss all the way through, and I especially enjoyed the Third Party Analysis against Mark and the things she said after the trial. I really love blackeneds who are actually good at being blackened, so that was great. Mark was awesome too, again especially during Third Party Analysis and post-trial. Very curious to where they're gonna go now that they seem a little more lucid. 

You might be wondering why I don't seem so distraught that my favorite just died, but here's the thing.

I've watched/listened to/read/seen playthroughs of six fangans which have made it past CH1 as of the writing of this post. Another 1 and 2, Despair Time, Eden's Garden, Tetro Pink, and now One Shot. My favorite, or at least the character which was my favorite while I watched CH1, has been the CH1 killer in four out of the six. That's a two thirds hit rate on specifically the CH1 killer being my favorite when they die. That's impressive! That's statistically unlikely! At this point it's just funny, I just have to accept I'm cursed and move on. Why did I ever even predict Antonia being anything but the CH1 killer?

Speaking of predictions, the predictions game! I predicted Antonia to be the CH5 killer, which gives me 4 chapter points! Pretty bad, but at least I didn't get role points. Adding in the 3 points I got from predicting Cass as the CH2 killer, that gives me a total of 7 so far! How does that compare to the other prediction games currently posted on Tumblr dot com?

Well, Jonas had 4 points from their Cass guess, but they predicted Antonia as the CH4 killer, meaning they got only 3 chapter points here. That means we are now tied with 7! There's also the prediction board bronze-ocs submitted as an ask to av-multifangan, which was posted just a few hours after I posted my CH1 Part 4 reaction which talked about these predictions. Funnily enough, though, we actually both predicted Cass as the CH2 killer and Antonia as the CH5 killer, so we're also currently tied. Great minds think alike ig :p Finally, accirax guessed Antonia as the CH5 victim, which gives her 2 role points and 4 chapter points, which combined with the 7 points she'd gotten from guessing Cass as the mastermind, gives her 13 points so far. She may be currently last, but don't count her out of the race! I personally believe in the accirax comeback, don't know about you.  

In any case, this was an incredible part, and I’m more excited than ever for CH2! See ya’!

FFXIVWrite 2024 Finished Masterpost

The irony of using a DT themed banner when I didn't even write anything for Dawntrail this month XD Bar one prompt.

But yeah, I ended up with two main story threads I was writing with only a small handful of standalone pieces; the Endwalker role quest rewrites to feature a relevant Scion in each story, and a farming sim AU based off Fields of Mistria cos that game had a grip on me at the start of the month aha...

And even with the month finished I still have ideas I want to do for that AU, and I want to flesh out the rewrite works to post on Ao3 - mainly add more to the other, non-Magic questlines, get more interactions and hit more of the actual plot threads for each quest story. But that'll be after a break from writing.

ayooooo, update on the Sokovia Project. It's been a while since I tagged anything related to it, but I have completed some things that I think are final and that's it.

Those being a passport and an ID, examples on them being everyone's favorite Sokovians (with slightly modified things because fuck the canon, Wanda was supposed to be an emo teen Marvel. you and your straight romances with a fridge (love Vision tho))

First up:

The cover for the passport. I had a prototype that was grey because I'm using scraps left in my art supplies from 8th grade and it's ended up being shite. So I went for a red cover.

As for the build, it's not really official looking, what do i look like? A country that has access to e-passports? I tried my best but had to settle for school glue and a stapler in the end.

And then, the first page and the information page:

Both were a tiny bit influenced by the Austrian and Bosnian passports, because those are the ones I handle the most at work and obviously, have had a lot of time to remember exactly how they look. Plus there's Google. For better quality, click on the pics (change lore at the end of the post)

And last but not least, the ID:

quality came out shit as always when I edit pics, but whatever. Saw a bunch of ID's at work, remembered the designs, ran with it, this monstrosity came out. To be fair, it is just a beta version, the alpha version looked even worse (yes i do that style of grading stuff.)

When I get a printer, I'll probably hurry my ass up and finish the word doc where I write the general things about this Sokovia, but idk when that'll happen, so I'm just experimenting currently.

So, we know that patronyms are a thing. And since I went for Sokovia to be a bit more Russian culture thing (reason will be in the finished product), I said 'Why the hell not do patronyms?' And since their Slavic surnames obviously don't have a X anywhere, their names must have been Maksimov originaly. Or at least Pietro's.

