#i’m doing clinical training to get my nursing assistant license rn and like#the work is sooooo fucking difficult bro#like it’s so tiring esp since everywhere is understaffed#and i’m not even fully working rn i’m mostly just shadowing and helping out the licensed cnas#i mean like kinda everyone is not getting paid enough but#yeah i fully fully see why everyone in the healthcare field is/was quitting in droves since the pandemic started#ennuitxt
