Tbh even if werehog was more feral and animalistic he would not hurt his friends without reason

The only time you could say he did that was when he first transformed in archie, and even then the dark gaia energy was fucking with his brain and made him think they were trying to stop him from doing the right thing (and trying to piss him off intentionally) when they were actually trying to help him. And it never happened again. He was just overwhelmed and the dark gaia energy made him perceive things in a threatening and scary way

If anything him being more animalistic would make him more outwardly protective and loving of his friends. That and easily spooked bc he's a hedgehog and should show more hedgehog behaviors

#ramblings #yeah i'm still thinking abt how ppl mischaracterize him as a feral bloodthirsty monster #pisses me off #also nobody seems to take advantage of the fact he's a hedgehog?#i mean i occassionally see him drawn rolled into a ball but not that much #like there's other hedgehog things they could apply to him. like a general nervousness #or him liking things that smell nice #or hissing! i always see him drawn growling and snarling but not hissing like hedgehogs do #i've seen ppl apply the kind of color blindness dogs have to him but not the general poor vision hedgehogs have #like have him not be able to see that well in bright light #make him squeak and purr when he's happy!#and make him eepy!! hedgehogs sleep 18 hours a day!!