Patronyms in girls don't work the same way as they do for the boys, because they have a very distinct '-ova' to them, while the boys have '-ov'. Take it as '-son' and '-dottir' in Norse surnames basically. So we get Maksimov and Maksimova, meaning Son and Daughter of Maksim.

And that is where I lose my marbles. Because as far as I can remember, their dad's name was Oleg. Why the fuck is their surname Maksimov then? My theory is that they were left to Oleg and Irina (?) with a note that said their names and that surname. Idk anymore I stayed away from those two and focused on world building.

Now, you've probably noticed that Wanda isn't... Wanda. It's Vanda. And that's because I highly doubt that whoever raised them here (because this isn't the comics and it sure as hell isn't a minotaur-esque cow) knew of the Americanized version of the name. Plus there's a lot of people I know with the Vanda variation and only foreigners have the W.

Lucifer was getting a sore back. Adam has been hugging him for nearly 30 minutes. He didn't mind, but be would like to move at some point.

But everytime he made a small movement, Adam held on tighter. He keeps whispering apologies and 'I love yous's. Lucifer was so lost. He only remembers blurry snippets of the last few days. He remembers a Dr? Then just Adam. Or what looked like Adam. The last solid memory he had was the crash. And the demon. Fuck.

Lucifer: Addy?

Adam: n-no Luci- please

Lucifer: I need to talk to you, Love. Okay? You can hold my hand if that'll help

Adam hugged Lucifer for a few more seconds before slowly letting go and grabbing his ha d instead. He never looked up at Lucifer. He couldn't. He feels so much shame. He hates himself for what he did.

Lucifer: can you talk to me, baby? How are you feeling?

Lucifer: where?

Adam: everywhere... I want to take my skin off and bathe in fucking alcohol... i-im so sorry-

Lucifer quickly wiped a tear off Adams cheek. His poor Adam. He can feel his pain, Lucifer just doesn't know where it's coming from.

Lucifer: oh, Adam, don't say that. No one deserves that, especially not you-

Adam: I deserve it, Luci! After w-what I did-

Lucifer: what did you do?

Lucifer was sure there were a lot of bad things Adams had done, but nothing has had him so worked up before.

Adam: I... I don't want to say it-

Adamet go of Lucifers hand and covered his face. Lucifer could see how much he was shaking, trying not to cry.

Lucifer: ...can I guess?

Adam: what...?

Lucifer: if you're not comfortable saying, maybe I can guess, instead

Adam: ...y-youre going to hate me-

Lucifer: I could never hate you, love. I promise. Nothing you do could ever make me hate you-

Adam: i-i raped you

Adam quickly covered his face and cries. Lucifer has never seen him cry so much, it was heartbreaking. Lucifer didn't feel sore and his teeth were all there. He feels perfectly fine.

Lucifer: addie- what? What do you mean?

Adam: e-earlier... we went to the Dr because I was worried you had a brain... issue because of the crash but it was just my stupid, bullshit, fucking-

Lucifer: Adam. It's okay, love. Really. Keep going

Adam: ...t-the Dr guy came onto me- a-and grabbed- me... so I took you and we ran- i-i was so close to fucmimg him Luci- I could feel it- it's been so long- and m-my fucking head was killing me- but I didn't! Adam stopped talking as Lucifer kissed him softly.

Lucifer: you need to breathe, love. You're going to give yourself a panic attack or something. What did we do?

Lucifer: okay, anything else?

Adam: okay? That's it- that's all you have to say?

Lucifer: well, yeah, babe. Did we do anything else?

Adam: ...no.

Lucifer: darling. Were you getting yourself worked up because I blew you?

Lucifer can see how tired Adam is. He's been on edge for days, and them he had to look after Lucifer. He wouldn't dare leave his side or fall asleep. He couldn't. Not if there were demons hanging around.

Lucifer stood and hugged Adam, who leaned into it. He was so tense, and he was still shaking. Lucifer has never had someone care for him so much. He needs to calm him down. His poor Adam.

He's a menace. He's not even a real dentist. He just walked into a random dental office and put on a uniform.

I feel sorry for whoever his patients are because fuck numbing- he just pulls out the fucking tooth. And it's usually the wrong tooth. So you have to go back.

