disclaimer before i start writing this is just kind of a brain dump. so. yeag 👍

it really fucking bothers me. how the mouthwashing fandom tags things. especially their character HATE. ohh my god.

They will make a post that is just "I HATE JIMMY" repeated 27 times. And then they put it in #Jimmy Mouthwashing.

Now, I completely understand WHY. He's an absolute piece of shit and should rot in hell for all eternity.

But it also... really sucks. I dunno. Maybe I'm being a little bitch, but it's always so aggressive. Saying that Jimmy should kill himself and that you want to kill him and all of that.

It really sucks. And as a fictive of Jimmy, it's upsetting to a point where I sometimes worry about making posts about myself, because we are so violent to him.

Sometimes, when I'm having a really rough time, I like to go look through my tag. It's nice. I like seeing art of myself. It's fun!

But I can't, because I know that I'm going to see "Jimmy should actually kill himself," and I know that it's going to be untagged.

Maybe I'm just overreacting? I dunno. I truly do understand why we say these things, but it's really shitty to me. I mean, come on. The general untagged "kys" jokes bother me anyway, but it especially hurts like this.

I'm not mad at anyone. I'm not upset. I'm not apologizing for canon. I'm not taking moral high ground. I'm just talking about something that upsets me.

It's not even that you have to keep everything out of the character tags! Maybe just use "#fuck jimmy" or "#i hate jimmy" or something? Make it a common thing, so that filtering it actually does something.

it's so funny how i've been asked this a couple times sdifjdsf i changed my frame delay about a month and a half-ish ago from 0.05 to 0.04~ i kept thinking about it after seeing this ask someone sent @clairedaring, then tried it but it looked way too fast so i wasn't convinced, and then i kept going back and forth for a bit bc my usual delay started looking too slow to me lol i think this aylinluna gifset was the last full width "normal" gifset i made before switching for good.

the difference isn't huge, but you can see how the movements look a lot more natural/smoother in the 0.04 gifs since they look closer to the actual videos!

and this is more a matter of personal preference, but i wouldn't recommend this for things like trailers or kpop mvs, or anything else with a bunch of interspersed clips/shots. look at this one from aespa's armaggedon mv:

flashing aside, that is. way too fast 😵���💫 (was this an excuse to gif something from the mv? maybe. do i now want to gif the whole thing? also maybe.)

other than that i'm not doing anything differently; i always use continuous layers whether i'm extracting and loading them into stack or importing video frames to layers, which i only do that for tiktoks/reels bc otherwise it takes me longer than with frame extraction (yeag idk either), which is the first thing you want to do for a smooth/continuous result anyway.

Okay so, Stereo was one of my first ocs for utmv. Like. I think he was designed right after Ichor (<- my first Sans oc) was. He was part of a Trio, made up of Orchid, Reset, and himself. Currently they're the three longest surviving cast members of Eternal Ashes, but Stereo has gone through very few changes.

Here are his First Reference (left) and Revised Reference (right) from about 2019 and probably 2020 respectively.

The one on the left is so funny to me because, yeag, I used to have an awful style 🫶 but Stereo's design is honestly pretty consistent over the years.

Like the rest of the designs like him, he kinda Grew Up with me as I learned to draw better and as I developed the story he was involved with. He's one of my special blorbos that (while he doesn't have a ton of lore like I usually give my ocs) is always fun for me to draw and revisit!!!

Thanks for the request, Anon!!!! Maybe I can do some more proper scene doodles for him in the near future! (I love drawing him in motion thanks to his clothes/arms)
