I love how mutable Spamton is.
Spamton is a bird
Spamton is a bug
Spamton is a puppet
Spamton is a robot
Spamton is a cat
Spamton is corrupted data
Spamton is everything.

Tbh I don't think "Hal as Kyle's dad" gets pushed in enough weird directions. Parallax broke into Kyle's house and beat him to pulp and condescendingly told Kyle he's good but not good enough to beat him, and Kyle immediately discovered his daddy kink

honestly my biggest criticism of opla is that it feels like they did usopp so ridiculously dirty
like- syrup village got done really dirty, MERRY got done really dirty (i have strong feelings about merry), and as a result usopp got done so extremely dirty. like, i feel like they cut all the parts of syrup village that actually show the ways that usopp has the ability to be a competent member of the crew. they cut a lot of moments that let his character shine.
and also things don't feel resolved in syrup village to me because kaya is the ONLY person there who believes in him. there are no usopp pirates. there is no merry next to kaya. there is only kaya in his corner in opla and that doesn't sit right with me. usopp's story and usopp as a character deserve more respect than that imho

"We can all agree" "we can acknowledge"
Who's we? Not all of us subscribe to the same bad faith or fairly baseless takes. Popular fanon isn't settled canon fact.

Sometimes I feel like a broken record when I see cool art of Vi or Leif or whoever and I say something like "Ooh, I love the way you did this Character's fluff!", and sometimes I worry that it sounds disingenuous for that reason but I promise with all my heart that it isn't. Everywhere I'm seeing people draw super fluffy bugs and it keeps astounding me. I really do love the way my favorite characters keep getting drawn in ways that make me think they'd be wonderful to hug. Like most things, drawing good-looking fluff takes skill and talent, and it has been made abundantly clear that the Bug Fables fandom has that in spades! Keep up the good work, I'm always ecstatic to see what gets done!
Put simply, I really love how many Bug Fables fans draw the fluff on certain characters, they often look so pleasant and I can't help but comment on it a lot.

My soul in this borrowed vessel is nothing more than a temporary coexistence... I have no intention of giving up just yet.
I can't be the only one who must think this is just a little bit mean after puzzle pop, hahaha

Might be a hot take, but I don't think any of the aetheria girls outside of Kurumi would be interested in Yuma. Mostly because they had basically no interaction with him outside of being disguised and I don't think they would really care given the detectives have been in Kanai Ward for months now. Like I think there is a chance they might have known, but I still feel like they would still have gone with the murder plan since they already knew.
Don't get me wrong, I would read a fic pairing one of them with Yuma, but the ones I have read haven't really been my taste (and tbh I did drop them instantly the moment they started misgender Halara too). But overall I don't see myself shipping it just due to lack of chemistry between the characters.