He's the only dentist in this area, so good luck finding someone else.

You'll either get your teeth cleaned or he'll ride you- there's no in-between.

People honestly prefer having sex with him because he's actually really fucking hot. As you can guess, people really don't like it if he's in his working heads pace.

Penitent: I- uh- I'm here for 69ing-!

Adam: Sorry, babe, but that canine's gotta come out. Maybe next time~

He fucking eats the teeth. He's a fucked up tooth fairy. He doesn't make the rules.

Then Lucifer comes in. A monster hunter and collector of bones. Monster bones.

He hears about some creepy fuck taking people's teeth out, so he goes to see what's up.

He gets an appointment, but he doesn't let Adam touch him. He instantly knows what he is because he's got the sharpest fucking teeth.

Adam is instantly infatuated with this guy. He loves monster hunters. They taste great.

And Adam thinks this guy is going to be an easy kill because holy shit, this guy is so fucking small.

Lucifer doesn't reeeally want to kill Adam because even though he's creepy, he hasn't killed anyone. So, he finds the basement where Adam lives and ties him up.

Adam: ooh~, what are you going to do to me, Mr big, bad monster hunter~?

Lucifer: I'll going to take your head once I find a fucking person you've killed

Adam: take my head, huh? Oh, baby~, I'd rather take yours~. Allll night~.

Lucifer: ...

i keep thinking about that one time amara was poisoned with arsenic by someone she knew and trusted... and even though her magic kept her alive, the pain was so severe there were moments within the few days she was suffering through it that she honestly considered releasing her immortality just so the pain would stop.  and how it fucked her up in a lot of other ways, such as keeping her from trusting anyone for a few years afterward, and she still won’t drink tea to this day unless SHE’S the one who prepared it  ( even if it’s someone she does trust offering it )   because that level of agony isn’t something she ever wants to feel again, and she still has scars from it across her stomach where she briefly, basically lost her mind from pain and tried to claw the poison out of herself...

Jrjrhrhdh woke up had a dream about eddie my beloved eddie munson!!!

Can't remember all of it but a highlight was when we were hanging out and I started throwing little things at him peices of paper or something and he slowly turned toward me (like that scene with Dustin in the last episode) and I just k n e w he was gonna tickle me so of course I kept doing it to mess with him and he smirked at me oh my g o s h and and then AND THEN I was w a k I n g up BEFORE he even tickled me😭😭 but honestly even without tickles that dream was amazing hwmbshejw

Asked for tickles from my boyfriend (ie hid some of my face and quietly asked him if he minded "doing the thing" and like before that he had kinda been tickling me just tiny bits but after I asked he goes "I knew you wanted me to do that" like I had just proved him right and then he did cause hes sweet and amazing and hrnwhhe but later I looked at him and I said "how did u know I wanted u to do the thing" and he said it was how I was giggling when he hadn't even done anything and I was like man OK fair enough that'll do it

But yeah he's great he's getting rly good at tickling me cause it took a hot second cause a lot of people go for hard squeezes and pokes but those don't work well for me, like 1 or 2 is fine but then they just hurt, i prefer light touches like scribbles and stuff, and we've talked about this (he knows I like being tickled) and he's getting so good at it like I can tell he's picking up on what spots r more ticklish and what spots I rly like and what like ways to tickle me like ugh he does this rly light pinching thing and that shit tickles so bad it's amazing and like just generally he's getting rly good at it.

And when he tickles me he looks at me a lot like I'm cute or something idk it's just there's something in his face and the way he's looking at me that flutters me so damn bad like I already tend to cover my face when he tickles me but I'll like open my eyes and he's looking at me andbhanshwjwh

OKOK SO this au is actually an incredibly old concept I made like YEARS ago before RQ was a thing!! So the "TWA universe" was just a fusion of, like, the SSO, SS, and Trapped series- It was very self indulgent and I forgot abt it until a few months ago n now I'm obsessed w adding onto it again! Now, the "universe" is basically just a straight up cobbled-together chaotic dimension of different FMS series. For rn, it's mostly focusing on the bizarre, obscure, and hidden things of the Steve series, but I'm trying to add more focus to everything else too.

Soooo...originally it was just kinda. In my daydreams, yknow. And then I made a list last year...andddd now I have 3 pages of characters, settings, and generally goofy moments. SO!! Here's that list! :3

Ofc, this AU is basically just a mix of what if-s, too many headcanons, and is literally just "that's hilarious/mean/cute, ITS GOING IN!" Ie, what if SSO Purple Steve ended up in the Steve Saga, still stuck as a chicken? What if he met Sabre? What if that one weird unkillable zombie from early SS became relevant again? What was going through SS!Shadow Sabre's mind?

Buckle up bc this might be awhile-

SO! This AU starts off with one group, consisting of: SS!Rainbow Steve pickaxe, Galaxy Sabre/Galaxy stuck in Sabre's mind, SSO chicken!Purple, and Trapped!Sabre. They're at Rainbow's first home, where he and Sabre had dealt with Shadow Sabre and that whole Dark Sabre fight. Nearby they meet Trapped!NPC Ivy and Trapped!Half-demon Francis, alongside the Trapped cabin.

HOWEVER, several things have changed. Francis is fully conscious as a regular person (mostly...) and Ivy, instead of being an un-interactable statue, has the regular NPC-mod menu functions - like we saw in ep 1 of Trapped (before Sabre got..yknow, trapped.) And, most importantly - Galaxy Sabre and Trapped!Sabre are the same person. Which...creates some I n t e r e s t I n g dynamics between Sabre and Galaxy.

I've got..hm..SIX pages of drawings I've done in my notebooks, plus like 3 papers with older art of the AU (completely ignoring the lists haha-) sooo ig I'll just show the first group we'd meet if I wrote it out- man, I need to draw demon!Francis. Yeah that'll be my next one.

BUT!! No way in hell I'm ending this post without my boy Gerald Steve!

Okok I put WAY too much thought into him- so he's not the only one of his kind, but also kinda is?? So I hc that his timeline/existence is BECAUSE of the RQ timeloop, and so he's basically the first of his kind but bc of how timeloops work he also isn't?? His Pink-Steve-looking species are semi-omniprescent in a way, capable of "seeing" between time and space - sort of an Indigo Steve, but they're much more down-to-earth and stuff ig. They're the navigators, the people that help the weary travelers of both time and space. The™ Gerald Steve we meet in the timeloop episode is considered the "original" but not the first, in his time, he is one of many Pig/Gerald Steves. Thanks to shenanigans with the loop, him helping Sabre marks the beginning of his kind existing. But, like, according to everyone else in his timeline, the Gerald Steves were part of the created kingdoms just like the others. Yeah. Only his people know the truth. The one we meet, his role is considered of high value to be chosen to be a guiding presence in the midst of chaos.

WHICHHHHHH, is where he becomes an interesting role in the swaploop duo's life! So, most of the RQ loop involved callbacks to past series, except for a few instances. The swap timeline, the alien and inverted worlds, and the sleep fight timeline. (I think) The swaploop duo's S!Rainbow is the "original" RQ timeloop!Sabre, so he's seen the entire timeloop, but didn't see it end.

Sooo what this means for Gerald Steve, is that he's meant to be the failsafe if things like time falling apart happen. Except this loop...he didn't succeed. Sabre had permanently become S!Rainbow, thus leaving the loop open-ended, and then space had fallen apart when the duo were taken to the TWA universe. Of course, Gerald Steve followed. It's his job after all, and he finds there's a lot more work to do than he thought. So, a lot of his fellow Gerald Steves arrive in the TWA universe, trying to be the guiding hands to put things back together. Some laugh, some just surprised, some want to examine a little too closely, when they come across these Steves. But still, they go on.

That is, until they meet Trapped Sabre, and they realize that none of this, absolutely none of it, is able to be recovered. This, IS the new normal. And Trapped!Sabre's little secret just made things much more interesting.

I sat on my best friends bed waiting for them to get home from work. I laid back down on the blue comforter staring at the ceiling. Any moment now he should be back. I swung my legs back and forth trying to pass the time. I turned on some music and scrolled through tumblr. The door opened startling me but the person behind it was just Jacob.

"How was work?" I asked turning my phone off.

"I'm still hired so," He shrugged sitting down in his desk chair.

"I'd like a job," I grumbled spreading my arms out across the bed (t-posing basically).

"I'd give you mine if I could," He replied. I looked away from the ceiling and looked at my friend instead. His dark hair greatly contrasted his pale skin. The slight bags under his eyes brought out his bright blue eyes. He was quite beautiful for a guy and I had no clue why he was so looked down upon in school. So what he believed in fairy tales his grandfather told when he was young? He was fun to be around even if he was kinda awkward. I mean I was too. I enjoyed being his friend even if deep down I wished for more.

"What do'ya wanna do?" I asked kicking my feet once more staring back up at the ceiling.

"Sleep for 100 years sounds nice," Jacob said flatly. I hummed in agreement. I took the remote that was on his nightstand and turned on a show I know we both would enjoy. I moved to sit myself up on the bed, resting on the headboard. I patted the spot on the bed next to me inviting Jacob to sit down with me. He got up and grabbed some clothes to change into and changed in the bathroom. He came and sat next to me. He looked tired, but I guess you would be if you had to go to school and then work right after.

We sat next to each other watching the show and talking here and there.

"So you're turning 16 this year," I chimed in with a smirk.

"So are you," He replied back.

"True," I responded. "I'm going to drivers ed soon so that's something."

"So am I," He replied. "Can't wait to be able to drive around on my own."

"Ooooh! We can go on night drives!" I exclaimed smiling. He looked at me and smiled back.

"I think we have a curfew," Jacob pointed out.

I frowned a bit, "Oh."

Jacob seemed to panic a bit (at least on the inside but I could tell), "W-well I mean I'm sure no one cares, I've seen teens driving out late before and not get pulled over."

"I mean we can drive during the dark while in curfew," I replied back. "It's still dark out during 8pm." Jacob nodded, glad to see my hope restored. "That'll be so fun tho!"

He chuckled a little, "Yeah, I can't wait either." I looked away from the tv and glanced at Jacob only to see him staring at me. I felt my face flush and returned my vision back to the tv, Jacob doing the same thing. I felt my heart race a bit and a small smile made its way onto my face.

I felt like there was a connection between the two of us. One that bonded us more than just friends. The small glances we would share which held a ton of emotions. He would get me small gifts when I would achieve even the smallest of accomplishments. I would get a near perfect score on a normal worksheet? Jacob would give me a small gift that ends up meaning the world to me. I always kept every gift he would give me I make sure it's in a safe spot.  I felt bad at first that I couldn't return the favor but he said that me being his friend was enough and that he just wanted to show that he cares about me. Which I told him that he didn't need to buy me things to prove that but he did anyways.

I always had the urge to cuddle him, especially right now, but I kept that urge at bay. I glanced back at him, this time his eyes were trained on the tv. I raked my eyes over his lanky figure, memorizing every part that I loved about him...which was basically everything. Our eyes met but this time neither of us looked away. His bright blue eyes met my (e/c) eyes and it was almost like he put me under a trance. His pale skin turned into a rosy color and I felt mine do the same.

"(Y-y/n)," He breathed out. "I...I'm in love with you. Ever since you stuck up for me in fourth grade actually."

"I love you too Jacob," I responded shakily. I've  only ever dreamed of this moment, and if this was another one I hope I never wake up. "I loved you since you made me laugh so hard that I cried in sixth grade."

"Can I kiss you right now?" He asked nervously.

"Please do," I responded inching closer to him. He also inched closer to me, obviously nervous. This was both of our first kisses and I wouldn't want it to be with anyone one else.

Finally our lips touched. It was a shy kiss and very gentle. It wasn't perfect, definitely stiff at first. Yet the longer we kissed the more comfortable we got and the more we relaxed. I pulled away slowly wanting to savor this moment for as long as possible. I opened my eyes and watched as Jacob slowly opened his after. He looked as stunned as I felt. My heart was hammering violently and my body was burning up. The look Jacob gave me made my heart beat faster if that was even possible. I knew that I was giving him that same look.

I was hooked. I never wanted this feeling to end. I remember reading somewhere that love gave you the same reaction like drugs and I can tell you know that it's true. Jacob Portman hooked me like a drug and I didn't want to stop.

I subconsciously put my hand on Jacob's cheek and brushed it gently with my thumb. He nuzzled into my hand as we looked at each other lovingly.

For the rest of the day we rested in his bed watching tv and stealing small kiss while cuddling. My dream finally coming true and hopefully this was his too.
